原本是想給差評的，但想想經營一家民宿還是不容易，客觀點評一下這家民宿的入住體驗:首先，民宿的環境還是錯，周圍環境優美，安靜，很適合度假；第二衞生設施。民宿硬件設施較好，房間乾淨整潔，單人床還較寬，是乳膠床墊，有電熱毯，天冷睡覺不冷，睡的也舒服；第三早餐好吃。老阿媽做的南瓜粥營養又暖胃，青稞餅好香，配了雞蛋和自家醃製的鹹菜。不足的地方:服務管理跟不上，就兩個長者打理若大的民宿，口音有方言有時難溝通；最最不好的就是洗臉盆池的水很小很小，打開衹有鉛筆細的水，洗漱特別不爽；還有就是要命的水温，空氣能熱水設45度水温，現在古爾溝晚上天氣衹有幾度，冷水己經刺骨，45度水温到房間打開就衹有40度，這麼冷的天（房間沒有空調）叫人如何洗澡？多次反映遠在外地的店家，服務態度很不耐煩，還反旅客難道要100度水温才能洗澡？請問這是你解決問題的態度嗎？這是我一路住過最糟心的民宿。希望你能儘快提高服務質量，用心經營，莫讓這麼好的民宿毀於一旦。
