LLinerxiaodingdangI took my mom and kids to Bipenggou for Christmas and chose this hotel. The Tibetan-style lobby was incredibly grand and unique. Every time we came back from outside, I'd just sit on the sofa, watching the dog and the kids play around – it was so relaxing. The room was spacious and very clean, and every night they offered white fungus soup and small snacks. On our last day, we even had hot pot and barbecue at the hotel, which was really enjoyable. The hotel's breakfast was exceptionally rich, and there was a large vegetable garden they cultivated themselves in the backyard.
I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

GGuest UserGreat location set back from the main road and the rooms have great views of the local area. The staff were very quick to respond to all of my messages. The room is modern and well-designed. I just can't understand why the towels they provide are so poor quality. One reason why people choose this kind of hotel instead of the cheaper hotels in the area is for the quality of the facilities, especially towels. But the ones they have here are single-use, very thin towels that do not really dry you at all. Apart from that, it is an excellent place to stay. The nearby Nobu cafe is also a highlight of this area.

GGuest UserI had three pieces of luggage, and the lady at the front desk was so enthusiastic; she helped me bring them all to my room. I often go to Western Sichuan for photography, and in such a remote area, this hotel offered some of the best service I've experienced. Everyone was smiling throughout my stay. I arrived at 2 AM, dusty and tired, and they even took my clothes to wash, telling me to rest first and pick them up in the morning, as the dryer made it very convenient. They even asked if I was hungry. The room amenities were really complete, and there was even a mini-fridge. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely come back. It was truly great and made my stay pleasant!

GGuest UserI was incredibly lucky to get a room upgrade during the May Day holiday. You can really tell the owner is dedicated to creating a high-end hotel with a sophisticated, photogenic interior in this small county town. They were proactive in contacting us before check-in and offered concierge service. I even met a staff member who proudly told us that they change the hot spring water daily. It's clear a lot of thought went into the room design as well. While Gurgou is a small place I probably won't visit again, I truly hope the establishment thrives. It would be wonderful if more travelers visiting this area could enjoy not just comfort, but also a beautiful and enriching experience.

GGuest UserBipenggou is absolutely stunning, truly living up to its nickname as the 'Little Switzerland of Western Sichuan.' We were lucky enough to even see snow-capped mountains at this time of year 🏔️ and even found a four-leaf clover by the roadside 🍀.
The hotel was also great. They saw we had a child with us and even gave us free breakfast vouchers, which was a lovely gesture. The service and cleanliness were both quite good 👍.

AAnonymous UserPretty clean room but hotel was really old. It’s located near the entrance of Bipenggou but there’s not much restaurants/ supermarkets around. The front desk was nice and gave us extra bottles of water as we couldn’t buy water anywhere near the hotel. Pretty alright stay for 1 night.

GGuest UserEverything is excellent about this hotel..the location is not far from bipenggou scenic area…the staff is super friendly…they even let us to check out late for free as we need to perform out prayer first as a muslim..the hotel also provide free breakfast..the room is spacious and clean…we can see the snow capped mountain from our hotel room…with just RM100 per night, the hotel is definitely worth it 🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻

PPeteAMGreat location, new and clean facilities, and a super comfy bed with a heated blanket under the bed sheet so no more dry air from a heater. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight was definitely the toilet — the best I’ve seen in China, with a warm seat! Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. 👍

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is quite good. While the infinity pool, famous on social media, wasn't as large as I'd imagined, the view from it was absolutely stunning. The front desk staff thoughtfully upgraded our room. The auntie who helped prepare our private hot spring in the room was very attentive and even enthusiastically offered us some tips. A suggestion for future guests: bring some snacks as there aren't many convenience stores nearby and no food delivery options.

SShallum MasThe accommodation itself is beautiful; however, the receptionist on duty on 23 and 24 April (the same lady on both days) was unwelcoming and rude. She appeared displeased by simple requests, such as arranging transportation to the lake entrance, especially since private vehicles are not allowed in. Although we do not understand the language she was speaking, her facial expressions and tone clearly conveyed her attitude. That said, the restaurant staff during breakfast were pleasant, professional, and very helpful. It is disappointing that the first and last point of contact for guests was handled so poorly. I hope management will consider providing additional training for this receptionist to match the welcoming service standard demonstrated by the restaurant staff. No response on WeChat could be a perfect 10 if the reception was good
