Super friendly staff, peaceful stay with no loud neighbours, hotel was clean and easy to navigate, room was spacious and bathroom had lots of space and a good shower.

Hôtel bien situé proche des commodités. Situé sur Princess street, à 15minutes en voiture du centre ville de Kingston. Parking disponible et gratuit. Petit déjeuner compris. L’hôtel est propre, la literie est confortable, chambre et salle de bain lumineuses et spacieuses. Le personnel est globalement accueillant mis à part une dame à l’accueil. Bonne adresse pour une escale à Kingston.

We got a nice room with Harbour view which was nice. The room plus kitchen was excellent; we could cooked our dinner like we were at home. All essentials kitchen tools were there. The breakfast was great with friendly staff. The parking was a bit expensive: we paid about 50 CAD for parking for one night stay.😳

The room is relatively small but the facilities are complete. There is also a small kitchen, a refrigerator with a freezer. The breakfast is also rich, but the breakfast time is relatively short, from 6 to 9 in the morning. There is no swimming pool. The location is good and it is right after getting off the highway.

The room is very large, the hotel booked by the customer is not cheap, breakfast is not included, the price is not cheap, the price doubled on Friday and Saturday, and there are not many people staying. The price is not high. I am not sure when to check out on the last day. When I go back at night, I received two nights' room rate. Said that I didn't tell them to continue to live, I couldn't understand this logic at all, the experience was not good, the invoice asked them to send the mailbox, every time they had to remind, when they checked out, they specifically said to confirm the mailbox, or made a mistake.

The hotel is a bit outside downtown but still convenient. My room was clean and spacious, though the bed was softer than I prefer, and housekeeping didn’t refill the toilet paper or tissues. The real disappointment was the on-site restaurant, Cannery Kitchen. Service was far below what I expect from Hilton — long waits as we had to wait for our server to come, and a very limited selection. I was looking forward to eggs benedict after reading other reviews, but with the included breakfast, it was buffet only. Dirty dishes stacked on my table, and I even had to refill my own coffee. Overall, the hotel itself was good and I’d stay again, but the restaurant was a major letdown for a Hilton property.

This is a bog-standard, average, meh kind of hotel. It's been renovated in the last few years, but already the cracks are beginning to show. The rooms are small but clean, and the sheets were clean and white; no shade to the likely heavily overworked cleaning staff! However, there was obviously a very tight budget, and some of the ”little touches” that make an average hotel into a great one are missing, such as shower curtain rods that are pulling out of the wall (photo#3), areas where water damage hasn't been addressed, and rusty metal in areas. The free breakfast is fairly basic, but the area was clean and other than the breakfast attendant not clearing off tables efficiently (probably also overworked), it was ok enough. Second day we just went out for breakfast. The fitness centre was miniscule in comparison to the pool, with three machines and some medicine balls, plus one gym mat (by the way the pool is not listed as a hotel amenity, please fix this in trip.com!) But it was clean, and while there was some water damage in the ceiling (see photo #1), the room seemed fine otherwise. Lots of rust on the ceiling girders in the pool area (photo#2). Overall, if you can afford better than here, I'd recommend going elsewhere. But if you're on a tight budget, and you don't mind the ”motel” vibe, it's good enough. Will not be booking here again.

Very satisfied with the hotel overall. 1. The reception is warm and friendly. 2. The hotel interior and toilet facilities have been recently renovated. 3. The free breakfast is very rich, and the waiter guides and answers questions next to it. In short, I feel very good!
