"The hygiene was excellent, which I really appreciated as someone with sensitive skin. The environment was also very good, and the location is superb, right in an office building. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, offering welcome fruits and even asking if we wanted coffee multiple times. The service was impeccable. As our first stop in Yunnan, it set a wonderful tone for the trip. Very satisfied!"

AAnonymous UserEnvironment: The hotel is located within the Expo Garden, formerly the Japan Pavilion, now transformed into a guesthouse. The entire place feels like a 'Little Kyoto' in Yunnan; the environment is absolutely beautiful, no wonder the little cat can sleep so adorably! I wish I could spend an entire day just appreciating the hotel.
Service: The butler was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, patiently resolving every minor issue we brought up. We're very grateful and will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

GGuest UserMy family loved the hotel. It was spacious with a courtyard, a lake, and fish. The gym was large and well-equipped with a wide variety of equipment. There were two heated swimming pools, which were cleaned every night. The hot spring water next to the pools was also drained and replaced with fresh water the next day. There were both indoor and outdoor pools, and the hot spring water was drawn from underground. The whole hotel was a recreational attraction. We originally only booked one night, but we were so relaxed and comfortable at the hotel that we extended our stay for another day. When my child got wet, the staff even kindly took them to dry.

MM679462****I ordered takeout, but the hotel doesn't allow the deliveryman to deliver to the room because it was inconvenient for me, so I asked the front desk for help, and it was delivered to the room very quickly. When I asked the reason, the front desk guy told me that it was for the safety of the guests that the deliveryman was not allowed to go upstairs. The hotel has trained guests that if they need takeout to the room, they can help deliver it. The overall feeling of the hotel is good, and the service attitude is very good. When I checked in, I asked about the surrounding attractions and routes, and they explained it very patiently. The room internet connection was very fast, and I asked the waiter, who told me that each room has an independent dedicated line. The room feels clean, and you can swim, exercise, and take a hot spring bath. Since I had a lot of fun, I didn't have time to take a few photos of the hotel. I will take more photos after I check in next time.

MMunanxiziA wonderful hideaway for a hot spring getaway. The private courtyard comes with its own hot tub, or you can switch things up and use the public pools. In the evenings, you can catch a stunning sunset, and the Ancient Dian Kingdom Museum is right across the way. The villa's amenities are top-notch, and it's very clean, even including a private sauna. There weren't any bugs this season, which made it a super comfortable and relaxing spot for a few friends to unwind. The breakfast and dinner at the mountaintop restaurant are both excellent, and they do Western dishes really well too!

The lounge area is spacious and comfortable; it's perfect whether you want to curl up on the sofa and zone out, or have a relaxed get-together with friends. The changing rooms deserve a special mention for being clean and private. The lockers are well-designed, and the amenities are complete with excellent attention to detail. The bar is a major highlight; the bartender is professional and engaging, and the signature cocktails are both beautiful and delicious. Enjoying them with some snacks, feeling a little tipsy, instantly melts away any travel fatigue! The entertainment facilities are also plentiful, with billiards and even an internet cafe, so there's no chance of getting bored. The service is impeccable; every staff member is friendly and proactive, but never intrusive – they have a great sense of boundaries! Finally, let's talk about the guest rooms: the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. In short, this is an excellent choice for relaxing and unwinding. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back again.

MMiLeeThe hotel is located right by Dianchi Lake, with separate lanes for vehicles and pedestrians. There's an observation deck not far from the hotel, and it's about 800-900 meters to Haigeng Park and Haihong Wetland. However, you still have to walk further to get to the cable car station, and I estimate the dam is even further – I didn't go there. The hotel is 2.3 kilometers from Xingti Road Station on Metro Line 5. Our package included one complimentary drop-off service to the metro station, which was really good. It would be even better if they offered round-trip shuttle service to the metro for backpackers.
However, there aren't many shops around the hotel. For dining, it's either the hotel restaurant or ordering takeout. Park 1903 Commercial Street is about 3 kilometers away, so it's more suitable if you have a car.
The hotel service was excellent. The front desk staff, housekeeping, and drivers were all incredibly gentle and friendly. The manager even proactively helped us with our luggage.
The hotel is quite understated; in fact, the observation deck not far away offers amazing sunrise views, but they never promote it.

What needs to be emphasized is the need to strengthen emergency assistance training for special circumstances, especially for sudden illnesses suffered by guests. Staff should be enthusiastic and proactive, not cold and unresponsive when guests request urgent help. The male manager at Runyu Restaurant on the first floor on the evening of the 21st performed quite poorly.
What deserves praise is the enthusiastic and thoughtful lobby manager on the 22nd, and the reception center staff member (I didn't catch her name, she was petite and delicate) who proactively apologized and even gave us 3 New Year gifts, which felt auspicious and warm. This somewhat made up for the disappointment of the 21st. Thumbs up to both of them!

I'm not sure if it was because I booked through Trip.com, but they put me in the room furthest back, and I couldn't see anything from the balcony except trees. Overall, aside from the hotel facilities being a bit old, the service was good. The electric shuttle was always available when called, and the food was incredibly good value for money – pretty decent. We didn't go to the public hot springs because it was a holiday and too crowded, so we just used the one in our room. Overall, I'd recommend it to discerning travelers. If only the view from the private hot spring balcony stretched further, I'd give it a perfect score. I wonder if the rooms closer to the front are more expensive?

GGuest UserA truly pleasant surprise! First, I have to praise the front desk service. The young lady who checked me in was efficient and professional. She even proactively asked about my preferred floor and invoice details beforehand, showing great attention to detail. Although the room wasn't huge, the Chinese-style decor was very cozy, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was spotless and neatly made, and even the carpet in the hallway was clean. The internet speed was fast, and the power outlets on the desk were well-placed, which was very convenient. The biggest surprise was the soundproofing – once the doors and windows were closed, I could barely hear any noise from the corridor or the street outside, leading to excellent sleep quality. The free parking lot was spacious with clearly marked spots, which was a big plus for us self-driving guests. Overall, the facilities are very well-maintained. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip to the area.
