GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy. The lobby environment is very good. I mainly want to praise the two girls on night shift at the front desk. Their service attitude is very good. They greeted us with a smile when they entered the door, which gave us a friendly feeling. They also gave us souvenirs. The experience was really very good.

GGuest UserIt's a bit of a mixed bag. The upside is the underground garage, but the entrance is a bit tricky, making it difficult for me to get in and out in my Tank 300. I had to adjust the angle on the ground first. Also, no one told me to get the door slip, so I couldn't get out on the first day and had to go back to the front desk to get it.
The room was quite spacious. I booked two days but only checked in for one. The next day, I couldn't open the door. I asked the front desk, and they said I didn't tell them when I checked in. ”(°ヘ°) Didn't they see it when I checked in? You still have to remind me to grant my room card access for two days?! Especially since they only gave me a one-day breakfast voucher after checking in on the first day. I told them I was staying two days, so they supposedly gave me both vouchers. So, how could they not know I was staying two days? Well, I didn't want to be unhappy during the holidays, so I kept quiet. I went upstairs and opened the door. The door was messed up, but was the bed made? =_= The towels on the bathroom floor weren't even picked up the day before. 😓 Okay, they emptied the trash can for me, which solved the immediate problem. Everything else was manageable and wouldn't affect my continued stay.
Breakfast was available, but the main course was a bit shabby. One small steamed bun was enough for 5-6 small groups of people. Dining was for the family of 5 next door and the 3 of us. We had to go back and forth 3 times to get the main course, because we might not get it all at once. We would sit down to eat, and when it came, no one would get a single portion, so we would wait for the new ones to arrive before going back for more. 😥

Stayed for one night on a business trip and the experience exceeded expectations! The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, 5 minutes walk to the train station, and it is convenient to eat. The room was very soundproof, there was no noise late at night, the bedding was soft and not shoulder-pressing, and I could sleep well if I stayed up late. The front desk checked in in 3 minutes, and also took the initiative to give the charging cable and printing service, the details are intimate.
