The hotel was newly opened in 2024. The overall environment is very good and the price is not expensive. Free coffee is provided at the front desk every day. In addition, all the staff are very kind and greet people every day when they come in and out. I highly recommend it.

The hotel lobby is spacious, perfect for reading or working. The robot delivery service was also very convenient. The breakfast selection, including fruits, was delicious and to my liking. The staff were exceptionally enthusiastic and helpful. Thumbs up!

The hotel overall is pretty good. It was a bit chaotic when checking in. After waiting for a long time, you were still standing there after all the previous things were done. No one cared about you. The security guard is very enthusiastic and responsible. I was given a small fruit plate when I checked in. The corners of the shower room were not clean. There are plenty of parking spaces, but the distance between cars is a bit tight. When you come to Aksu, you can learn more at the regional museum and eat and have fun at the night market, which is very lively. It’s not easy to take a taxi, but Didi is available

The room is neat and clean, the bed is very comfortable, and 2 bottles of Nongfu Spring water are provided for free. The disadvantage is that the shower room floor drain smells bad, the door is not very soundproof, and people in the corridor can be heard at night

Several of us went out to travel together. I saw this homestay online. I came back to see the environment. I didn’t expect it. It was exactly the same as the online photos. I went in and looked at the room. The front desk lady was serious and checked in quickly. She also helped us with our luggage and recommended us delicious food next to it. I really like it anyway.

This is an old-fashioned hotel whereby the bathroom, toilet and wash basin are in one enclosed area. Unlike the modern hotels where the washing basin is separately located in the room and, the bathroom and toilet are separate units

A special shout-out to Xiaoli at the front desk; her service was warm and attentive, check-in and check-out were quick, and she was gentle and patient, promptly helping to resolve any issues.
