The room is not very big, but it is clean and sanitary. The decoration is a bit old. None of the bedside lamps are on, none of the downlights on the ceiling are on, and another one seems to be on but not on. The desk lamp on the desk is not on. The paper provided inside is also completely inconsistent with Vienna hotel taste. The bedding is nice.

Facilities: The hotel is newly renovated, and the smart home experience is very good.
Hygienic: It was very clean and tidy when I checked in. The aunt cleaned very diligently. The only downside was that the second eye exhaust smelled a bit. It was estimated that the sewer was blocked.
Service: Satisfied, satisfied, satisfied, the first time there is a hotel that can eat five meals a day, and it is not searched at all. The dishes are not enough and the taste is very good. Supper may be cooked in frozen food, but it is already great, and the robot delivery is particularly cute.

The plane was delayed and it was already very late when I arrived at the hotel. I asked the receptionist if I could check out later. The receptionist readily agreed. I felt that the service of this hotel was very good, the facilities were complete, the rooms were clean, spacious, tidy, and there was no peculiar smell.

Location
It is outside the scenic area (read paid entry). However it is just 100m from one of the entrances making it easy to enter. Use baidu maps to locate it as it is not correctly pinpointed elsewhere. They do offer a pickup service I think if you call to inform them. Not sure from where though.
Rooms
3 storey building with different themed rooms. Beautiful design throughout and modern - such juxtaposition against the surroundings. The main difference with the Mulan lodgings in the scenic area is that there is underfloor heating which makes it a lot more comfortable in winter. The family room I booked had a very nice Kohler bathtub which we took advantage of
Food
There is no breakfast options by the hotel but there are many food options around and just outside the hotel. Mulan runs a beautifully designed restaurant inside the scenic area which again stands out from the other more traditionally designed restaurants. Prices are a little more but the ambience and service are excellent.
Service
The reception staff was oddly not fond of making eye contact or any sort of small talk. He does answer directed questions but is nothing close to friendly or warm. He also did not offer any information on checking us in and we had to ask for information re wifi access and entry to scenic area etc the cleaning ladies are very pleasant though.
Conclusions
Overall, it is a beautiful place to stay in with good location and rooms. There are not much by the way of amenities or service but I would stay here again should I come by Zhouzhuang.

GGuest UserWhen I came to Zhouzhuang, I really made the right choice for accommodation. It was very good. The boss lady was very warm and picked us up at the entrance of the scenic spot. The house was clean and hygienic. It was very complete. The most important thing was that the location was also very good. It was in the scenic area and it was very convenient to go anywhere! And it was very quiet! The scenery was also very good. You could see the beautiful scenery without leaving the house. There was also a very beautiful kitten 🐱. My parents were also very satisfied! The boss lady's restaurant tasted very good too. I must recommend it once. I think the wansan hoof tasted better than the small shop outside 😋. In short, it was a perfect recommendation. Friends, come here!

Everything in the room is so exquisite, from furniture to decoration, it gives people a strong sense of simplicity. In addition, the service of the B&B is also very thoughtful, and the staff are very warm and friendly, making people feel at home. Staying here for a night is really unforgettable. I highly recommend this B&B, and I believe that everyone who comes here will leave with good memories.

GGuest UserThe new hotel is close to Vientiane Plaza, just across the road. The parking is very convenient. There is a ground and a ba*****t. The sanitation of the guest rooms is very good. The service attitude at the front desk is also very good, and they will deal with the needs of the guests in a timely manner. Takeaway It was delivered by a robot, it was a great experience, and I will choose this hotel in the future

DDamian GrayWe spent 3 nights at the Fairmont on Yangcheng Lake recently the second week of Chinese New Year. The hotel and accomodation was excellent. We were kindly upgraded to the Fairmont Gold floor and were fantastically looked after by the team there. The rooms were large, with good facilities and quality finishing (loved the shower especially). The hotel has massive gardens and outdoor activities to do (we did some Archery) and is linked to a farm as well. It also has an indoor pool and gym area too. With the weather so cold the outdoor activities were limited (no Kayaking etc). It would have been good if they had a table tennis / pool table / darts area for indoor activities. With the location there are no supermarkets or restaurants near by so you are restricted to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was expansive and great quality. The room service options were varied and good quality and they did have a Chinese restaurant open each night. The buffet restaurant is only open at night on the weekend. If we came again we would come in warmer weather when the water sports were open and the outdoor pool was open to really get the most out of the stay.

GGuest UserOne of our favorite places. Really a great stay. The lady who runs the place is super nice. Room had cool exotic decorations and furniture. The balcony was nice although not much to see but done roof tops.
Location is great. You have to pay 100 rmb to enter the city before you walk a few blocks to hotel. Right next to double bridge which is famous because of an old painting but otherwise no big desk. Indeed there were other double bridges and more picturesque bridges.
Only drawback was no breakfast at all. So you need to wander around and find a restaurant. We madd the mistake of ordering coffee from a coffee shop. Despite 35rmb - more expensive than in US it was just an automatic machine - not barista made, and couldn’t even taste much coffee. This has nothing to do with the hotel but it was a ripoff.
Another good thing about the hotel was they have another business of historical clothes rental with makeup and photography. It turned out great.

GGuest UserIn the prime location of Kunshan, it is difficult to live in the hotel itself within 200, and this store not only did it, but also did it well.
Yesterday afternoon, I went to Kunshan and set Vienna first. As a result, the Vienna personally felt that it was selling dog meat. From the appearance of the hotel to the interior, it was a mess, and I changed places decisively. Because I have to invite people to eat at night, I just look at the score and don’t pay attention to the price. When I arrive at the place, I still have a little mutter. Will it be a high score obtained by brushing the score? As a result, I entered the room. Except for the space is slightly smaller than Atour, everything else is in place, and even more pleasantly surprised is that this price has breakfast. And the breakfast is very good, outside the freshly cooked noodles, hot stir-fried vegetables, pickles, egg milk, etc., the breakfast is slightly worse than the Biyaduo, but the price is not at all Ado can be benchmarked, and the restaurant tableware is also very clean, far beyond the standard of this price.
In a word, it is really worth it. I hope the boss's business is booming and long-term.

The oversized bathtub 🛁, tent 🏕️, chalk writing board, and children's toiletries set are all very satisfactory. The service maintains the five-star level. The front desk guide is very patient. The customer service center provides bath towel delivery service in the evening, which is also fast and polite. I saw the brand name Zhu Zhengyuan. Thanks to the waiter. Parents with children on the way will be very grateful when they meet patient and professional waiters. The breakfast is very satisfactory, with rich categories. If there is no food, the waiter will add it quickly. Thank you. I will stay here next time

GGuest UserLocation was perfect and also my initial consideration, right at the center of city. No much to expect except for those standard items example - service, cleanliness or comfortability therefore to my surprise, the rooms were cosy and clean (guessed it’s because they were newly renovated or not long ago) but, but except for some minor hiccups example - air conditioning controls (remote and wall mounted) + room WiFi needs pre-logging on before connectable (used my phone hotspot to fix problem)! Everything was fine until the next day slightly before checking out, they cut off my room electricity abruptly half an hour before checkout time! Imagine if you’re still using the bathroom! This needs serious attention as I have never encounter such scenarios before, in my entire life experience of travelings and staying in hotels. Never. Of course my booking came with the “late checkout privilege” so why the rush? Oh and they did offer an upgrade of room (when checking in) but, but with additional charges! Wondering if these misunderstandings were “intentional” or caused by miscommunication between the hotel management and platform, a sales technique? Please clarify: rewards enjoyable/ available after booking, if possible thank you
