Despite positioning itself as a 5 star hotel, it lacks in all the worst way possible.
1. Rooms are not clean at all. Hair and dust remain.
2. Soundproofing is bad - every night you could hear the disco from the beach till 2am. Doesnt help if you're a light sleeper.
3. Aircon doesn't work - 25 is too hot and stuffy while 24 is too cold.
4. Check in and check out took 1 hour. The receptionist refused to provide an invoice despite having paid at hotel.
5. The breakfast buffet was lukewarm. Food basically repeats.
6. Gym is non-functional at all.
7. Spa/massage is a scam - even attempted to offer dirty massage when no one asked for it. Refused refund.
All in all, avoid this place at all cost.

The hotel is clean and nice, but the staff is average.
The pool has a good atmosphere and I was satisfied and healed, but
the taxi was a scam.
It costs 60,000 dong to go downtown, but I asked for 10 dollars and refused.
They said it would cost 150,000 dong, but I found out that they were a scam.

Great hotel, central location, staff are very friendly and helpful, excellent customer service. Gym equipment needs updating, treadmills not working, cable machine broke, and you have to pay extra for the steam room & sauna, not much, but it is in the spa and part of a package.
