The reception is ultra fast and I must point out a female person from Kazakhstan who was the most professional receptionist I have ever met (I think her name was Inaya or something like that) RESPECT..."

"I had an outstanding stay at Ciel Dubai Marina, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel is beautifully designed with a modern and luxurious atmosphere, and every area is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. My room was elegant, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows offering unforgettable panoramic views of Dubai Marina. Watching the sunrise from my room was one of the highlights of my trip. The fitness center was exceptional, featuring premium equipment and stunning waterfront views that made every workout enjoyable and motivating. The staff throughout the hotel were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile, making me feel valued from check-in until departure. I was also impressed by the attention to detail, from the room amenities to the overall ambiance, which created a relaxing and memorable experience. The only suggestion I would make is to improve the air conditioning by allowing the rooms to reach a cooler temperature during the summer months. Given the extreme heat in the UAE, stronger cooling would make an already excellent stay even more comfortable. I would also recommend keeping the panoramic windows as spotless as possible to ensure guests can fully enjoy the spectacular views. Overall, Ciel Dubai Marina is a remarkable hotel that delivers luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. "The hotel is really conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk from the metro and roughly the same distance to the sea. The walk to the sea through Dubai Marina is beautiful. The room itself is clean; you can tell it's not brand new, but it has a certain charm to it. It has everything you need: robes, slippers, shower gels, shampoos, toothbrushes, sewing kits, and even a shoe-shine sponge. The breakfast is quite decent too, with hash browns, scrambled eggs, pastries, pancakes, waffles, coffee, tea, and juices. I would definitely come back for a second stay. Oh, and we didn't use the pool, but right before checking out, we regretted not trying it sooner because the water was refreshingly cool. I recommend this hotel; it's not super luxurious, but it's pretty good overall."

"Great location! Everyone was very attentive, and every request was fulfilled instantly. The sea and city views are excellent. The room was very large and spacious, with 2 bedrooms and a living room with a kitchenette, microwave, stove, electric kettle, tea and coffee, and dishes. The food and pastries were delicious, though there were some spicy dishes, coffee, tea, and juices. We really loved the Ramada!"

"Arrived with a rental car, but there's no valet parking. You have to park it yourself. All the staff were very polite, kind, and extremely helpful when asked for directions. The DMCC Metro station is right across the street, about a 5-minute walk away. Dubai Marina is just around the corner, offering a great atmosphere in the evenings. The rooms are clean and tidied daily. We had a room with a balcony; unfortunately, the Wi-Fi reception there was poor, though it was fine inside the room. Breakfast wasn't great; you had to order from a menu, unlike our previous two hotels which offered a breakfast buffet. Otherwise, our 3-day stay was perfectly fine."

From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcome. My room was thoroughly cleaned every day and was always spotless and well-maintained. The location is also fantastic: JBR Beach is just about a 10 to 12-minute walk away. A big thank you to the entire team for the excellent service – I would gladly come back again!"

"An effortless stylish hotel. Rove hotels really do give you an experience beyond their pay grade. The rooms are spacious, the food is delicious and the hotel itself is so accommodating. With its location at the beginning of the JBR, you have a wonderful walk of discovery as you head up towards The Beach and swing around towards Bluewater. The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing getaway with its nicely sized pool for sunbathing, the nearby JBR 1 tram station for traveling and all the amenities you will need for a fantastic holiday stay."

"We stayed at this hotel with my best friend as their location is very nice. Our experience was not the best as we in our bathroom you can fe feel cigarette smell although the whole hotel is non smoking. They tried to fix and the next day it was the same and we think it comes from another room from the a/c. So many kids and one night some kids ring our doorbell when we were sleeping, the people staying the next door had their door open and people were running and screaming, when we called the receptionist they came to help with this but not straight away as we had to call twice. Not possible to swim in the pool as so many kids were not only in kids section but everywhere. Breakfast is fine but not exceptional, dinner is quite boring. Rooms are quite old too, so don’t expect it will be as on their photos as they definitely need to change them. For this price I would pick another hotel. Everything I liked about this place is their location."

"I really loved this hotel! The service quality, staff, and breakfasts were all fantastic. Seriously, you won't regret staying here. They have red fish and so many other delicious options. They also bring plenty of bottled water to the room, which is a nice touch. There's a great bar and lots of cafes to choose from, with happy hours and discounts. The quality of everything, including the food, is top-notch."
