Very satisfied with the stay in Zurich with Locke, Milos was very welcoming and friendly. Room was spotless, huge and quiet. We had a good night sleep before our flight. If you have a car you had to pay for it and it cost 40CHF per night. Apparently that’s like a standard rate unless you manage to get the public one which is unlikely. There’s a lot cafes and restaurants nearby.

Every aspect of this hotel met my expectations - a perfectly located and value for money hotel, right in the heart of Zurich. i will definitely book Motel One in the future.

The hotel is very convinient and strategic. Located right next to the Zurich HB station and directly above the Polybanh train (a local attraction of a train to go up to the Zurich University). There's money changer, Starbucks and restaurants on the same stretch of building. Opposite the bridge there is a major hypermart Coop where can get affortable meals, mineral water and daily items. The reception staffs were all very friendly. I requested higher floor facing the train track and the staff reserved for me since I indicated on my booking. There is complementary hot water, tea or coffee available at the lobby. It is a MUST place to stay. Just a small note, if handling heavy luggage on your own, just walk towards behind the Starbucks, there is a door right after the Western Union. The entrance here is only 2 steps, compared to the main front which has more than 10 steps.

We were 2 pax, but given an apartment style room, so that was great. However, would have appreciated if there were more than 1 charging point, a kettle as well as a table to place belongings. Otherwise, really convenient location, and there was even coop supermarket right opposite. Showers worked well too.

Less than a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room is a bit small but offers great value for money. There's a small common lounge area at the front desk where you can work, and they offer luggage storage.

Hygiene • Guest room hygiene: The room is clean and tidy as a whole, bedding, towels, etc. are replaced in time, toiletries are neatly placed, and there is no odor. The toilet, shower room, sink, etc. in the bathroom are very clean, without water stains or stains. • Public area hygiene: The lobby, corridors, restaurants, gyms and other public areas also maintain high standards of hygiene, the floor is clean and bright, the tables and chairs are neatly arranged and dust-free, the trash cans are cleaned in time, and there is no garbage accumulation. Environment • Excellent location: Located in Zurich's City Hall-Hochschulen-Lindenhof City, 1.1 kilometers away from Zurich Steinhofen Railway Station, about 15 minutes' walk, with convenient transportation. • Beautiful surrounding environment: There are many restaurants, bars and attractions around, such as Palavrion Bar, Lindenhofkeller, etc., which are convenient for guests to dine out and play. • Comfortable internal environment: The hotel's interior design is exquisite, and the wooden decoration and stone floor complement each other, exuding a strong Swiss style. The rooms are spacious and bright, all with large windows to enjoy the beautiful scenery around. Service • Front desk service: The front desk staff is warm and friendly, always smiling, and the check-in and check-out procedures are efficient and fast. • Catering service: The restaurant offers a rich variety of Swiss specialties, with fresh ingredients and fine cooking. The waiters are professional and enthusiastic. They will patiently introduce the dishes to the guests and provide thoughtful suggestions based on their personal tastes. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Swiss National Museum, and within walking distance of ETH Zurich, making it convenient to get anywhere. We arrived in Zurich from Interlaken earlier than scheduled, and the front desk kindly arranged a room for us before the official check-in time, which we greatly appreciated. The bar on the ground floor is very popular, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of dried fruits. There was a bottle of drinking water in the room, but we had to contact customer service to get slippers. Unfortunately, outside our window was a construction site with a building under construction, causing a lot of noise.

Hotel is good, convenient to access by Tram, One disappointment was the cleaning lady opened the door even though we are inside the room resting. I don’t know how they can do it. Even the door was locked. On the second stay i got another room where door lock was not functioning, so check for door safety

Modern hotel with cosy rooms. Distance from Zurich HB train station is about a 15mins walk. iPad is used to control most of the functions in the room. We had issues with the Chromecast in our room and the hotel staff, Viktoriya, came to our rescue. The issue was not fixed but she was quick enough to offer another room, which turned out to be bigger, and we were able to binge watch our Netflix korean drama. We are very appreciative of Viktoriya's help and how she resolved the issue professionally. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff is very friendly. We were a bit concerned about the shared toilet but it was so clean and not occupied at all. I went to so many times didn’t have the problem to wait someone else.
