"I liked everything! Good communication, everything clear and on time. The apartment is excellent, spacious, warm, which is very important now. Wood floors allow to keep warm in the room, new air conditioners work great for heating. Soft bed, beautiful view. The bathroom is very comfortable. There is all the necessary and big refrigerator and oven in the kitchen. I'll definitely come back again!"

"Очень уютное место, от аэропорта до отеля 15 мин езды. Заселили сразу же без каких либо проблем и вопросов. Я попросила этаж повыше и мою просьбу учли, за это огромное спасибо!!! В отеле есть завтраки с 7:30 утра, разнообразие можете оценить на нашем столе. Так же есть разные хлопья, йогурты, круасаны, кексы. После выселения мы попросили дать нам возможность оставить чемоданы на пару часов и нам не отказали. Что касаемо комнаты, то мне понравилось чистое постельное белье и мягкий матрас, я будто спала на облачке. Есть ванная и горячая вода без перебоя и хорошим напором, что позволяло мне комфортно принимать душ (вроде мелочь, но очень важная, путешественники меня поймут). В общем спасибо 🤗"

"ブエノスアイレスに４泊し、うち１泊は荷物を置いてイグアスの滝を観に行ったので泊まっていません なので 安全かつ料金のリーゾナブルなホテルを探してKonkeにしました。空港から離れていますがUberやタクシー料金を考慮しても満足な料金でした。近くにコンビニやベーカリー、スーパーもあるのですが クレジットカードが使えないところが多かったのでフロントでUSドルからの両替もしてくれて大変助かりました。
使いませんでしたが コインランドリーもホテルの裏通りにありました。 徒歩圏に地下鉄の駅もありバス停も近いので ブエノスアイレスの観光には適していると思います。
ファンシーな部屋ではありませんが スリッパと歯ブラシ以外はそろっています
部屋ではWifiが使えなかったのでesimかモバイルwifiが必要でした 朝食は含まれていて フルーツ、クロワッサン、コーヒーが美味しかったです
流しを使うたび水が床に垂れてびしょ濡れになりました。蛇口とシンクの距離が違いのだと思います。 常にタオルを置いて水をせき止めて使いました。
大通りに面しているのと私たちの部屋がエレベーターの前だったので ８階でも外の騒音や人の話し声が聞こえて 耳栓なしには寝られませんでした。 音に敏感な人はあらかじめ伝えておくと良いでしょう"

"Overall, I really liked the hotel.
The location is excellent – it's literally within walking distance of the Obelisco de Buenos Aires. There's a subway station right outside the hotel, which is super convenient for getting around the city. Across the street, there's a 24-hour convenience store, and a supermarket is just two minutes away. Plus, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
The hotel is situated on Avenida de Mayo, and you can walk directly to the Casa Rosada and the waterfront from there. Basically, everything is close by – all the main attractions are within walking distance.
The room was quite spacious, and the bedding was clean.
As for the downsides, there was a peculiar smell in the room, so I had to keep the window open the entire time.
Overall, it's a good option thanks to its location and convenience."

"Not sure why this hotel gets so highly rated. I had room 502, a large room on the 5th floor, facing Guemes Street (I think..) it had a large king bed, a kitchenette and a balcony. I found it felt tired. The wall that leads out onto the balcony is all floor to ceiling glass and has sliding doors. I don't think that it was double glazed and the seals were non-existent and let in every bit of noise from the busy street below. There were no seals on the hallway door and no soft close. I definitely won't be staying again."

GGuest UserFierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though.
The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room.
We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious.
The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines.
The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great!
We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm.
I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout.
I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!

LLKHAGVASURENI'm always so happy to stay in the Top Rentals Downtown hotel in Buenos Aires. Very good location in the heart of Buenos Aires. Very clean and comfortable rooms with so beautiful views of the city in the high floors. I really would like to say my thankfulness for Nelson, Rocio, Agostina, Indra and all of other Team of the hotel. They are all very warmly, friendly and such a helpful and strong team. The breakfast in the Saint Moritz Restaurant is so fantastic. One of my favourite hotels in the Buenos. Strongly recommended

VVickie TehI was initially worried after reading some negative reviews, especially since I had a late check-in around 10pm. However, my experience turned out to be completely different.
I contacted the staff via WhatsApp, and they were very responsive and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and completely hassle-free, which was a huge relief after a long day of travel.
Considering the price and location in the city, I think it’s definitely worth it. The accommodation itself has a very creative and unique design, which adds to the overall experience.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend it 👍

GGuest UserThis is the 4th stay. The staff is friendly and very nice. The room has a simple kitchen, but it's very spacious and easy to use. I think that it is beautiful as a whole because it is not so many years since it was built. There are rooms with showers only, but I don't feel so inconvenient. Obelisco and Florida Street are within walking distance, and the subway station is also nearby. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. Breakfast is perfect continental, so if you are not satisfied, you should buy it at a supermarket. Recommended hotel with high cospa.
