It's a bit of a mixed bag. The upside is the underground garage, but the entrance is a bit tricky, making it difficult for me to get in and out in my Tank 300. I had to adjust the angle on the ground first. Also, no one told me to get the door slip, so I couldn't get out on the first day and had to go back to the front desk to get it. The room was quite spacious. I booked two days but only checked in for one. The next day, I couldn't open the door. I asked the front desk, and they said I didn't tell them when I checked in. ”(°ヘ°) Didn't they see it when I checked in? You still have to remind me to grant my room card access for two days?! Especially since they only gave me a one-day breakfast voucher after checking in on the first day. I told them I was staying two days, so they supposedly gave me both vouchers. So, how could they not know I was staying two days? Well, I didn't want to be unhappy during the holidays, so I kept quiet. I went upstairs and opened the door. The door was messed up, but was the bed made? =_= The towels on the bathroom floor weren't even picked up the day before. 😓 Okay, they emptied the trash can for me, which solved the immediate problem. Everything else was manageable and wouldn't affect my continued stay. Breakfast was available, but the main course was a bit shabby. One small steamed bun was enough for 5-6 small groups of people. Dining was for the family of 5 next door and the 3 of us. We had to go back and forth 3 times to get the main course, because we might not get it all at once. We would sit down to eat, and when it came, no one would get a single portion, so we would wait for the new ones to arrive before going back for more. 😥
