i have used this place for a few years now, whenever i come to hangzhou. the reason is, the location is perfect, only a 5 minute ride from west lake. the price is really reasonable and the design of the rooms is both pretty and unique (they also have additional amenities like a washing machine and small kitchen, plus a seating area and fantastic views of the city). but most of all, by far and away the main reason to come is the staff. it doesnt matter what time of day or night, or whatever the problem or request is, they are only to happy to fix it. being a foreigner, communicating online makes it far easier for me and with their help the whole travel experience is smooth, pleasant and comfortable. i really couldn't praise them enough - fantastic!

Very good inn with nice atmosphere and warm welcoming in a small typical village. The rooms are clean and our son loved his futon bed! You can appreciate a good breakfast or Chinese or western style. Many activities, books and games are à available for kids. Just nearby, you have small restaurants. A little far from the city center, but convenient if you ride bicycle.

I never expected this hotel to be superb in terms of interiors, cleanliness and even good service by the staff because the rate is so cheap, aprons ¥200+, but to surprise, this is very cozy and stylish room which plays music once you enter the room and it’s really comfortable to sleep on the beds and stay in the room.
