Hotel with 5 star ambitions, very nice lobby - Rooms are very simple and lower standard. Gym is not airconditioned and very, very warm. No coffee or tea possibilities in the room (not even coffee powder available). No iron or ironing board. No turndown service. Closer to an OK 3 or 4 star hotel

Das perfekte Hotel, meiner Meinung nach eine gute Lage, die perfekte grösse vom Zimmer, und auch das Badezimmer hatte eine gute Grösse. Leider wollte die Klimaanlage nicht funktionieren, nachdem wir dies bei der Rezeption gemeldet haben und ein Techniker aufgeboten wurde, konnte das Problem nicht behoben werden. Uns wurde daher ein Frühstück spendiert, was wir danken annahmen.
Wenn ich wieder nach Hamburg komme, werde ich wieder ein Zimmer hier buchen.

Gutes Hotel für einen Städtetrip, nur 150m zur Reeperbahn.
Zur UBahn ist es etwas weiter aber trotzdem gut erreichbar.
Super Aussicht, wir waren in einem Upside Zimmer im 15. Stock und hatten besten Blick auf die Landungsbrücken, Elbphilharmony und sogar einen Teil von der Reeperbahn und Millerntor Stadion.
Preis Leistung meiner Meinung nach dennoch zu teuer.
Zimmer sind zwar schön, aber etwas klein
Klimaanlage quasi nutzlos, lief dauerhaft auf -3 hat aber das Zimmer nicht gekühlt und wir hatten durchgängig 25 Grad im Zimmer. Auch auf Nachfrage konnte nichts geändert werden.
Fenster gibt es nicht, nur "Frischluft-Luken" viel zum Zimmerklima haben die aber auch nicht beigetragen.
An Tag 1 hatten wir auch noch einen starken Geruch nach Kanalisation im Badezimmer, war dann nach einmaliger Benutzung der Dusche und Waschbecken weg, ich vermute mal das unser Zimmer lange nicht mehr genutzt wurde.

old key card system with troubles. had to get new keycard once. and had to try the card 5-30 times to get in.
bathroom had a gift bag with several items, one was a gum that was opened.
people at the desk only answer on very basic stuff almost like a robot.
guy in the restaurant just told me it was full and said to go another place.
will not go here again.
