The hotel appears to be located on a side of Nassau that is exposed to winds; more so when compared to the Grand Hyatt that we visited. The weather was not conducive for swimming (2/6-2/9), as the weather was in the high 50s to low 60s with excessive winds. If you like fish fry, this is your kind of place. Be prepared to dole out almost $100 (US) for two; and this is without alcoholic beverages. Pelegrino is $13! Cocktails can run in excess of $25. The one saving grace was that the Bahamians were very nice; friendly, cordial and gregarious.
