Excellent
GGuest UserI was lucky enough to choose this guesthouse for two nights on this trip. The courtyard is beautiful, and it was so relaxing to sit out there and have a beer after a day of sightseeing. The owner's coffee is also delicious. The room facilities are pretty good for a guesthouse, and it was kept very clean. The guesthouse is located right by Dianchi Lake, so it's convenient for a stroll. Our Luoyuhe room was a bit small, and storage space felt a little cramped; I should have booked an upstairs room. Everything else was great, and I'll definitely recommend it to friends and family visiting Kunming.

GGuest UserThe room was small but had everything I needed, though there wasn't much space for luggage which was a bit inconvenient. The service was attentive, and the environment was clean with excellent hygiene. However, the facilities could use an upgrade. It's very close to Kunming Railway Station, making transportation super convenient.
**Facilities:** The facilities were comprehensive but not perfect.
**Hygiene:** The hygiene was good, but my room was quite small, which made the environment feel a bit cramped.
**Environment:** The environment was average; it felt pretty much like a standard hotel. Also, there were no shower slippers, which was a bit inconvenient.
**Service:** The service was good, but the TV only offered regular channels. If you wanted to watch movies or TV shows, you had to purchase them separately. If you enjoy watching series, I wouldn't recommend this place; I'd suggest the Yinying Hotel instead.

GGuest UserI had a very satisfying stay. The hotel has a simple yet grand overall design, and the environment and hygiene are absolutely top-notch, with even the corners being spotless. The room size was just right, with good ventilation and natural light, and the facilities were very well maintained.
The front desk service was polite and thoughtful, and the overall atmosphere was warm and comfortable. It's a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle, ensuring a high quality of rest, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. The breakfast buffet was abundant and offered a wide variety of choices. The hotel lobby also has a water bar with coffee, tea, and other beverages, which was a lovely touch! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming!

MMunanxiziA wonderful hideaway for a hot spring getaway. The private courtyard comes with its own hot tub, or you can switch things up and use the public pools. In the evenings, you can catch a stunning sunset, and the Ancient Dian Kingdom Museum is right across the way. The villa's amenities are top-notch, and it's very clean, even including a private sauna. There weren't any bugs this season, which made it a super comfortable and relaxing spot for a few friends to unwind. The breakfast and dinner at the mountaintop restaurant are both excellent, and they do Western dishes really well too!
GGuest UserWe come to Luosiwan to buy goods. We've stayed at the hotel for several years since it opened. Parking is convenient, there's a food street right next door, and Luosiwan is just across the street. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.
AAnonymous UserThis stay completely exceeded my expectations! The decor is my favorite minimalist style, spotlessly clean, and the kitchen is perfect for simple cooking. The appliances are all good brands. The location is close to the attractions but not noisy. It was a perfect experience! The loft-style apartment is perfect for sharing with friends. The living room is perfect for chatting and playing cards, and the kitchen is fully equipped for hot pot. The location in the city center makes it convenient for going out for food in the evening.

GGuest UserThis is my go-to hotel whenever I travel! It's right in the city center, close to all the major subway stations, and you can get to the airport in just half an hour by metro. There are tons of local eateries around, making it a place I never want to leave. Most importantly, the room was impeccably clean, spotless even. The staff were all super helpful, patient, and polite. The facilities are great too; you can do your laundry for free, and luggage storage is also convenient and complimentary. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious. I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!

Good
GGuest UserThis place deserves a huge thumbs-up! The location is absolutely perfect, really close to Kunming Station, so I had no trouble finding it even with my luggage. The environment was much cleaner than I expected, and the common areas had a really nice vibe. It was great fun watching movies and playing Werewolf with everyone in the evening. I stayed in a 2-person room; the bed was super stable, and the blackout curtain provided excellent privacy. Each bed also had its own outlet and reading light, and all the facilities were brand new. The best part, though, were the owner and volunteers – they were incredibly nice! They not only helped me with my luggage but also drew me a map to local eateries that only residents know about. It doesn't feel like a hotel at all, more like a warm home.

TThe Domestic China TravelerGreat location that it is near a lot of food places, a store, and the Stone Forest. Even though I already visited Stone Forest on my visit to Kunming in 2018, this was still a good room in that I get my privacy. Hotel workers were nice in that they gave me more water and wanted to make my bed even though I didn't need it. I liked how it had a heater in there to keep me warm whenever the room got too cold. The thing that I was unsure of is how much freedom and accessibility I get in being able to cook things in the kitchen at times and I was confused about whether I was allowed to eat the food that the cook makes, or it is only for guests that order food and pay for it from him. Sometimes the cook is unpredictable in that I don't know when he comes to cook between the lunch and dinner hours. The front desk women were friendly and helpful in giving me information about certain things. I appreciate it when they loaned me a phone charger temporarily when mine broke until I can get a new replacement one. Thank You for that. The only thing I would have to say, is that it is too far from the city center from the train station in where I need to be in order to catch the train to Hekou and cross the border into Vietnam.
LLidusGreat location, look for the yellow boards and you will find it easily. The room items are little bit used but all is all right and clean. I would not recommend to stay during cold nights - the room doesnt have AC. I was staying in room 207 and i heard all noise from stairs, even just walking and also people in room 206 were awake and screaming whole night so be aware of that.
