設施：老牌五星級的酒店，設施看得出來維護的很好了。
衞生：衞生不用説，頂呱呱！
環境：酒店大堂挑高，大氣，中間有個帶水池的小花園，早餐廳聽説是新裝修的，很亮堂，大堂是偏皇家風格，餐廳偏現代簡約風格。
服務：雖然訂的的房加下午茶的促銷套餐，但是酒店的服務絲毫沒有差別待遇，大堂的崔經理及時和我們溝通住酒店期間的需求，還推薦看了宋城的千古情演出，還有餐廳的華經理也給我們推薦了杭州特色的早餐，不愧是黃龍飯店！感受到了酒店有温度的服務！

服務：入住時的前台小姐姐升級了房型，非常友好。
環境：二號樓露營房這邊整體的裝修都很耳目一新，確實和出差住的商務房不同，印象深刻。
衞生：不錯！
唯一不太滿意的是歡迎水果，三顆小小的油桃，且有一顆不太新鮮，和自助早餐處隨便拿的油桃一模一樣，衹能説確實是把成本節省下來了。

At the age of 54, I finally stayed at the Huanglong Hotel with my husband and parents-in-law. I had been here in my 20s and was impressed, but I had never stayed there. Song Ningning at the front desk provided excellent service and upgraded our room type. The room and hygiene were excellent, and the bathtub filled quickly and was comfortable for bathing. But after staying there for one night, I found that the mattress was not good and was too soft. The hotel made a mistake in controlling the key mattress in the centralized procurement. To put it bluntly, the mattress was very poor and did not match the hotel and the room price.
