"The room size although small however very well designed and practical. The room is clean and bright and some of the facilities are very thoughtful. The location is 10 minutes walk to most of Ghent's attractions which is excellent. The price is affordable."

"Unexpectedly good! The hotel is very close to the station. After arriving from Brussels South Station, it's about a five-minute walk to the hotel. The environment is super nice, and there's free bottled water downstairs. The breakfast was amazing, very Western-style. I stayed for three days and had a fantastic experience. It's about a kilometer from the city center and the Bell Tower, a pleasant walk away. The city has shopping areas. There's an ice cream shop downstairs at the hotel that's always busy, and diagonally opposite there's a Chinese supermarket, with Chinese restaurants and noodle shops nearby. It's really great, definitely my top choice for Ghent! The price is reasonable too. The room cards are all pink, super cute and thoughtful. There's a very humorous and attentive man at the front desk. He told me that after a certain time at night, only the back door would be open and the front desk would close. My flight was very early, and he also told me how to check out. His English was excellent!"

"Funky hotel where you can see creativity in every corner . Spotlessly clean every where. Staff are supper friendly and helpful. Water fountain on the floor we are staying , tea/coffee making facilities and hair dryer in the room. Iron board in the corridor if required . They thought about every detail to make guest’s life easy .Definitely stay here if we come back to Ghent again. 20 min walk to center of the Ghent but we enjoyed the stroll !"

"I had a wonderful stay at RAIBU GHENT by STAY-C. The apartment was very clean, quiet, comfortable, and in a perfect location to explore Ghent. The service and communication were also excellent throughout my stay. Thank you for the great hospitality — I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay again."

"The hotel has come in the years. That was not great to see the actual condition what I had expected from the pictures. And very important, the room had no air conditioning, only a fan. This does not help if it is 30°C or warmer. I haven't seen that hotels have no climate today. The garage rents, it was also somewhat suspect that they don't give out the key alone. I don't want to ask when I want to go to my car and the reception has closed from 20:00. Overall, I cannot recommend the hotel. The situation was good, but the condition and the other kind of treatment I don't like. Do not misunderstood, the staff was friendly, but the approach is not hearty."

"The hotel is located right in the city center. It’s not bad for the price. They clean the room and change the towels every day. There is a bottle of water in the room, though only one. The room is very small; it might feel cramped for two people. I travel alone and only come back to the hotel to sleep, so I found it quite comfortable. The staff is very friendly. I arrived at 5 a.m., and the receptionist opened the door for me right away. I was happy with everything."
