It wasn't very crowded; the whole hotel felt quite empty. It's close to Diegem station, about a 12-minute walk, but it's mostly uphill and downhill, so it can be a bit tiring. The hotel breakfast was great, very rich and satisfying. There's a shuttle bus schedule in the lobby; I took the 8:45 AM bus, which arrived at the airport around 9 AM."

"The hotel is near to the airport so it is convenient for us since we had a 11am flight. There are some free public carpark outside the hotel. The breakfast started early so we could have breakfast before we went to the airport. The room given to us was big so we had lots of space for 3 of us. The reception staff was friendly and helpful when we had problem connecting to the wifi."

There is also small shops inside the hotel where you can buy the local brand chocolate and wines from China, even on Sunday where the shops in the street are closed, it is very good option for people who need to buy gift when only staying short period, especially in the weekend."

"The airport hotel offers a pickup service, and the staff member who helped with my luggage was great! The location is right by the airport, only 5 minutes away! Right outside is the Diegem train station, making it convenient to go anywhere! The soundproofing is excellent, I couldn't hear a thing! The hotel facilities are good, the front desk service is friendly, the gym is in the basement, and the breakfast is plentiful. My only suggestion would be for rooms to also provide bottled water. Overall, highly recommended!!"
