"Upon check-in, we received complimentary souvenirs and milk tea. The room was very clean and hygienic. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to attractions, with a park right across the street. It's also within walking distance of the old town night market, where the evening performances are lively and plentiful. The hotel front desk staff were very friendly, and they even offer free airport shuttle service! Thumbs up!"

"As a Ctrip Diamond customer and Atour member, I prefer to travel through reputable platforms like Ctrip and with reliable nationwide hotel chains like Atour. My 9-day trip to Southern Xinjiang went smoothly, culminating in a stay at the Atour Hotel in Aksu. Check-in was easy, and the receptionist even kindly recommended several local restaurants, reminding us that the room had central heating and the temperature couldn't be adjusted, suggesting we use the air conditioning if it was too hot. However, to my utter dismay, the consistently highly rated Atour Hotel Aksu turned off the air conditioning at night, leaving us unable to regulate the room temperature. In the northern climate with central heating, we spent the entire night awake in temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius. The air in the room was practically suffocating; it felt like our throats were on fire. We ended up having to leave the door and windows open, and were forced to check out early at 6 AM to catch our flight. As a hotel that frequently operates in northern China, I don't know why they turned off the air conditioning, and their failure to address our complaint after we contacted the front desk is truly disappointing!"

"Highly recommended! The entire experience from check-in to check-out was pleasant. The room was clean and hygienic, well-equipped, and the bedding was very comfortable; I slept soundly until morning. Excellent value for money! The hotel's design is stylish; both the lobby and rooms are impressive, and the location is superb! Although located in a bustling area, the rooms were very soundproofed, making it very quiet at night and not disturbing my rest at all. There are also many options for eating, drinking, and entertainment nearby. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time; it's truly amazing and highly recommended!"

"Booked a deluxe twin room for a trip with friends during the National Day holiday, and requested a non-smoking room. The 8th floor room they assigned was pretty good. Since we traveled during the off-peak period, there weren't many guests. Breakfast until 11 am was a huge plus. The room was very new and clean. I highly recommend it for tourists; you won't regret it."

My flight was delayed for 1 hour because it was too hot outside. I was very satisfied. I will stay at the Vienna International Old Street Hotel in Aksu next time. "The stay was excellent. The hotel paid exceptional attention to detail, which was very heartwarming. The room attendant noticed I was taking cold medicine and left a small note to show their concern, even adding two extra bottles of water. The front desk staff were very welcoming and greeted me with smiles throughout. Check-in was also very quick. It was all exceptionally good. The room was also very spacious and exactly as pictured. 房間的寬敞和整潔也讓我非常滿意。房間佈局合理，空間利用得當，沒有一絲擁擠感。床鋪乾淨舒適，被褥和毛巾都散發著清新的味道，看得出是經過精心清洗和消毒的。房間內的衞生狀況無可挑剔，每一個角落都打掃得乾乾淨淨，細節之處也處理得非常到位。

About 30 square meters! Don't feel crowded! Breakfast is on the 7th floor, directly connected to the elevator. What is touching is that there is no person to collect meal tickets! No one asked you how many people there are in that room! I gained a lot of goodwill at once. This boss is very good at doing business and very generous! For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.

The location of the hotel is too convenient, more than 20 minutes walk from Aksu Station, there is a large free parking lot by car, parking is not stressful. The rooms are spacious and bright, the layout is reasonable and not crowded, the bedding is clean and soft, and the sleep is particularly fragrant. The bathroom is designed to separate dry and wet, the hot water is sufficient and stable, and the sink is also intimately equipped with laundry detergent, and the details are full. I took my elders out for a trip and they loved the breakfast. The only downside was that we booked two rooms, and the guest upstairs in one of them was very noisy. They made noise all night, which affected our rest. The soundproofing of hotels is generally not very good, which is understandable. The main reason is that the guests were too uncultured and made noise all night. 😡
