Amazing
MMichaelIf you are booking a luxury hotel in Lugano, there is no other option for me. While it’s not right in the middle of the City, it’s in a nice and quiet area and the 10-15 minute walk to the city is great for settling the stomach after eating to much pizza. The grounds are simply stunning, the views are amazing, the breakfast buffet is not amazing but very good (Although the woman who seat you could smile a bit more, all the other staff at breakfast are great). The private Lido is awesome.
I will never stay at another hotel in Lugano for our annual summer trip, it has won my loyalty for life.

The hotel room is small and small. The 13 square meters written on the Internet is really not exaggerated. But although the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs, and there are some.
The hotel does not have a gym but has a small pool.
There is a smell in the room, and I have to open the window for ventilation throughout the day.

GGuest UserSensational location, careful reception staff.... As you can expect, in a 5-star hotel.
The spa is only available for reservation and is limited to use....which is disappointed....which can be used to the fresh air is also negative. The fitness room is in the neighbour/partner hotel and is equipped with basic devices..... is also questionable! But a instructor is mostly on site!
The rooms are spacious and well equipped, the view is dreamy...

GGuest UserVery good, beyond expectations, the location is particularly good, opposite the pier by boat, the facilities in the room are updated and maintained, not old, the balcony is small but the view is very good, the only problem is that the shower is small

AAnonymous UserIf you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this place might not be for you. It's right by a busy street, so expect constant traffic noise that can easily disturb sleep. However, the natural surroundings are lovely – the lake is just across the road below, and you'll even spot early morning joggers before sunrise. For light sleepers, keeping the windows closed, running the AC, and having earplugs handy could help.

GGuest UserI stayed at Best Western Hotel Bellevue au Lac for just one night, but it was a truly pleasant experience. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the location was perfect—right by the lake with beautiful views. The food was delicious, and overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely love to return for a longer stay next time!

JJully GregórioWe love to be apart hotel style, have fun, fridge and fog . beautiful view, and super close to the center and lake, from the beach walking. And it gives free stay per day to walk public transport. We save a lot. Super recommends that hosting and we will certainly return more times.

GGuest UserVery poorly maintained room, very dirty carpet, cobweb in the bathroom near the bidet that remained for our entire stay therefore the cleaning is not done properly. Furthermore the reception remains unmanned from 8:00 pm. The breakfast service managed by only two people, in short perhaps it would be a good idea to increase the staff. Parking space is a luck. Good breakfast, very kind staff. The hotel is saved by the beautiful swimming pool.

In addition to an excellent welcome, the hotel is traditional and charming. Ideally located with breathtaking views of Lake Lugano.

GGuest UserBeautiful, right near the lake with a restaurant and bar. Owner is lovely and takes great pride in making sure your stay is great.
Why there’s 4 stars - location is a far walk from the downtown, and there were little ants in the room. It was great for us but if you can’t handle that this wouldn’t be for you.
