Softest bed in Vietnam. Great central location and the staff were great and most happy to assist. Pool was fantastic on the hot/humid days after exploring the city. Even dropped my wallet in the reception area and it was held safely behind the counter by staff for my return. Staff were fantastic about everything. Breakfast selection was broad and fresh. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again without a doubt.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local Vietnamese cuisine options. ***Amenities: The amenities at the Hilton Hotel Saigon were top-notch. Located in District 1, Citadines Saigon enjoys a prime location that puts guests within easy reach of Saigon's major attractions, dining options, and shopping districts. Whether you're exploring the historic landmarks or indulging in the city's vibrant nightlife, everything is conveniently accessible from this central location. he staff at Citadines Saigon deserve special commendation for their warm hospitality and attentive service. From the moment of check-in to departure, every interaction with the staff was met with professionalism and a genuine desire to ensure a pleasant stay.

The staff are very polite and attends to guests' needs promptly. The location of the hotel is 3-5 mins walk from ben thanh market and within 10-15mins walk from most eateries/coffeehouse/bubble tea store. If u need a fat american breakfast, macdonalds and kfc is within 15mins walk. Nearest convenient store is ministop followed by g25 and family mart (in that order).

I travelled the world on budget, 3 stars hotels..this hotel is the only one who has a porter help me carry my stuff upstairs. When my tour guide failed to pick me up, this hotel staffs whose been waiting with me outside for 15 mins or so, knowing that I'm panic, ordered a taxi..taxi arrived in no time and saving me from missing my flight. Quick thinking, practical, willing to help.

For the price, you can’t beat it. This hotel is a distance away from district 1 but that’s exactly why I wanted to stay here. It’s nowhere near as busy and it has all the amenities you’d expect from a nice hotel. It has an awesome gym with decent equipment, a great view of the city with a rooftop pool, and best of all it’s very affordable. I recommend to anyone who is staying in Ho Chi Minh City.

Nice hotel close to the AirPort otherwise not close to anything. Staff is friendly but not they lack a bit in service. Not like a five star hotel in my opinion. I was placed at a dirty table and were told to wait. No one took away the former guests dish or cleaned the table. No one except the bell boy (he told me to wait) paid any attention to me. No drink were served. Nothing…

A very affordable hotel that is within walking distance to the airport. I have stayed in this hotel many times. Great if you have an early flight the next day.
