We had a really nice stay, the room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We only interacted with the front desk during check in and checkout, but they were very friendly. The lobby looks grand. There was free fruits, coffee, and water in the lobby. We felt it was worth the price we paid.

This hotel was the most impressive one on my trip through the Netherlands, Germany, France, Luxembourg, and Belgium. It's located right in the heart of Ghent's scenic riverfront, a World Heritage site, one of Europe's top ten design hotels, and on the list of the world's top 100 hotels! Staying here, it truly lives up to its reputation. It's incredibly well-designed, opulent, a genuine antique with a strong sense of culture and history. The classic Baroque style is evident, and the furniture and decor are all traditional European. It exudes the luxurious feel of an ancient European palace! The breakfast was also excellent, especially the breakfast restaurant, which has fantastic views!

The location of this store is very good, just near the scenic spot. The service attitude of the staff was excellent. I arrived very late that day, it was already 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, but the staff still received me warmly. It's a mixed-sex house, but it's very quiet and everyone is very well-behaved and orderly. It should be noted that everyone should try to check in as early as possible. If you arrive in the middle of the night, you may not be able to check in, but you will still be allowed to check in. In addition, a little tip for friends like me who are staying in a youth hostel for the first time. This hotel requires you to take down the bed sheet and put it in the lobby when you check out~

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location in the historic center of Ghent. We had a spacious room, which was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the shower lacked pressure, resulting in a weak stream. The breakfast was fine, although the breakfast room is not very spacious. The hotel bar was not busy, making it less inviting. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel; it is a great starting point for a weekend in Ghent.

Excellent location, right in the city center. The breakfasts were superb – delicious red fish, various cheeses including brie. A wonderful lady named Serda at the front desk. Her attitude towards guests alone deserves a solid 5-star rating for the hotel. The room is small, but the city is so beautiful that you won't want to stay cooped up inside. There's an outdoor pool at the hotel, so bring your swimsuits!

Nice hotel, in the center on the edge but still easy to reach, parking Friday market just a stone's throw away. Very spacious room, large bed, mini bar, coffee facility, bathroom with bath and shower, beautiful view of the water. Friendly staff at reception, less so at breakfast. Nice breakfast room on the 3rd floor with a view over Ghent and the water. Breakfast buffet good but not luxurious. This hotel is definitely recommended!

Generally the cleanliness of lobby floor public areas and room were above average 👍🏻👍🏻 Need to be careful when driving into that expo , ikea and the hotel zone as they located along with each others and shared the same directory board which the indicator bit small you might miss the hotel car park entrance The front staff he is super friendly and helpful 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I would say the amenities is worth for the price 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This hotel has nothing but the front desk. The room is not on the same floor as the front desk. In addition to the excellent location, there is no other recommended price is too low. I don't know how this is listed. Four stars.
