"The hotel is well-located, although the surrounding area has some homeless people. However, I personally love downtown, so it wasn't an issue for me. The receptionists and valets were fantastic, very polite and helpful. Areas for improvement: Breakfast: Modest, with a variety of fruits and cakes, but I believe the quality of the products could be improved. Room: The air conditioning is a bit noisy. Bathroom: The shower suddenly gets extremely hot, almost scalding!"

"Positive points: the room we stayed in - 607 - was good; good bed, good shower, working air conditioning, pleasant smell and everything was clean. The service from the reception staff was sensational, polite, helpful and efficient. Negative points: some areas of the hotel, such as corridors and balconies, are abandoned, almost like in a horror movie... the breakfast room and the breakfast itself are not very pleasant, but the staff are excellent and attentive. The surroundings of the hotel do not feel safe, on the contrary, there are many drug users and homeless people, which creates tension when arriving and leaving."

"The hotel isn't too far from the airport; an Uber costs about 90 reais, which is quite convenient. I arrived at 10:30 AM and paid an early check-in fee. The elevator is tiny, and the restaurant is also quite small. The room itself isn't small, but the facilities are extremely outdated. The hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes or slippers, only two small sachets of shampoo and some rather smelly soap. There are a few shops nearby, but if you have a decent budget, I really wouldn't recommend staying here. "A beautiful small hotel in downtown San Paulo. Friendly staff. I wanted to leave things as before the settlement was about two hours, the staff at the resepshen said that my room is ready and it is possible to settle right now 😊 Windows went out to the street, it was a little noisy. "One of the best Airbnb Hotel located in the center of Centro Republica Sky Loft is part of the tallest residential building in Sāo Paulo and it happens to be almost at the top, just behind a great rooftop bar and a glass view café. "Good afternoon. My experience in the hotel was quite satisfactory. The location was perfectly suited to my needs, facilitating access to the main points of the city. I would also emphasise the receptionist, who was extremely careful and performing throughout my stay. The breakfast offered by the hotel also deserves praise, was delicious and varied, but one point I disliked was the day-to-day fee to get in the room early. The amount charged was almost the same as the normal daily, which I consider a little high, and I believe that this policy could be revised and improved to provide even more positive experience to the guests. Despite this negative point, my stay at the hotel was generally satisfactory and I will certainly consider returning in the future."

"The location is good but after it get darks the area turns into dangerous location. The rooms need renovation and the rooms are too small. The breakfast is very good and there are lots of different things. There was a young lady with long black hair in the lobby, she was a bit rude and she even did not speak a word in English. That is very strange that such a big hotel with many foreign tourists, someone in the lobby without speaking a word in English"
