The services are so good plus the environment, also the Care. Keep it up , the dinning is nice, swimming pool, garden, parking, reception,so l thank the founder of canary hotel for being creative thanks May the Lord reward the best amen .....

Canary Hotel provided very clean, neat and comfortable accommodation. Good size room and bathroom. Dinning and bar facilities were excellent. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is not much in the way of other restaurants and bars in the vicinity.

Canary hotel is lovely and the facilities are fantastic. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. There were a few small issues in our room with the shower flooding and the air conditioner not being able to change temperature, but overall a good experience and staff were very attentive and friendly.

Personnel très disponible et a l'écoute ! Le restaurant est excellent, surtout le poisson ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, avec un frigo, une belle douche etc. Breakfast proteiné avec du thé Massala ou café africain : j'adore Je recommande !

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The staff were the best part. Kudos to Irene and Kevin on the front desk. The restaurant meals were great, however at times the service was very slow. Please note that the club down the road has all night parties on Monday and Wednesday. That was the part that let this hotel down as it made it hard to sleep. Thank you to the friendly and welcoming staff though.

3rd time in Kampala stayed here. Irene provided a great welcome smile at the front office and made sure everything was okay. Rooms have air con and good noise proof. Just add more options for breakfast like croissants and beans, sausages too.

Hotel staff is very very friendly and it’s a safe environment. There is a restaurant downstairs and they take care of you very well. Hospitality is top notch will visit again.irene from the reception especially took good care of us when we had issues with local currency

Me and two other sisters of mine had a staycation over there for a staycation and it wasn't pleasant. We booked two rooms one single and another double occupancy. Lo and behold we had to beg for other utilities for the double room coz there was only one of everything. They asked us to pay for it instead of providing one. They should have provided one because it was double occupancy. Then we have to ask for everything else, slip ins, toothbrushes etc it's not rocket science the kind of service you are providing it's a hotel for crying out loud...I dare say it's a two star not 3 like they say. It's absurd given that we've been there multiple times.

The hotel is clean and neat. The staff are welcoming and professional. The rooms are equipped with everything a guest needs. Tye breakfast and dinner served from a ground floor area. Their meal plan is nicely designed and done by a professional chef
