The hotel is very new, clean and hygienic, the rooms are large, the breakfast has many delicious varieties, and there are freshly cooked beef noodles/noodles. The service is also good, the nectarines are given for free and are very sweet, and the clothes are washed and dried for free. But the washroom design in the room is very inhumane. Washing, toilet, and shower are separated into three areas, which is good. However, there is no place to put towels and clothes in the bathroom. You have to go out to the wash basin to put them, but there is no door to the wash basin. Is it possible? I ran out naked to put on clothes. The toilet and shower room had brown glass doors that were completely transparent when there was light. In other words, when I went to the toilet or shower, I could see everything outside. The room is big! The bedding is absolutely perfect! Super super comfortable. The whole house is small and super convenient. Very new, very clean and super comfortable. The front desk lady is kind and patient! All questions are very positive responses! When the first day arrived, the plane was late and arrived at one o'clock in the morning. The hotel sent a driver to pick it up early! Really like home! The breakfast is very rich and the service ladies are also very good! Super super good! Super recommended place! Renewed! The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers with luggage catching early trains or arriving late. Although the hotel is right next to the transportation hub, the windows are surprisingly soundproof; with the windows closed, you can't hear any outside noise, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area with plenty of hot water and stable pressure. What surprised me most was the front desk service; check-in was extremely efficient, and they even thoughtfully upgraded me to a quiet room. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, allowing for smooth work without lag. The breakfast, while simple, was nutritionally balanced. Overall, this hotel is an excellent rest stop for travelers, offering far better value than expected, and will definitely be my first choice for trips to and from the train station in the future!

The room was very clean, and there was even a potted green plant to help absorb carbon dioxide. The room facilities were quite new, probably because it's a new hotel. There was no unpleasant smell in the room, which I liked. It was clean, and one thing I particularly liked was that the beds in the standard rooms were 1.35 meters wide, unlike the usual 1.2 meters. Both the housekeeping and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again!

For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.

The receptionist was very helpful, proactive and enthusiastic. The rooms were clean, the breakfast had a wide variety and tasted good. The hotel is located in the city center with convenient transportation and parking. Guests can also enjoy free access to the gym with their room key. The floor attendants were very helpful, the self-service laundry was convenient, and the airport shuttle service was excellent.

Booked a deluxe twin room for a trip with friends during the National Day holiday, and requested a non-smoking room. The 8th floor room they assigned was pretty good. Since we traveled during the off-peak period, there weren't many guests. Breakfast until 11 am was a huge plus. The room was very new and clean. I highly recommend it for tourists; you won't regret it.

Aksu has a lot of fun places. It is very convenient to choose this hotel. There are big shopping malls nearby. There are many places to eat. There is a large parking lot at the door. It is very convenient for self-driving tours to stay for a few more days.
