This hotel is really good, the check-in experience is particularly good, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in speed is very fast. The lobby is very spacious and has a seating area, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sleep is very stable, the bathroom is clean and odorless, and the hot water is sufficient. Excellent location, convenient travel, laundry room and gym cost-effective, travel accommodation is the first choice for home, come back next time!

The waiters are very good, really feel at home, after two consecutive stays at his home. This time the place to live is quieter, and the sanitation of the hotel is still very good, especially now they have planted the freshly ground coffee in their home. Before departure in the morning, I picked up a cup of Italian condensed American orange coffee. It was absolutely amazing and full of energy all day. Behind the hotel is the food street, eating is super convenient, parking is good.

The hotel lobby is spacious, perfect for reading or working. The robot delivery service was also very convenient. The breakfast selection, including fruits, was delicious and to my liking. The staff were exceptionally enthusiastic and helpful. Thumbs up!

Very satisfied with the trip to Xinjiang, all the way from Urumqi to Kashgar and then back. I passed by Aksu and saw that there was a Populus euphratica season. I chose this starway hotel and set a parent-child room. It was a surprise. First of all, the space was very large and there was a small refrigerator and a tent inside. The child especially likes it because it is the little boy. The front desk manager specially arranged the blue theme and sent us up. There are robots to deliver things. The children are particularly surprised. The breakfast is a surprise for me. There are various breakfasts of Chinese and Western styles. Soy milk can be drunk and cooked. The big sister who cooked noodles was also amiable. After checking out, the front desk also presented a beautiful small gift. I highly recommend this hotel. The human touch is full. The hotel was newly opened in 2024. The overall environment is very good and the price is not expensive. Free coffee is provided at the front desk every day. In addition, all the staff are very kind and greet people every day when they come in and out. I highly recommend it.

Service: Checked in on New Year's Eve. As soon as we walked to the hotel entrance, the Uyghur security brother and the aunt with a Henan accent came down to help us with the suitcases. The front desk staff all wore red scarves and wished us a happy new year, which felt very cordial. We were originally planning to stay for nine nights, but had to leave for a few days due to some urgent matters. It was the beautiful front desk lady Wang Yunxia who helped us negotiate the refund with the hotel booking platform, and it was resolved smoothly in the end. I brought some New Year's goods that needed to be refrigerated and the handsome guy at the front desk helped me take them to the restaurant, refrigerated them and marked them. The breakfast is also good. The staff will proudly say that the flower rolls and steamed buns are all made by themselves, and there is freshly ground coffee. The front desk service is very flexible and personal. Facilities: The laundry room has the same LG commercial washing and drying set as Huazhu Club, which is very convenient. It is recommended to put some sticky notes and pens next to it and clean the dryer filter regularly. The room provides wet wipes for cleaning the toilet, so you don't have to wrap the toilet seat with napkins anymore. The room has a wardrobe which allows you to hang more clothes than an open hanging area. The window in the room is a little small, the toilet flush is a little weak, but everything else is good. I wish 2025 will be better and better!

The room is neat and clean, the bed is very comfortable, and 2 bottles of Nongfu Spring water are provided for free. The disadvantage is that the shower room floor drain smells bad, the door is not very soundproof, and people in the corridor can be heard at night
