Perfect
ZZhaoziyudewanpisheStepping into the hotel, we were immediately enveloped by a unique sense of oriental tranquility. The deep gray textures, the gentle rustling of bamboo, and the ink-wash artistic flair perfectly captured the elegance and Zen spirit of the New Chinese style.
Within spaces where light and shadow dance, I cherished tender everyday moments with my child. Outside, ancient pagodas reflected the clear sky, while indoors, a serene haven awaited. Every captured moment, effortlessly taken, felt like a stunning shot of traditional Chinese aesthetics.
Unhurried and peaceful, we embarked on a gentle and healing parent-child journey in this Zen-inspired hotel.

LLijuan ♪(^∇^*) This is my third visit this year, and I absolutely love this hotel, even though it's only 30 kilometers from my home. My favorite part is the large balcony, which offers a delightful view of the lake and lush green mountains, with high skies and drifting clouds – it's incredibly peaceful. The evenings are very quiet. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the breakfast at the restaurant is fantastic.
YYiyuyiyuThe front desk service was excellent, and the facilities were very complete. The hot spring, dormitory, and restaurant offered a rich breakfast. I was very satisfied with my room. The hotel environment is fantastic, with a Southeast Asian decor style. The front desk staff were very responsive to all my requests. They even allowed a late check-out when my plans changed unexpectedly. I'm very grateful and had a very satisfying stay.

SsaolongAlthough the hotel was built in 2013, it's very well-maintained. The rooms and hallways are spacious and grand. It's a low-rise hotel with a large footprint and beautiful greenery. The staff are also excellent; they readily provided extra water when needed. The best part is its proximity to Dianchi Lake, just a ten-minute walk away. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kunming.

TTJ-TimStayed two nights at this Wanda hotel in Kunming and had a pleasant overall experience.
Convenient location: roughly a 10-minute taxi ride from Kunming Railway Station. Adjacent to Wanda Shopping Mall with full dining, shopping and daily amenities; a newly opened large supermarket nearby with abundant goods, which we visited twice.
Booking messages via the travel platform were initially replied to slowly, yet issues got resolved promptly after contacting the front office manager. The subsequent service was excellent. The hotel helped receive our parcels shipped via Taobao, letting us collect items before departing for Singapore. Staff at the executive lounge were warm and informative, with decent complimentary drinks and snacks available.
Rooms are well-equipped, featuring a wet-dry separated bathroom and walk-in closet. Comfortable bedding plus a choice of pillow types further boosted our stay. Would recommend.
GGuest UserTo start with: it's been a long time since I've had such a satisfying experience.
**Facilities**: This is a hot spring resort that's well-maintained despite its age. Villa 10 is perfectly situated, and the facilities are in excellent condition – not a single sliding door was out of order or stuck, which is quite impressive. However, it would be even better if the front door locks were upgraded.
**Cleanliness**: Very clean, very satisfied.
**Environment**: I walked all around the resort grounds; the scenery is beautiful. Beyond the expansive lake views, there's also a hidden gem of a pond with bald cypress trees.
**Service**: Absolutely more than five points, more than five stars – truly perfect. The golf carts were available on call, and the turndown service was meticulous. A special thanks to Ms. Yang at the front desk for helping to coordinate our departure transfer, adding another wonderful touch to our trip.
**Afternoon Tea Experience**: The taste was exquisite; I even worried I might never find such delicious pastries elsewhere again.
**Airport Transfer Service**: The transfer car was good, and the driver was skilled and provided thoughtful service.
**Outdoor Garden Hot Spring Experience**: The hot springs were great. The bathing area even thoughtfully provided a stool for seniors, though the lighting in the changing area was really too dim to see the locker numbers.
**Food**: The food was also good. I really liked the mushroom and radish dish at dinner, and the roasted duck was unique. The breakfast rice noodles were outstanding! And the gulls loved the birdseed provided for them too.
ZZhennankanMy stay here was incredibly satisfying, definitely a five-star experience! The hotel boasts a superb location, making transportation a breeze whether I was exploring or commuting. Despite being in the city center, it was surprisingly quiet; the nights were exceptionally peaceful with absolutely no noise, ensuring a restful sleep. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was soft, providing an excellent living experience. Heidi provided warm and attentive service, making the check-in process efficient and thoughtful. The room offered expansive views with a fantastic high-altitude cityscape right before my eyes. Overall, it offers great value for money; the environment, service, and location are all impeccable. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip and highly recommend it to all my friends traveling to the area.
GGuest UserEvery time I visit Kunming, I stay at the Grand Park Hotel, but I always forget to leave a good review. This time, I made sure to set a reminder! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly warm and attentive, anticipating our needs with many thoughtful details. The room arrangement was very comfortable, and all the facilities clearly looked newly renovated, making them easy to use, clean, and modern. Before we left, we even received handmade flower cakes from the hotel, which were sweet but not cloying – a truly heartwarming touch. What moved me even more was the airport transfer service they arranged for us; the driver was punctual and had a great attitude, making the whole journey stress-free. Next time I'm in Kunming, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserI rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but staying here made me feel like I got completely ripped off. I booked a two-night package with breakfast, only to find out it was barely a few tens cheaper during the May Day holiday. For 600, I ended up in a glorified budget hotel room with a fancy lobby. The small room was one thing, but I couldn't figure out the 'smart tech' aspect. Besides the direct drinking water and electric curtains, what else was smart about it? There wasn't even a smart toilet. The shower stall was incredibly slippery; I almost fell just from the water, let alone adding shampoo and body wash. I looked everywhere for a non-slip mat, but couldn't find one. Anyone showering barefoot needs to be very careful. In the morning, when I swiped my room card for breakfast, they said I didn't have it. I had to ask the front desk to verify, and they said it wasn't recorded – how can such a basic error happen? When they cleaned the room for our extended stay, the 'dedicated' cleaning staff separated our pushed-together twin beds and left a mysterious piece of cloth on the toilet. The trash can was too small, so my fruit container, which I placed next to the toilet, wasn't taken out either. The air conditioning in the room made occasional noises, probably due to a warped metal vent. When I reported it to the front desk, they knew exactly what I was talking about before I even finished explaining – so they know about the noise but haven't fixed it? I don't understand. The gym and pool are supposedly great, but they weren't a priority for us, so we didn't use them. Anyway, I won't be coming back. I'd rather pay a bit more and stay at an InterContinental.

DDibaiabiaoThe location is the biggest advantage – it's incredibly convenient to get to all the attractions and shopping districts, and it's easy to catch a taxi. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a view of an outdoor garden from the window. Gin provided professional service; check-in was quick, and no deposit was required. For check-out, we just handed in the key card and left, which was very convenient. Overall, a great experience.
