"The nicest budget hotel I ever stayed in. 24/7 free hot drinks, microwave and room size is big enough for 2 people. Hotel staff all are so friendly. Very close to the tram station Bailly. Just one note the way reaching to the hotel is quite a hike, so if you hate hassle with luggage, consider take taxi. But we are totally fine and very satisfied with this hotel. Thanks for making our stay very memorable in Brussels."

"First time in Brussels. First time at this hotel. A lovely experience all round. From the Concierge to the first floor check-in to the catering, staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. I'm afraid I didn't get everyone's name, but I remember Anel went above and beyond to provide an enjoyable experience. Hotel is located in a cleaner, calmer part of the city but the busier part is only a 15 minute walk away. There are convenience shops located nearby, so it is in a good location. Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely plan to return."

"This is the third hotel I've stayed at in Brussels, and it's by far my favorite. The location is excellent, just a four-minute walk from Schuman station, right near the EU headquarters. Before this, I was always staying near the central station, but this area is a world apart – no mess or chaos, and the security is top-notch, both in the neighborhood and at the hotel itself. It’s quiet with fewer crowds, which is a real plus. Regrettably, I only remembered to take photos just before checking out. I booked the cheapest room type, but it was incredibly spacious. There was plenty of room to open two 28-inch suitcases without any hassle. The bed was huge too; two people could easily roll around without bumping into each other. All the amenities were spotlessly clean. The TV even had sports channels, so watching the World Cup in the room was no problem at all. The soundproofing was excellent; I only occasionally heard doors opening outside. Within a 10 to 15-minute walk from the hotel, there are various food options. While not as numerous as in the city center, they more than suffice for daily needs. There are also three supermarkets nearby. And even though it’s not in the city center, getting to the airport, Leuven, Ghent, and Antwerp is incredibly convenient from here. I have to mention that the hotel staff’s service attitude was truly exceptional. A big thank you to every staff member; they were always more than happy to help with any request we had. The hotel lobby offers unlimited flavored iced water, and the lobby itself is very cozy, with a large comfortable area for relaxing. There's also a small bar where you can enjoy a drink in the evening. The whole environment is incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Plus, there's a laundry room on the third floor. For just 7€, you get both washing and drying, which is a fantastic deal. This great hotel deserves to be known by more people."

"Temporarily decided to go to Brussels and find this hotel, completely up to expectations, old hotel, but everything is organized and the service is warm. Unfortunately, it was National Day, and the next day, the extension of the room could not be achieved. I will book early in the future."

"Very great hotel. We were surprised how big of a room we got for 3 people. They even made the couch bed ready for us when we arrived. Lobby looked really nice and fancy. Room was a bit cold so we asked for an extra heater that they provided. Overall very good stay!"
