I had a very satisfying stay here. The service was prompt and attentive; I received a confirmation call from the hotel as soon as I landed in the morning, with clear instructions on taking the elevator next to Gate 1 of Wanda Plaza to the 13th floor. Each room comes with a sleep-aid diffuser, and when I accidentally knocked mine over, the staff immediately replaced the essential oil. The entire room is smart-enabled, and they thoughtfully provided face masks, hair ties, disposable face towels, bathtub liners, heated eye masks, and earplugs – truly impressive! Kunming's UV rays are intense, so it was great to come back to the hotel every evening and hydrate with a face mask. The most delightful surprise was the windowsill where you could brew your own tea. Although I'm not a tea drinker, it was still very pleasant to sit there, play on my phone, or watch TV. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the breakfast selection was a bit limited, without many choices. However, the main dishes like rice noodles, mini wontons, and steam pot chicken were all delicious and filling. In summary, for the price, this hotel is an absolute steal. If I get the chance to visit Kunming again, this will definitely be my first choice.

The room is very clean, bright and spacious. The facilities are very new, with electric curtains, automatic toilet, and very comfortable pillows, one soft and one hard. The hair conditioner received positive reviews from my sister-in-law, hahaha. There is a clothesline in the shower room, which is convenient. Convenient transportation, very close to the subway station. The service was very good. When checking in, we were given warm chrysanthemum water and hot towels to wipe off the dust from the journey. The breakfast is also good, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western restaurants. I am very satisfied with my stay, and my family members give it high praise. Recommended stay.

This time I had a great experience staying at the All Seasons Hotel in Kunming! The location is convenient and it is easy to travel. The room is simple and clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The staff was warm and considerate, and took the initiative to help with luggage and introduce surrounding attractions. The breakfast was rich in variety, and there were also Yunnan specialties. The price was reasonable and cost-effective. I will choose All Seasons again when I come to Kunming next time. I highly recommend it! I mainly praise the staff. They are super nice and have a really good attitude, without any impatience! The hotel's hardware facilities are very good, and it was a very satisfying experience.

This was my first time staying at a Ji Hotel, and I was with my spouse. The hygiene was good, the basic facilities were nice, and it was quieter than I expected. It was also conveniently located, and the service attitude was excellent. The staff even gave us a thoughtful little gift (flower cake, milk, and fruit) because they knew we had an early flight, which was so heartwarming! I'll definitely choose Ji Hotel again if I need to in the future!

The hotel is amazing — I honestly couldn’t recommend it more highly. The location is a 10/10: it’s only about a 10-minute walk to the park, in a perfect area with lots of lovely cafés, and around a 15-minute walk to the Old Town across a beautiful bridge. The rooms are fantastic — extremely clean, tidy, well equipped, newly renovated, and really beautiful. The service was also exceptional. Magena at reception was incredibly kind and helpful, and they even sent me recommendations for places to visit, things to do, and where to eat in Kunming. Everyone was super friendly and genuinely went out of their way to help. I originally wasn’t planning to stay for so long, but I ended up extending both my trip and my stay at the hotel because I liked it so much. 10/10 — highly, highly recommend!

Booked a queen room, but upon arrival, they said it was an 'event room,' which was small and located at the very edge. The first person quoted 49 for an upgrade, then someone else said 20-something, and we ended up paying 20-something extra just to get a proper room! I've stayed at so many Hanting hotels across the country, and this is the first time I've been asked for extra money right off the bat! And the price even changed! What a scam! If my client wasn't so close, I definitely wouldn't have stayed for two nights! Oh, and on the second night, they still tried to charge more!

The location is simply ideal. Situated in a peaceful area just 100–200 meters from the Ethnic Yunnan Village Park (also known as the Ethnic Minority Nationalitys Park), it allowed us to easily explore this cultural gem during a day trip, an experience we highly recommend. At the same time, the homestay is surrounded by quiet shops and local markets, making it both convenient and serene. What truly set this place apart was the outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived at the airport, the hosts went out of their way to assist us, even arranging a Didi taxi to ensure we reached the homestay smoothly. Their kindness didn’t stop there, they helped us purchase tickets for cultural attractions, found an English-speaking guide when our Mandarin wasn’t sufficient, and took care of countless other details that made our stay effortless. A highlight of our experience was Miss Zhang’s traditional Yunnan tea ceremonies. These sessions were not only a delight for the senses but also a wonderful opportunity to learn about the unique qualities of Yunnan teas and the art of brewing them. The atmosphere was relaxed and intimate, often joined by the owners, which led to lively, hours-long conversations filled with laughter and stories. It was these moments that made us feel like we were among friends rather than guests. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked the same room for our return in a week. We can’t wait to be back in this haven of warmth, culture, and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic, memorable, and heartwarming experience in Kunming!

We stayed for 1 night last minute as our flights got changed. We made a great decision choosing this hotel as the location was perfect!! It's located right in the ancient town and we had a full day of exploring the ancient town of Kunming before our flights that night. It ended up being one of the best day we had in Yunnan and we shopped a lot.

This guesthouse was amazing! The yard was spotless, the rooms had a lovely, subtle fragrance, the air conditioning was great, the internet was fast, hot water came out in the shower in just 5 seconds, and the pool was heated. It rained today, so we swam and exercised at the guesthouse. The owner was especially welcoming; she made us some hot tea. I'll definitely come back next time!

The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely stay here again! The transportation is incredibly convenient: it's within 3-5 kilometers of must-visit attractions like Laojie Street, Cuihu Park, and Shuangqiao Night Market. You can also reach them by subway and bus, making it the top choice for 'special forces' (intensive) travelers.
