CcharlotteliuThe hotel's location is fantastic, right inside the terminal. I arrived very late and requested a quiet room to sleep, and the room assigned was very comfortable. I couldn't hear any planes taking off or landing, nor any airport announcements, allowing me to get some proper rest. The only downside was that the room had no window, but for just one night's stay, it was perfectly acceptable. The front desk staff were very friendly and even gave me some fruit and a breakfast voucher. Overall, I highly recommend it! It's perfect for those who've just arrived or are about to depart (they also offer hourly rates, which is very flexible).

GGuest UserMy stay was perfect! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Both the front desk and room service staff were incredibly patient. After checking out, I realized I'd left something behind. The hotel immediately verified it and promptly mailed it back to my home, which saved me a lot of hassle. It's such a relief to find a hotel that's so responsible. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

LlucylvweiThe room was clean, there was no smell, the bathroom was very smooth, and the bed was very comfortable. The reception was very warm and the room was upgraded. The location is not far from the subway station and travel is very convenient.
AAnonymous UserFacilities: Private bathroom and 24-hour hot water, very good.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: The environment is great.
Service: The service was also excellent. My friend and I were able to check in early without any extra charge. Since there were no twin rooms available, they gave us a triple room, which was a nice surprise, haha! The airport shuttle service was also very convenient.

PPhoon DKThe room was comfortable, and having a water dispenser was very convenient. Plus, the hotel had washing machines and dryers, which saved us the trouble of finding a laundry service outside. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and provided excellent service. Overall, we were very satisfied.

EerinnkI just booked this hotel on a whim, and I was pleasantly surprised! The decor is really atmospheric and looks great in photos. The hygiene was good, and you can tell they paid attention to the details. It was very quiet at night, which really improved my sleep quality. The biggest bonus was the service – they truly made you feel looked after. For this price, getting this kind of quality is definitely worth it!

GGuest UserThe hotel is simple, but it serves its purpose as a place to stay overnight before heading to Dali. The room rate is reasonable and includes breakfast. Although the breakfast selection is simple, it’s nice to have a meal before starting the long journey.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, suggesting attractions to visit and explaining how to get there.
The only downside was that there was no toilet available downstairs after check-out, so we had to use a public restroom outside the hotel.
GGuest UserMy most delightful discovery during my trip to Kunming was definitely the Zhenshi Wolun Boutique Hotel. Tucked away in the city center, stepping inside immediately transports you from the hustle and bustle into a serene haven. The Yunnan-style courtyard design exudes the elegance of a Jiangnan garden, with a flowing stream and koi fish in the central courtyard, and swaying bamboo shadows. Even the air carries the fresh scent of plants. Waking up to birdsong in the morning and watching the sunset from the veranda in the evening, my breathing just slowed down. The details in the room truly touched my heart – soft bedding paired with ethnic embroidered bed runners, and warm yellow lighting reflecting off the wooden floors created an incredible ambiance. The bathroom was clean and fresh, the toiletries had a subtle fragrance, and even the dried flower decorations by the window showed thoughtful touches. Every detail spoke of meticulous care. My favorite parts were the hotel's public spaces, especially the Chinese tea house on the second floor and the sky garden on the third floor – every corner was picture-perfect. The front desk service was incredibly attentive too; they enthusiastically recommended local delicacies and sightseeing routes, making me feel very welcome. Located in the heart of the city yet away from the noise, Zhenshi Wolun, with its courtyard, truly encapsulates Kunming's gentleness and poetic charm. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kunming!

GGuest UserEverything else was great, and they really do offer 24/7 airport pick-up/drop-off. The environment is also lovely, with a detached American-style house feel. The only downside is the significant amount of various noises. Specifically, the air conditioning in my bedroom made a loud noise whenever it was on, and it got very cold at night if it was off. Although there was an AC unit in the living room, I used it, but it didn't seem to do much. Additionally, the traffic noise from the road at night was quite loud, possibly because my room was close to the street. When you stay, you might want to ask the front desk for a room not too close to the road. Also, regarding the curtains, remember to close all the windows, otherwise, the sound of the wind blowing them around can be very noisy. However, even after closing all the windows, I still heard this kind of noise, which seemed to be coming from other rooms... So, that's about it. I hope this helps everyone!

HHaohuayoulunThe first time I visited Kunming in 2003, I stayed at the Jinhua International Hotel. I chose it for its excellent location, convenient transport options for non-drivers, and a wide variety of dining choices nearby. I've stayed here several times since, with my most recent visit being during the COVID-19 outbreak in春节 2020. This time, I noticed a significant improvement in room hygiene and the hardware facilities. Unfortunately, the service from some front desk staff was truly disappointing. They knew that room cards needed to be reset daily after 12 PM but failed to inform guests during check-in. This meant guests had to go up and down multiple times to get it sorted, which is particularly inconvenient since several floors of the building house other offices, requiring a wait for the elevator. During one such instance, I even experienced an elevator malfunction where it went up and down erratically with the doors slightly ajar. As for the TV, only one news channel is free; all others are pay-per-view.
