This is a century-old luxury hot spring hotel. The service was great and the rooms were beautiful. The meals are average, but it’s worth it to experience such a good hot spring hotel ~ It’s also very close to the attractions, and there is a shuttle bus to Kaga Onsen Station. It’s a perfect day.

The hotel is very good, the service attitude is excellent, the hot spring pool is large, the spring quality is good, there are not many people, it is very comfortable, there are free drinks and free ice cream, the room is relatively large, clean and tidy.

I used this hotel twice in a few months, for a classmate reunion and a memorial service. The hotel is generally old. The cleaning is done reasonably well, but the wallpaper is starting to show stains, and I felt that they should at least repair it. The rooms with open-air baths have been newly renovated, but the general rooms are spacious, but they have only been minimally renovated. I would like them to clean up the areas that are visible to customers, regardless of the back yard. The food was not bad in terms of taste or volume, but there was nothing that made me feel that it was elaborate. The customers are generally young, so perhaps they are trying to keep costs down and serve food that will satisfy young people, or perhaps they are short-staffed and cannot put in the effort? The large public bath is old, but spacious and comfortable. However, it is only in the annex, so it is a bit far away if you stay in a room in the main building. I am happy that they offer a soft serve ice cream service in the evening after the bath. It is a very convenient inn that can accommodate a wide range of people, from couples and families to groups and organizations, at a relatively reasonable price. I think customer satisfaction would increase if they just fixed some old parts and overhauled the food a bit.

It was the end of the New Year holidays, and the room with an open-air bath was about 20,000 yen per person with dinner and breakfast during the fall sale online, so I used it for 1 night and 2 days. There is a free shuttle bus from Kaga Onsen Station. It was my first time staying at a hot spring inn with an open-air bath, but the room was just the right size for two people. It was a snowy day, and the view from the riverside room was very, very beautiful. Since it was a cheap plan, I thought it would be a restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, but it was nice to be able to have it in my room. The food was more than enough to fill me up. I was able to enjoy Kaga cuisine. The bath in the room was very hot, and even though it was snowing outside, my body felt warm. The ryokan has an old-fashioned feel to it as a whole, with hair falling here and there during the cleaning of the rooms, stains on the walls that look like spilled drinks, and dust behind the hanging scrolls. Beer cans left by previous guests in the open-air bath. Amenities were basic lotions, milky lotions, cleansers, toothpastes, and brushes. When I went to the other floor by mistake, the lighting was much darker and the carpet was full of stains, which reminded me of a ******* house. There was an old game machine in the game corner, but most of it is out of order. An elderly waitress served me, but she only asked me about dinner time, and I had to ask about the location of the safe and refrigerator, check-out time, breakfast time and place, shuttle bus time, etc. I was puzzled by all the things I shouldn't do. Meals were brought with a feeling of unmotivated, and there was no explanation of the dishes. At the end of the day, when I told him that the snowy scenery was beautiful, he smiled wryly and said, "I'm sick of it from where I live," and left. . It was the kind of service that made me feel that I was not welcomed the most at the ryokan I've ever been to. It was a cheap plan, so I just thought it couldn't be helped. .

Dinner for adults is normal. There is nothing that I think is delicious to pick up. What surprised me was the children's dinner. The menu is ・Chicken rice without ingredients ・Napolitan without ingredients ・Shinashi fried chicken & potatoes ・2 rare steaks ・Chawanmushi ・Udon I was surprised by the poor color, lack of vegetables, and carbohydrates on parade. It's no wonder why I thought I'd put it out on this menu. This will cost you 6,000 yen with a futon and yukata. I'm disappointed.
