GGuest UserArrived late, watching the front desk, there was a little girl busy flying, a bunch of people waiting to check in, very understanding as a service industry, so there is no urging, here is strongly recommended night shift with two front desks not only from efficiency but also from safety, the room is also satisfied, very clean! The front desk lady is very good at talking with a smile. In addition, there is a problem in the middle of the night in the room. The security guard is also very polite. The overall full score is 💯!

MM9052****The hotel lobby is spacious, perfect for reading or working. The robot delivery service was also very convenient. The breakfast selection, including fruits, was delicious and to my liking. The staff were exceptionally enthusiastic and helpful. Thumbs up!

房間的寬敞和整潔也讓我非常滿意。房間佈局合理，空間利用得當，沒有一絲擁擠感。床鋪乾淨舒適，被褥和毛巾都散發著清新的味道，看得出是經過精心清洗和消毒的。房間內的衞生狀況無可挑剔，每一個角落都打掃得乾乾淨淨，細節之處也處理得非常到位。
早餐的豐富程度超出了我的預期。種類繁多，既有本地特色美食，也有西式早餐的各種選擇。食材新鮮，味道可口，每一道菜品都能看出是用心製作的。尤其是他們的現磨咖啡，香氣濃郁，口感醇厚，為我的早晨增添了不少活力。

XXiaoyanggezailushangThis was the most comfortable hotel I stayed at during my trip, more comfortable than other Hilton hotels I've stayed at.
Facilities: The facilities are excellent, and most importantly, it has a fresh air system, so even in windy conditions, the air quality is great. Even with the windows closed, the room air is excellent.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness is impeccable; it's clear that the hotel is regularly inspected, and the cabinets are spotless.
Environment: The environment is very nice, and parking is extremely convenient; there's parking right in front of the hotel.
Service: The service is warm and welcoming. The receptionist greeted me with a smile as soon as I entered the hotel, making me feel very comfortable.
Most importantly, they were very thoughtful. Xinjiang food is oily and can easily cause constipation, so the hotel provided honey – the first time I've encountered this in all my years of hotel stays. They also provided yogurt and fruit in the evening – such a thoughtful touch! The breakfast was also delicious, especially the freshly cooked noodles – I ate two bowls! Highly recommended.

GGuest User這次獨自出門旅行，選這家酒店真的選對了，整體體驗特別舒心，必須五星好評，衞生做的特別到位，你基本沒有異味，地面窗台擦的乾乾淨淨，床品雪白柔軟，沒有一點毛髮衞生間乾濕分離鏡子，洗手枱都無水漬，物品擺放整齊，一個人住特別安心，房間設施齊全，好用wifi，網速穩定，空調製，熱製冷都很快，熱水隨開隨有，床頭插座充足，追具充電都方便，房間隔音也不錯，晚上安靜蹦蹦，一天能好好休息。前台工作人員態度温和，辦理入退網速度快，問路，寄存行李都耐心幫忙，24小時有人值守，獨自出行，安全感拉滿

SSuperAnn28The room was nice, clean and spacious enough. At first the TV didn't work, the front desk was very enthusiastic and sent someone to fix it. The breakfast was also very good and rich. I took my elders out for a trip and they loved the breakfast. The only downside was that we booked two rooms, and the guest upstairs in one of them was very noisy. They made noise all night, which affected our rest. The soundproofing of hotels is generally not very good, which is understandable. The main reason is that the guests were too uncultured and made noise all night. 😡

GGuest UserThis hotel is very luxuriously decorated, the front desk is clean and elegant, the service is thoughtful, the check-in is fast, the parking is very convenient, the room is clean and tidy, the mattress is moderately hard, the bathroom is dry and wet, the bath hot water is out in seconds, and the air-conditioning TV is called Xiao Du. It can be completed, the breakfast is delicious, Juli is very close to Tianbai Shopping Center, Century Square, and the pedestrian street. It is an ideal hotel for business trips and leisure travel.
