Guest UserThe environment is excellent, with an authentic ******* vibe. The infinity hot spring offers a first-class experience, and the water quality is wonderfully comfortable. The room is clean with no strange odors, and the facilities are complete. There's also a laundry room, and the underground parking is very convenient, complete with charging stations. The butler service is warm and attentive, and the food and accommodation quality are top-notch. It’s an absolutely fantastic place for a summer getaway and relaxation, highly recommended! The food is also great, especially the cold dishes—a must-try!

HaoxinqingchibaofanThe room was quite spacious with large windows, so it felt bright and airy, not stuffy at all. This is probably the nicest hotel in Lixian. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and there's a complimentary afternoon tea upon check-in. The room features smart controls via 'Xiao Du' (a smart assistant). With the zero-pressure mattress and the quiet town environment—no insects chirping or cars honking—it was incredibly peaceful, ensuring a very restful sleep. In June, the temperature was a comfortable 16-18 degrees Celsius, so no need for air conditioning. The cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast spread was very generous. The hotel is located in the heart of the town, with a large ground-level parking lot. Supermarkets, convenience stores, and various dining options are all around the corner. It's a perfect stopover for a road trip.

I arrived late that night, and most of the surrounding hotels were fully booked. This was a B&B, and the decor felt quite new. It had a smart home system throughout, with a smart toilet in the room, underfloor heating, and central heating. The hotel offered free parking, a children's play area, and a hot spring, though the hot spring closed around 10:30 PM. The front desk also provided complimentary fruit and self-service tea, as well as free disposable toiletries. The facilities are comparable to those of a mid-to-high-end chain hotel. Breakfast was available, and while the variety wasn't extensive, there were noodles, congee, buns, and dumplings – enough to fill you up. Overall, the service was excellent. The only minor drawback was the cleanliness; it wasn't quite up to par. The remote control holder was dusty, and there was dust on the tables. Improving the cleanliness would make it absolutely perfect.

cccrrr7My first experience with hot spring camping at Mubal Hut was amazing! The tents were more spacious than I expected, fully equipped, and the underfloor heating kept the nights warm. The outdoor hot spring was the highlight; soaking in the hot water while enjoying the mountain views was incredibly therapeutic. The staff were very welcoming and helped plan nearby hiking routes. The BBQ dinner set meal is also worth trying. It's a great value glamping experience, perfect for couples or families with children; the kids had a blast playing on the lawn.

Anonymous UserAdvantages:
Location: Very close to Bipenggou, with plenty of dining options at the intersection.
Cleanliness: The hotel environment is quite nice, very clean, like it was recently opened.
Design: The design is quite stylish, with a small courtyard on the first floor offering views of the mountains behind.
Disadvantages:
1. Cold! We checked in around 7:00 PM, and they immediately turned on the air conditioning and underfloor heating. Even after half an hour, the temperature was still very low. We asked the front desk while out for dinner, and they said the underfloor heating takes three hours to heat up. We kept it on all night, and it was still cold in the morning. We had to wear a coat just to get out of bed to use the bathroom. The bathroom was even colder, practically unusable for showering. Not recommended in winter.
2. Noisy. There's absolutely no soundproofing on the first floor. We could clearly hear people eating and chatting in the lobby.
3. Not good value for money. For over 300 yuan a night, you could stay at a Ji Hotel in Chengdu. While this price is understandable near a tourist area, the experience was terrible and not worth the extra 300 yuan.

PeteAMGreat location, new and clean facilities, and a super comfy bed with a heated blanket under the bed sheet so no more dry air from a heater. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight was definitely the toilet — the best I’ve seen in China, with a warm seat! Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. 👍

The hotel was easy to find and close to the scenic spots. They offer free parking, and the hotel's decor is unique and stylish. The karaoke room, in particular, with its gauze drapes and starry ceiling, was absolutely dreamy. The room itself was very spacious, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows and a separate wet and dry bathroom, even the toilet was smart. The owner was also very easygoing. We checked in late and hadn't eaten, so the owner kindly went out to buy us instant noodles. A 5-star stay, totally worth it!

Guest UserEverything from check-in to check-out was incredibly pleasant! The front desk handled the procedures efficiently and quickly, and they patiently recommended local cuisine and sightseeing routes to us. The room had plenty of natural light and a wide-open view, and it was spotless. It was a very satisfying stay, and I especially want to commend Xiao Hai at the front desk for their amazing service! 🌹🌹

ManguoqihaidefengThe facilities are quite complete. The wooden cabins are surrounded by a riot of wildflowers and lush greenery in summer, so the natural setting is absolutely stunning. However, very few of the outdoor hot spring pools were open, and aside from the rooftop infinity pool, only a handful of indoor pools were available. So, the hot spring experience in summer was just so-so.
We stayed in a 'Flower Field Cabin,' which felt a bit damp, and a quick glance at the bathroom showed some mold... If you're a clean freak, it's best not to look too closely. But considering we're in the mountains, you can't really complain about these conditions.
The breakfast was quite rich, and we also had dinner at the hotel, which was pretty good.
