"The hotel isn't too far from the airport; an Uber costs about 90 reais, which is quite convenient. I arrived at 10:30 AM and paid an early check-in fee. The elevator is tiny, and the restaurant is also quite small. The room itself isn't small, but the facilities are extremely outdated. The hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes or slippers, only two small sachets of shampoo and some rather smelly soap. There are a few shops nearby, but if you have a decent budget, I really wouldn't recommend staying here. The last picture shows the waiting area for ride-sharing services at the airport, which might be helpful for anyone staying at the hotel upon arrival."

"- They didn't keep to the check-in time, the rooms were only available from 3:30 p.m. onwards and I was late for the event I was going to because of this delay in getting into the room. - The hotel is in the central region of São Paulo, while I was at the reception a guy came in asking for money and the security guards didn't do anything. - Breakfast had very little variety, dry bread and almost no cake options, for example, in other words, if you're thinking about paying for breakfast separately it's not worth it, it's better to eat at a bakery in São Paulo, which is more worthwhile. - While I was taking a shower a maid came into my room saying that I had already checked out in the system, I was very embarrassed by the situation."

"As reported from the beginning of the reservation, the hotel is in works, but this did not affect the accommodation in general. The size of the rooms is very good, all new. And the location is great! The only point of attention was that I booked 02 Standard rooms here on the platform that according to description and photos were couple bed. When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that the information of trip.com was wrong, there was no Standard room with a couple bed and only single bed. I had to present booking details, photos of the platform ad and reiterate that at least 01 of the rooms was essential to be couple. The hotel gave us then ”upgrade” at 01 of the rooms, but it had a whole disorder. And we stayed in very different room quality between the 02 bookings. I understand that a hotel from the door that offers the Belong Stay and a platform as referenced as the Trip should not have such a problem and generate disadvantage for guests/clients."

"My initial impression of hotel was negatively impacted as the wait time to check-in was excessively long and horrendous. However, the rest of my stay exceeded expectations. Staff were nice and cordial. My room was spacious and comfortable, although wear and tear was evident. Bathroom could use a deep clean. The hotel has certainly seen better days in its golden era, and this is photographically displayed throughout the hotel with photos of distinguished guests. I would recommend this hotel which surprisingly exceed my expectations. I would stay again"

"A gorgeous hotel in the center of São Paulo. 🤩 Very clean, cozy, delicious breakfasts. The only problem was there wasn't enough water in the rooms (for some reason, they don't provide drinking water). There's a gas station across the street where you can buy water. Even just boiling water cost 21 reals. I highly recommend this hotel. 👍"

"The hotel was under innovation. There was no alert for that from 9 AM till 5 PM. There was hard drilling around all the walls afterwards on my last day not Friday. There was no hot water from 7 AM till 9 PM."
