The location is good, near Kingston. It’s on the lake but not for swimming. Pictures on the site are misleading. Staff were ok, but the problem is the NOISE, TRAINS come and go with whistles all the time, and it’s a busy road with tons of car noise. Our room was facing the road and tracks, maybe the other rooms are somewhat less noisy.

La suite est très petite et mal aérée. Par contre, la vue est très belle sur le lac. La cuisine aussi est bien équipée malgré la vétusté du réfrigérateur et de la poele. Les matelas sont aussi confortables. Le personnel est accueillant. Peut-être, il faut réduire le prix pour correspondre à la qualité.

Room was a bit dusty but the staff were super friendly and it was good for our overnight trip. Not too far of a drive from downtown Kingston, but there was a close by Tim Hortons and Flea Market which had some nice treasures. The water area was not for swimming but had a nice view to relax and enjoy a warm summer morning

The pictures on the website hid the flaws well. The office smelled of smoke. The room had an odd odor as well although not as bad as the office. When three of the pillows had hair on them that didn’t belong to us, we just left. It was a big disappointment.

There is no breakfast since Covid. Nice restaurant in area is Gina’s. We had one of the rooms overlooking the marina and it was quite comfortable. I found the folks that run it easy to get along with. It is an old hotel but well maintained. Nice big bed and comfy bathroom. There was a kitchenette but we did not use it. Comfy desk chair I used for reading.

This place was awful. The room was dirty and full of bugs. So many spiders and earwigs. As we had the room with the view of the bay there were so many mosquitos. There was no seal to the door so the bugs kept coming in. There were ants in the lamp shades that kept crawling over to the bed. The curtains didn't close properly so light would come in and the train could be heard throughout the night. All in all this place was awful. Spent most of our time outside the room and when I did come to the room I was creeped out by the amount of bugs. There is no breakfast offered and they hold 300 on your credit card which is not mentioned anywhere or at the time of booking.

This is the third time we have stayed at this Inn and have been pleased each time. The owners have been renovating and each year we have seen lots of improvements. This visit we stayed in a renovated room and it was lovely. Freshly painted, new flooring, new kitchenette and new bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we like the option of opening windows or using the air conditioner. The location is great for us and it's a short drive to a store, downtown, the Mall and many parks and conservation areas. It's right on the water with a grassy bank with a fire pit and picnic tables which leads to a large dock. The renovations are still in progress so there is some construction materials outside but it was kept fairly tidy and put away when not in use. The Inn is not serving breakfast at this time but with a fridge and microwave in the room it wasn't an issue. We'll stay again during our next visit to Kingston.

Slightly dated motel, but room was clean and warm, coffee pot, fridge, lovely setting, small but clean bathroom. Good value for the cost. Main downside is the train track on the other side of the road with train drivers blowing their loud horns during the night. If you're a poor sleeper this motel is not for you.

The man attending the lobby at night was a tad bit unpleasant. Room was dirty. Bed had quite a few visible stains. Towels were torn and also stained. The "soundproofing" listed on the ******* page was non-existent. We had to listen to someone bang on the walls until 4 a.m. and he harassed my fiancé within minutes of us arriving there. The jacuzzi shown in the pictures (the main reason why I chose this spot) was broken. The jets didn't work and it hardly held the water. In the morning when we went to take a shower, there was hair and other dirt in the shower. Pretty gross place. If all that wasn't enough to dissuade you from staying here, it's right next to train tracks so every hour you'll be woken up by the horn as it passes by.
