"The hotel's environment and service are absolutely top-notch, and the breakfast spread is more than enough. However, the air conditioning is simply unacceptable. I understand it's a central AC system, but why the time restrictions? What kind of sense does it make to have the cooling only available from 2 PM to 12 AM every day? It was cool enough when the AC was on at night, but then I'd wake up feeling hot after falling asleep!"

"Our last stop in Southern Xinjiang was a very pleasant stay! They offered complimentary breakfast, and when we asked for local food recommendations, they suggested 'Warehouse No. 3 Restaurant,' which had excellent ambiance, service, and dishes. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. Since we had a late flight, the front desk attendant kindly arranged for a late check-out after learning about our situation. It was a truly delightful experience."

"Highly recommended! The entire experience from check-in to check-out was pleasant. The room was clean and hygienic, well-equipped, and the bedding was very comfortable; I slept soundly until morning. Excellent value for money! The hotel's design is stylish; both the lobby and rooms are impressive, and the location is superb! Although located in a bustling area, the rooms were very soundproofed, making it very quiet at night and not disturbing my rest at all. There are also many options for eating, drinking, and entertainment nearby. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time; it's truly amazing and highly recommended!"

"My first impression of the hotel wasn't great. The road in front was closed, and the street outside was packed with parked cars! It took us ages to find the parking entrance. The female security guard at the entrance had a really bad attitude. She was there for both check-in and check-out. When we asked for a luggage cart, she just wheeled it over and stared at us, not offering to help. We had to specifically ask her to move each bag. It was the same when we checked out. Eventually, we just gave up and moved our own luggage to the car. We've been on a road trip, and this is the first time we've encountered anything like it! I initially let it go during check-in, thinking she was a female security guard and perhaps working hard, but since it happened again at check-out, I have to mention it. It really tarnishes Hilton's image, doesn't it? Also, the room felt a bit small. The bathroom and shower are together, and it felt like the door couldn't even open properly. I strongly suggest installing some hooks and towel rails; having none at all is really inconvenient! There were some good points though. The bathroom had a non-slip mat, which most Hampton by Hilton hotels on our trip didn't. With my elderly mother, safety comes first, and normally when I ask hotels for one, they can only give us another floor mat. Another plus was the humidifier in the room. That was a lifesaver! Sometimes on our trip, my throat felt so dry at night. As someone from the south, I'm giving a big thumbs up for the humidifier!"

"I stayed at the Lanou Hotel in Kuqa, so I booked again, but I was a bit disappointed. The hotel entrance was imposing, the lobby was quite luxurious, and the rooms were new—the facilities were excellent, but the service was cold. I initially thought the front desk staff didn't want to talk to me because it was late, but it wasn't until the next day when the breakfast restaurant staff seemed even less inclined to work that I realized the hotel group's management and training might be inadequate, with employees exhibiting a complete lack of engagement. Upon check-in, the two front desk staff barely paid any attention to me, simply giving me my room key and meal vouchers and that was it. They didn't point out the elevator being far away, and they didn't say a word about the restaurants being hard to find. I checked in at 9:30 AM—were they just tired? Breakfast the next day was also unpleasant. While the menu was indeed extensive and plentiful, the service remained terrible. Breakfast ended at 10:30, and when we arrived at 10:00, the two ladies at the noodle station were chatting and didn't seem inclined to cook for customers. I ordered a bowl, and they were very impatient. The egg-frying station next door even put out the flame! Even more outrageous, after we finished eating around 10:30, a few guys who had arrived just in time for breakfast found the hotel had turned off all the restaurant lights. These guys were eating in the dark! Haha, unbelievable!"

"The room was OK, and any equipment missing was immediately delivered by robots. The only drawback was that the hotel was a little slow in serving food during breakfast the next day, causing guests to scramble for it. Some even ate while standing or carried their food to the lobby!"

"The stay experience was very good. It was the second time I came to live. The room space of the wine hotel was quite large. The breakfast was good. "The hotel's room amenities were impeccable, and the mini-fridge even provided complimentary drinks. The family suites were also well-appreciated for their child-friendly amenities. There are also several good restaurants nearby, which, while a bit pricey, offer better quality. A few negative points: the hotel is 11-12 kilometers from the airport, but the shuttle service doesn't start until 9:00 AM. We chose an airport hotel because we thought it would offer 24-hour service, but we ended up having to take a taxi. Breakfast isn't served until 8:00 AM, as Xinjiang's time differs significantly from mainland China. Airport hotels should be more accommodating to guests from outside Xinjiang. We had an 8:50 AM flight, so we didn't have breakfast or even take the shuttle. Other than these two points, the stay was acceptable."

"The experience was extremely poor and I was very disappointed! 1. On the evening of arrival at the hotel, they asked who my travel companions were. I told them I booked and paid online, and my name was on the records. They just needed to tell me the room number. Why did they insist on asking who my companions were? Were they afraid of making a mistake? Didn't they check everything beforehand? This kind of service left me speechless! 2. I mentioned online that there were lobby bar privileges. I asked what they were, and they only replied that they were available the following afternoon. I asked what the lobby bar privileges were, and they said the next day. Seriously… I asked twice and got the same answer. The next morning, I saw that there were lobby bar privileges too??? 3. When I went out, I encountered a staff member and asked if they had a tote bag. They gave me one so I could pack things for a meeting. When I returned to my room, I found several laundry bags instead??? 😂 There was only one laundry bag hanging on the clothes rack in the room. I don't need a laundry bag, I need a tote bag…😱 Am I supposed to take a laundry bag to the meeting…? 4. After finishing the meeting on the 3rd floor, I went down to the 1st floor, which led to the coffee shop on the other side. I went to the lobby and asked a waiter. The waiter said there was nothing I could do; if you come down from the 3rd floor, you can only go down to the coffee shop. I asked, ”So every time I come down from the 3rd floor, I can only go to the coffee shop and then walk around to the lobby?” She said, ”Yeah, there's nothing I can do.” 🤷♂️ I'm really…😓"
