"Great location! Turn left out of the hotel, then right at the first intersection, and you're practically at the train station. It's only one stop to the airport. The hotel sent an email well in advance with a link to a transport card, which was super useful for buses, ferries, and even the train to the airport. The service was excellent, with a 24-hour coffee machine offering coffee and hot chocolate, plus bananas and lemonade. Sina at the front desk was the most polite and enthusiastic person we met on our entire France and Switzerland trip – she really made our stay! The room was quite small though, and only had two disposable paper cups for rinsing."

Девушка на ресепшен (русскоязычная), очень помогла нам - нашла программу фестиваля на который мы приехали и была очень благожелательна. Завтрак приличный (омлет, блины, фрукты, сыры). Из минусов - очень скромный, даже аскетичный и старомодный интерьер, хотя кровать удобная. В целом, за свои деньги хороший отель."

"Lovely, clean hotel in a good location. The service and assistance provided were very courteous and kind when needed. The safe environment and easy access to TPG transportation were greatly appreciated. Thank you. I would have liked a small fridge and a more effective hot air hairdryer. Geneva is an expensive city compared to other destinations and my home country (Canada). Some options to accommodate and help travelers with more budget-conscious needs would be appreciated, such as access to a small fridge in the rooms and/or a small kitchen on each floor or in a designated area within the hotel."

"Swiss hotels are relatively expensive due to limited space, but this time, because my trip was longer, I booked a slightly larger double room with a view of the Jet d'Eau. From my room, I could see the fountain and the beautiful old buildings in the surrounding square. The room had three windows, which were very bright when open. My room also had a small luggage compartment. The hotel was very clean, and there was bus number 10 nearby that goes directly to and from the airport. However, you need to bring your own basic toiletries as they are not provided. It's a short walk from the city center, but not too far. There's a Burger King nearby, but for something better, you need to go to the train station where there's a Chinese restaurant; the food is decent. The hotel floors are wooden, which felt cleaner than carpet. Considering the high cost of living in Switzerland, this hotel is quite good value and worth recommending."

"Very, very close to the station literally right across the exit, the room size is actually not bad. I was given a room on the first floor, and I was concerning about whether if it’s gonna be allowed and no noisy… now I have been woke up in the middle of the night from jet lag, I would say the room is pretty quiet. Might come back again if I need another transitional or layover overnight."

"The hotel was decent, and it had air conditioning. When I booked, breakfast wasn't included, but there's a big Coop supermarket right outside the hotel, which opens at 7 AM. Their bread is delicious and baked fresh daily. You can grab some milk and bread for breakfast. The supermarket also sells other things. The hotel room was fine, and the bathroom/washroom was relatively spacious and clean. I stayed for two nights and found it to be pretty good. Lake Geneva is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and the surroundings are lovely. Definitely recommend."

"Couldn't believe how close it was to the train station, literally right outside the door – super convenient! The service was great too; they even gave us a free day pass, which made getting to the airport the next day really easy. There's a small balcony with a view of the big fountain. It's just two bus stops from Lake Geneva. Besides the slightly high price, everything else was perfect."

Breakfast is convenient, and the restaurant can be freely used in the evenings, making it perfect for small gatherings with friends. The room directly faces the Jura Mountains, offering excellent views of planes taking off and landing."

"The hotel is right next to the train station, just a 100-200 meter walk away. The front desk kindly allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. I booked a single room, and it was actually a bit larger than I expected. The room had air conditioning; even though it was an older model, it worked, which was a lifesaver in the hot European weather. The bed was a little soft, but the bedding was comfortable. Luggage storage is also available."

"The location is convenient and check-in was quick. The cleanliness was also good. It's very easy to get around. If you email them in advance, they'll send you a free transport card, which works for most of the city's public transport. Saved a lot of money."
