The hotel is old and all facilities are old. But the cleaning is neat and there is a free shuttle transfer to the station in the morning, and I think it is reasonable from the price for accommodation. But breakfast was the worst. All of them were frozen round, and there were shumai and Akashi Yaki in Kobe, but Akashi Yaki and soup were tasteless. The juice described as 100% orange is a type of machine that is mixed with water and discharged, and the orange is almost lost and only colored water. There is no 1500 yen in that content. It was very unfortunate.

The location is very convenient, not far from JR Yuanshao Station, one stop to Sannomiya, opposite Daimaru Department Store, 711, next to Nanjing. The room is small, but clean and hygienic, standard air purifier, no bathtub, shower equipment is very good. The lobby and breakfast room are on the second floor, the breakfast is not very rich, and the overall satisfaction is very good!

Room and bed much larger than expected for a solo traveller like me at such a bargain. Vintage-style design with elements of clock faces seen throughout the hotel. I especially like how they use clock faces and clock arms to represent the floors the elevators are at. Local is convenient, close to the Sannomiya Subway station. The overall experience was great and I would consider booking this again if I had the chance to return to Kobe.

2nd stay at the hotel. Once with a group of 16 and this time with my family of 3.
To be fair, the stay was comfortable and I was initially very pleased at choosing Hotel Okura Kobe again.
The reason for my low rating is that the hotel laundry service ruined 3 of my sweaters which were sent for dry cleaning. The sweaters have been dry cleaned before without incident but were shrunk considerably after cleaning at the hotel. I believe the dry cleaning was mismanaged and wrote in to give feedback, specifically that this type of mistake with laundry should not be happening at a hotel which markets itself on the higher end of the spectrum. Did receive a cookie cutter reply from the housekeeping manager acknowledging my complaint.
I think the incident was perhaps caused by new staff that were poorly trained. Pity, the incident ruined my experience and resulted in the poor rating for an otherwise pleasant stay.

Libmax is located all over Japan, but there is not much good memories until now. Had the lowest image in the hotel chain, but here is very good. Of course it is new, but the design sense such as wallpaper is good, the bed is comfortable, and the temperature adjustment and water pressure of the shower are very good. It was good to have no dirt, although it felt like a rib max in each room with a microwave oven. The coffee of the UCC drop bag was delicious. Personally the most happy thing is that the wind volume of the hair dryer is strong. The room is a bit compact, but there is no tightness at all, and it is an ordinary size as a business hotel. The bathtub is large enough and cleaning is well done. (Of course, there are still new ones). One thing that's unfortunate is that. On the morning of the first day of the stay, the lower of the shower bed holder was loosened and the screw was loosened and the hot water was put out, and the bed was violent and inconvenient, so I asked the front desk to repair it. When I came back at night It was not fixed. I examined it myself, but it seems that the bis used is too short or there is no proper foundation in the lining, and it is not possible to change it to the anchor bolt thing now, and it is not possible to do it now, and it is not possible to do it now I think it is a construction mistake of the tobus, but one bis in two is not tightened. Chose this hotel as I was attached by the line” renovated in 2023” in trip.com. It did not live up to my expectation as the room was rather old esp carpet, not feeling it’s clean.
The twin beds were small while the picture didn’t show that they were that small. Well, the description was like 0.9-1.4m wide so I can’t blame anyone given it’s a wide range in the bed size.
Breakfast is good with lots of variety. The view was great. All in all, it’s not a bad experience if you can manage yourself with the misnomer description of “renovation”.

The place runs on central heating system in early April when it is already 20 degrees outside. There's just a tiny window in the room.
Because the temperature in the room is high already, the heater will not run, but given there is no air con, there is literally no air flow in the room.
Had to borrow a fan from reception to deal with it.
The remote unit of the toilet system does not always work too.

I went by car, but the affiliated parking lot was full and I parked in the nearby coin parking. There are many parking around the hotel, but I struggled to find it because there are many steps. If you use the train, I think it's good because it's near the station. The room is semi-double and compact. The bed making was clean. Somehow there were a long hair on the bathroom wall, a few hairs on the wall before sitting in the toilet seat, and ３０ centimeters in the bathtub. The toilet cleaned sheet was pasted, and the inside of the bus and the wall were dry. I can only think I wiped it with a used towel... It's a bit creepy. The bedside and outlet are about １ｍ away in a semi-double 1 room. All the lighting was convenient because it was possible to sleep.

Although it is the same Higashi Ward citizen, it was difficult to go out of the prefecture due to the corona disaster, and I stayed at a good price for the citizens of the prefecture, so I stayed at the nearby Plaza Hotel with a plan with a big Patos ticket. Dinner was limited to summer vacation and there was a Dinaso buffet. This is the children's delight. Dinosaurs welcomed me from the entrance, and the dishes were a wide variety of menus with dinosaur motifs. The sweets and desserts were also substantial, and I was very satisfied and full. The buffet the next morning was also very delicious. The child played home until he became a het in the pool. It became a good memory of summer vacation. I would like to use it again.

GGuest Userその名のとおり、神戸港の一角で、温泉が楽しめます。一階に外来入浴可能な温泉、10階には宿泊客専用の温泉があります。一階の温泉はツツジの紅と新緑の若葉に囲まれており、庭池の緋鯉、いや鮒かな？、にでもなった気分でのんびり休めます。10回の温泉からは海、空が見渡せ、雄大な気分になれます。部屋は温泉旅館とホテルの融合スタイルなのか、半分畳部屋様です。畳部分は使いませんでした。外には広いバルコニーがあり、海が見降ろせます。食事はビュッフェスタイルで、慌ただしい感じ。リゾートホテルなのか、温泉旅館なのか、不思議な感じです。

GGuest UserThe nice appearance inside and outside the building is in other word of mouth, so there is little information about the bath 々. The bath here is directly connected to the Goshobo source, and you can enjoy fresh hot springs more than the head family's Goshobo. There are two private baths like a slightly larger family bath, and it is a system that can be used at any time if it is free without reservation. Since you can use the large communal bath of Goshobo for a certain time in the evening, everyone seems to be going there, and both of these baths were monopolized and unlimited from afternoon to night. It is a perfect inn for hot springs, but it is a little expensive for long stays. I have to cut 10,000 yen without meals for one night.

Coffee has a nespresso and you can drink latte (the machine of nespresso looks like an espresso machine. But please rest assured that it is a nespresso.) The atmosphere is good. Lighting is also considered to be good in the morning, daytime and night. I didn't ask for breakfast, but it feels good to see and is good for quality. This is a resort feeling. 1,500 yen. This price range also feels like it is aimed at between Vijiho and luxury hotels. Overall good because it is a new hotel. It seems to aim between Vijiho and luxury hotels, and the price range is also aiming at it. It is a strategy aimed at the young man now, and it is cool. The room is not so large. GGuest User部屋に露天風呂付き、朝夕部屋食でこの宿を選びました。 この条件としては他のホテルに比べとても安くてお得感がありました。 部屋での食事は工夫されていておいしく、また係りの方も丁寧で良いです。 フロントにはありましたが、部屋にアルコールスプレーが置かれていないのは残念でした。 部屋の露天風呂は大きな開き戸を全開すると天井はありますが露天風呂になります。半露天かな。ラドン温泉水は常時注ぎ込まれており、バスタブは深く広く夫婦と子供2人の4人くらいなら一度に入れるくらいの大きさでとても開放感があります。 部屋にはその浴槽1つのみで、身体の洗い場スペースもあります。 その開放された窓からの景色はすばらしく、川向こうの山の爽やかな緑一面なのでとてもリラックスできます。鴻朧館のHPのトップにある景色そのままでした。 さらに高価格の宿と比較すると設備で高級感は少し劣りますが、有馬の他の宿は街中にあるのでこの景色は臨めないでしょう。 大浴場は行っていませんがコロナ前には小さい缶ビールも無料提供されていました。現在は中止中でした。川沿いに金泉のお風呂もあります。 駅からはシャトルバスがあり、川沿いを少し上ると意外と混んでいるマス釣り場や滝があります。

YYushanchangIt’s my second time to visit this hot spring resort. I had good time again.It’s great service as my first time experience. I had the 精進料理 for dinner. The waitress told me the name of the vegetable ,how did the chief cook it and what’s the benefit of my healthy.I really enjoy my birthday vegan dinner. There are two rooms and one yard next to my private bath room. I can see the bird in the yard and enjoy my bath in the room. Great staff , Nice room and definitely will come back again.這次是第二次造訪，因為第一次體驗很好所以選擇生日時候來這裡度假放鬆。餐點是精進料理，女服務生對於蔬菜的解說很詳細，我感受到日本人的文化及專業的服務。很享受的生日晚宴。房間裡包含有日式房跟洋式房及一間私人庭院泡澡浴缸及庭院。早晨拉開紙門可以看到庭院的鳥兒叫，陽光透過樹葉灑落在榻榻米上，喝杯茶走到庭院感受有馬山林的空氣，有淡淡的竹子味道，還可以在自己的浴缸看到綠意的庭院，享受早晨的寧靜。當然早餐也是很棒的享受，健康飲食讓身體沒有負擔，整個人可以沈澱的心靈跟身體的resort.感覺很好還會再來。

The front was a main road, but the room was quiet. The staff 々 also felt good, and it was helpful to keep my luggage for a little time after checking out. The room was clean and he had a view of the city. (Middle floor) The buffet-style breakfast was also fulfilling and delicious for the reasonable accommodation fee. Ggmsl2018It would take a whole page of details to describe how nice this place is in 2020. I stayed there three times, each time in different rooms, each time perfect. It is just NICE. Location is perfect, quiet yet one stop from Kobe, the neighborhood is romantic like Greenwich Village or Montmartre or a nice place in San Francisco. The little house is very cute, very homey, with a large common space. The staff are incredible. Just rush to stay there before the team get old and change business. For the time being, they are super super master of genuine hospitality. They made me understand what is the pinnacle of a ”guesthouse Japanese style”. There is an elevated railway line running just on the other side of the street. It is not a problem because during the night, there are no trains. I fully recommend this place. I was satisfied with the massage chair, but unlike the image I saw in advance, the sheets were laid on the mattress. Did you miss the futon? It was so thin. For dinner, he offered beef and sashimi close to the edge, probably because he was conscious of profitability. The white rice is not sharpened well or it is scalded. The soup stock tastes like the second soup stock, probably because it was taken wrong.
