A Pleasant Stay at ECOS Dubai My stay at ECOS Dubai was overall great. The hotel has a modern and artistic vibe — with creative wall designs and even digital door numbers that add a high-tech feel. The staff were very friendly and attentive, always willing to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality really stood out. However, the breakfast could use some improvement. The selection was quite limited and not as impressive as expected — definitely room to enhance the variety and flavor. Still, for the price and comfort, ECOS is a solid choice for a stylish and convenient stay in Dubai.

The room was large, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking area was clean and well-maintained. A nearby Wemart store was convenient. The only thing I didn't like was the dark room due to tinted windows. I would have preferred a more light-filled room. Also, my view of the parking lot was not very appealing.

I would’ve ideally rated this hotel 4/5. Room is spacious and staff are very friendly but parking is horrendous, it’s a nightmare really. There are possibly 20 parking spots in total in basement and around 10 outdoors (uncovered). 50% of both are reserved. People are parked randomly in the middle of the way because there’s no other option. This is a joke to be honest. Also i dont see how a 4 star hotel doesnt have sauna and steam. I really think management need to do something about these 2 points.

I spent one night at 5* Hotel, Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate, Dubai, formerly a Movenpick hotel. It is located in Jabal Ali area, next to the iconic Ibn Battuta Mall, and about 15-20 minutes drive to Dubai Marina. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are large and beautifully designed. The beds are large and comfortable. It boasts a large pool that overlooks Dubai Marina. There are plenty of comfy sunbeds in the pool area. There is a large gym, too. The staff are very accommodating and helpful, especially the guys at the pool, Ashen (lifegurad) and Mr Hasun. However, the Sri Lankan lady at the reception was a bit tough with us when I asked why there was no welcome drink. Just when her colleague was about to offer us the welcome drink, she whispered something to him which made him change his mind, and he offered water instead. I have been to many countries and was treated much better at the reception. I was really embarrassed!!! We enjoyed breakfast at Mistral restaurant and food was copious and varied. Nevertheless, the egg benedict was below expectations and there was no bacon. I would definitely return to Oaks hotel and recommend it to my friends.

I booked this hotel for my colleague. The hotel has a nice view and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The stay itself was comfortable. However, please be very careful with the booking conditions. If you select a non-cancellable and non-refundable rate, no changes or modifications are allowed under any circumstances, even in cases of force majeure. Due to this policy, compensation was offered instead of flexibility. I strongly recommend choosing a free cancellation option to avoid issues.

Booking through Trip.com was very easy and smooth. The process was clear, and I was able to complete the reservation without any issues. I booked the room for our employee, and when I needed to modify the booking, I contacted the Premier Inn hotel directly. The staff were very fast, helpful, and accommodating, and they handled my request efficiently. We also asked the employee who stayed at the hotel about their experience, and they shared very positive feedback. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, it was a very good stay. I highly recommend both Trip.com for booking and Premier Inn for their excellent service and cleanliness.

2 little details about the location. First, 1 km from the metro station. For me it’s a pleasure, but for someone might be important. Second, DXB airport is about 45 km away. With the metro this is not a problem, just an hour ride in one of the best metro trains in the world - but a relatively early morning flight on Sunday means taxi, because then the metro starts at 8am instead of 5am. Other than that the hotel is really very nice, modern, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly service. Would stay there again.

Greate value for its money Wonderfull location near metro and bus station. Easy access to Dubai and Abu-Dabi airports, huge shopping mall next door. Greate service, nice pool and gym. Not huge but tasty and stylish breakfast. All stay was just perfect. P.S. Only notice for whose who stay with friends. My room had interesting but noisy design of bathroom. You'll hear everything from the toilet =) for family it's ok.

Ffuqiduoduo00Seriously, you can't always trust negative reviews; everyone has different expectations, and when we're on vacation, the goal is to be happy and satisfied with everything. I remember one day we returned to the hotel early, and our room had already been tidied. My sunglasses, which I'd left out that morning, had a new cleaning cloth next to them, and my child's phone cable was neatly organized with a cable clip. It was incredibly thoughtful. After resting for a bit, we went to the hotel pool. The outdoor pool on the M floor offers views of the Burj Khalifa. I didn't expect the room to be cleaned again, but when we returned, it was! All my valuable jewelry I'd left on the nightstand was still there. Later, when we went out for dinner, we actually ran into the two young men doing the turndown service, and they greeted us politely. Honestly, after a tiring day of exploring, returning to a tidy and welcoming room every time, who would even think about finding fault? My only regret is not having exchanged enough foreign currency for tips! 🙉 The Kitchen6 restaurant is enormous. You might think you've been seated in a really out-of-the-way spot, but there are coffee machines, toasters, and even duplicate food stations everywhere, even in the far corners. It couldn't be more convenient. Although this hotel was recommended to me because it had Chinese food, I never actually ate any. There's no need to insist on Chinese food. The steamed fish, however, was excellent; I had it twice. Everything else was random, and my stomach was incredibly stable for days. Oh, and by the way, the cappuccino the hostess made for me on the first day was so thoughtful – she even gave me a milk pitcher and a shot of espresso on the side. Have all the 'five-star' hotels I've stayed at before been fakes? 🙉

We visit Dubai several times a year but had never stayed here before. Our daughter, who lives in Dubai, suggested after she enjoyed a pool day, and it turned out to be a brilliant idea. The food was really great, the staff were outstanding, and the service throughout was exceptional. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, everything about the stay was perfect. We couldn’t find a single thing to fault. Highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Dubai — we’ll definitely be back!

MMaoyaThis was the only hotel we stayed at in Dubai, and it offered incredible value for money. The front desk upgraded us to a sea-view suite with two separate large bedrooms, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It's right next to Palm Jumeirah and very close to Skydive Dubai. The metro station is just 30 meters from the hotel entrance, making transportation super convenient. I highly recommend booking the Akaya Ma Seahorse Camp desert safari on Taobao; the hotel provided full transfers and concierge-like service with a rich variety of activities.

GGuest UserA truly perfect stay! It's cut from the same cloth as Atlantis but with a more artistic vibe. The fire and water fountain show is definitely worth seeing! Breakfast was abundant and varied. Due to a flight change, we had to check out a day early, and the hotel surprised us by delivering our ordered breakfast items right before we left. It was beautifully presented and far from a perfunctory gesture, which was a delightful surprise!

RRBouThe hotel's location is truly incredible. The metro station is right in front, a 3-minute walk away, as is the taxi rank. The studio is spacious, even for two people for an extended stay. The housekeeping service is excellent; they clean every day. Water, coffee, sugar, tea, and milk are provided by the hotel. The kitchenette is very spacious and well-equipped for preparing meals. The refrigerator is very functional and large enough to store food. The staff is truly excellent and attentive. The breakfast is decent.

MM255441****The environment is great, the service is excellent, and check-in was a breeze. Unlike some hotels that demand a deposit upon arrival, this one doesn't. Plus, it's quite well-equipped; I've stayed in other Dubai hotels that didn't even provide slippers or toiletries, but this one has them. It's also very convenient for getting around and shopping.

EEva G.After a disappointing stay earlier this week at another 4-star hotel in Tecom, I decided to try Novotel Al Barsha for the weekend, mainly because Swiss Butter Steakhouse is inside the hotel. My friend Hannah and I checked in with a mix of curiosity and hope for a better experience. The hotel does seem busy, which contradicts what some other guests have said. To their credit, we were given our room right away at check-in. I had booked a Superior Twin Room and specifically requested a higher floor for a better view. I also accepted a smoking room, understanding the compromise, but the overwhelming smell of smoke in the hallway left me wondering: shouldn’t a 4-star hotel manage this better? Upon entrance, to our surprise, we found a joined single bed instead of twins. We called reception, hoping to move rooms, but they offered to just separate the beds. Regret hit when we saw how small the single beds were! Honestly, if you’re tall or on the bigger side, this setup will not be comfortable—especially if you’re staying with friends or family. To add, the bed’s mattress clearly needed flipping, as there was an obvious slope that made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Adding to the unfortunate, despite being on the 25th floor, there was no view to speak of—something we were really looking forward to. It felt like a missed opportunity, especially given the hotel’s location and our specific request for a high floor. The bathroom was another letdown. The tissue holder was almost broken, the materials inside looked cheap, and the toilet bowl was not properly cleaned, with visible brown markings—pretty gross for a 4-star hotel. Thankfully, the bathtub was at least clean, so that was something. On the bright side, the highlight of this hotel is definitely their spa and pool. We were given discount vouchers for Soul and Senses Spa, and my masseuse, Shatria, did a great job. The pool is a decent size and clean, while the sauna and steam room were perfect. The health club overall is the ace of this place. For breakfast, I agree with other reviews—it’s decent. The restaurant was packed in the morning, but the vibe was good. However, they don’t escort guests to tables; you just find a seat yourself, which is fine but felt a bit unpolished. One odd thing I noticed: while housekeeping did try their best to fulfill our requests—like providing coffee capsules and water—there was no creamer for the coffee and tea. Even 3-star hotels provide that, so it was a first for me (maybe it was just the standard). Despite these minimal disappointments, I still try to see the positive side of this hotel and did my best to take decent photos that you may see for reference. Overall, it seems like this hotel mainly caters to group tourists, which makes me wonder if they’re sacrificing quality for quantity. I hope they work on improving their services, including room quality, views, and attention to detail, so they can leave a better impression of Dubai for future guests.
