The hotel facilities are very intimate, there is a free laundry room and free parking, which is particularly convenient for people who travel. The security guard was very enthusiastic and saw that we took the initiative to help with our luggage. The attitude was gentle and responsible. The front desk staff is attentive, the check-in efficiency is high, the whole process is patiently answering questions, and the attitude is kind. The room is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the overall details are in place, the price is super high, I will choose here next time, highly recommended!

房間的寬敞和整潔也讓我非常滿意。房間佈局合理，空間利用得當，沒有一絲擁擠感。床鋪乾淨舒適，被褥和毛巾都散發著清新的味道，看得出是經過精心清洗和消毒的。房間內的衞生狀況無可挑剔，每一個角落都打掃得乾乾淨淨，細節之處也處理得非常到位。
早餐的豐富程度超出了我的預期。種類繁多，既有本地特色美食，也有西式早餐的各種選擇。食材新鮮，味道可口，每一道菜品都能看出是用心製作的。尤其是他們的現磨咖啡，香氣濃郁，口感醇厚，為我的早晨增添了不少活力。

GGuest UserService: Checked in on New Year's Eve. As soon as we walked to the hotel entrance, the Uyghur security brother and the aunt with a Henan accent came down to help us with the suitcases. The front desk staff all wore red scarves and wished us a happy new year, which felt very cordial. We were originally planning to stay for nine nights, but had to leave for a few days due to some urgent matters. It was the beautiful front desk lady Wang Yunxia who helped us negotiate the refund with the hotel booking platform, and it was resolved smoothly in the end. I brought some New Year's goods that needed to be refrigerated and the handsome guy at the front desk helped me take them to the restaurant, refrigerated them and marked them. The breakfast is also good. The staff will proudly say that the flower rolls and steamed buns are all made by themselves, and there is freshly ground coffee. The front desk service is very flexible and personal. Facilities: The laundry room has the same LG commercial washing and drying set as Huazhu Club, which is very convenient. It is recommended to put some sticky notes and pens next to it and clean the dryer filter regularly. The room provides wet wipes for cleaning the toilet, so you don't have to wrap the toilet seat with napkins anymore. The room has a wardrobe which allows you to hang more clothes than an open hanging area. The window in the room is a little small, the toilet flush is a little weak, but everything else is good. I wish 2025 will be better and better!

GGuest UserMy stay at the Starway Hotel in Aksu exceeded my expectations! The complimentary upgrade to a spacious and comfortable room featured clean and soft twin beds. The bathroom facilities were modern and sophisticated, and the smart toilet was a big plus. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, including local specialty noodle soup, Western-style dishes, and fresh fruit – a very satisfying meal. With attentive service, a clean environment, and excellent value for money, this is definitely the place to stay in Aksu!

SSuperAnn28The room was nice, clean and spacious enough. At first the TV didn't work, the front desk was very enthusiastic and sent someone to fix it. The breakfast was also very good and rich. I took my elders out for a trip and they loved the breakfast. The only downside was that we booked two rooms, and the guest upstairs in one of them was very noisy. They made noise all night, which affected our rest. The soundproofing of hotels is generally not very good, which is understandable. The main reason is that the guests were too uncultured and made noise all night. 😡

GGuest UserThe first time I came to Aksu, I saw this newly opened hotel on the Internet and felt good. I booked a room in advance and checked in. I rarely wrote reviews when I stayed at the hotel, but the experience of staying was too satisfactory. Not only the room was large and affordable, all the facilities were fully equipped. The corridor room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable to sleep, the waiter was warm and thoughtful, the front desk had free hand coffee, and the free breakfast was varied and the service was thoughtful. There is also a gym where you can do aerobic and anaerobic exercise. There is a Tianbai Shopping Mall next to it. It is very convenient to shop. I first arrived at Aksu. Mesu Hotel left a good impression on me. I will stay here next time I come to Aksu! Like 👍
