The hotel has a great environment, convenient location, and good hygiene. It provides a great experience for business trips to Hong Kong, and the Victoria Harbour scenery is also beautiful. The only upside is that the hotel is very close to the Chinese visa centre and embassies, and it’s surrounded by a lot of eateries. The hotel room was extremely small, felt very cluster-phobic the whole time. Add to that that a lot of amenities have been banned, and that includes water bottles in rooms. There’s a lot of inconveniences which really makes it feel like a motel instead of a hotel. If you just need to do business and not stay in a hotel for comfort you may choose this hotel.

The facilities were excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The gym was well-equipped with modern machines, and the pool area was relaxing. I also appreciated the conference rooms, which were perfect for business meetings. The staff was attentive and friendly, always willing to help with any request. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and room service was prompt. Their hospitality really made my stay enjoyable. The food was delicious, with a variety of options available. The location of the hotel is excellent, by just walking distance, you can enjoy fantastic view and delicious food. The panoramic view of Victoria harbour is just a stone away from hotel. The hotel room is big, clean and comfortable. Everything was just nice and worth to stay. The check in check out process is quick. Always a wonderful experience at our favourite hotel. The service was exceptional as the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The front desk staff are kind and attentive and always available to answer questions. The hotel was recently renovated but they’ve done well in preserving the rich history within its walls. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean and elegantly decorated. The location is perfect as it’s a quick walk from Nanjing Road, and the metro which makes it easy to explore the surroundings. Always happy to return.

Good value. Nice location close to bars, restaurants, shops etc.. staff were very helpful and allowed us to check out an hour later. The room was bigger than most I’ve stayed in before around the same price point. Will come again

We had an absolutely amazing stay. It felt like being at home with family. It's important to note that I'm recovering from a back surgery. Prior to my short stay at the Cordis, I had spent the past 4 weeks on bed rest. After 4 weeks if over 22 hours a day in bed, I was desperate to get out of the house. I was also very nervous because my spine is still very fragile. The service was completely customized to fit my needs and I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Every day I looked forward to speaking with the staff, especially Jocelyn, Lucky, and Yosie. Everything at the hotel was perfect. Despite being a very nice, modern, and clean hotel, staying here felt like staying at a family members house...Very cozy, warm and comfortable. Thank you to everyone on the Executive Club Level team for helping us have the best hotel stay of our life: Kevin, Mahen, Jocelyn, Yosie, Tommy, Edwin, Lucky, Vicky, Jay I will refer everyone I can to come stay at Cordis Hotel when in Hong Kong, and I will definitely be back.... hopefully next month!

i love the view at the rooftop swimming pool on the 38th floor. it is great to have a swim in the late afternoon. you might be able to see a magnificent sunset while swimming. the breakfast buffet is quite sumptuous and the dining area is cozy and has a great street view. the room is cozy and spacious for hong Kong standards. the receptionists can speak fluent English, Chinese and Cantonese.
