"Here is a clear, natural English version of your review: ⸻ We stayed at the hotel from November 12 to 14, 2025, with my friend. On Trip.com we booked a premium room with two 1.5-meter beds. When we arrived, we were told that this option was “subject to availability,” and that they couldn’t give us this room because it wasn’t available. Instead, we were given an economy room with small beds. There were blood stains on the sheets that they apparently couldn’t wash out. The room was cleaned poorly. The floor smelled so bad that it was hard to breathe. The breakfast was very poor — there was nothing to eat. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The only good things are the proximity to the sea and the friendly staff. Otherwise, I don’t recommend it. Unfortunately, the hotel has really deteriorated. I stayed here in 2024, and it was much better back then — the breakfast had more variety, and you could eat well. But in 2025 everything got worse: both the breakfast and the room cleaning. And there is a terrible smell in the hotel. Just awful."

The breakfast was very good with staff who were incredibly attentive to their guests. The pool was very pleasant, and what a beautiful view of the Burj Al Arab from the hotel—a true delight. The hotel is close to Kite Beach and Mall of the Emirates. A very good hotel overall."

"The bed wasn't a standard size; it was less than 2 meters long, which was quite uncomfortable. The facilities were a bit old, but luckily the service was very good and breakfast was decent."

"The hotel is well-located and clean, and the rooftop pool with its view of the Burj Al Arab is absolutely fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly; truly, everything was perfect. The only downside was the breakfast: limited choices and the same every day. That's the only negative point about this hotel."

"Very nice place, studio serviced apartments are very nice. But don't get a room close to the entrance gate and road because cars and motorcycles will sleep deprive you all night. Very busy road as it goes down to the beach carparks with very loud cars and motorcycles going past all night until about 4am-5am. So request a room down the opposite end of the resort from the road and you should have an awesome stay. Resort has its own scuba diving courses, kite surfing lessons and wind surfing and paddle boards and stuff. It has a very good gym with top of the line gym machines and equipment and a very nice swimming pool area. Resort right smack bang on the beach. It has a nice sitting area where you can enjoy a meal and some drinks and look out at the ocean. "

Always reach hotel near check-in time otherwise you have to wait long . Beach towels are free 😊 beach mattresses are 😊. Very cooperative and accommodating staff, Waleed is a nice guy from Pakistan who entertains nicely and he is well behaved and nice hotel guy. Overall my experience is 10/10."

"The Sheraton boasts an excellent location, situated right above the Mall of the Emirates. You can access it directly from the metro via an underground passage. The twin beds were a little on the small side. Interestingly, there's no hairdryer outlet in the bathroom here in the UAE. The view from the window wasn't anything special. The breakfast was good, but after two days, it starts to get a bit repetitive. From outside, you can catch glimpses of the Burj Al Arab and the Burj Khalifa."
