You can spot the hotel sign right from the train station, which makes it super easy to find. Check-in took a bit longer than expected, but the stay itself was great. The room was fully equipped, very comfortable, and relaxing. I'm not sure how to describe it, but the vibe was really good?

A great hotel to stay at after a long drive. People were really nice and helpful. The room was excellent. Enough parking space just a small walk away from the hotel.

I stayed at Hotel Suisse Geneva during my time in Geneva, and the standout feature of this hotel is its location. It is literally right across the road from the main train station, which makes it incredibly convenient whether you’re arriving by rail, heading to the airport, or planning day trips. Being so close to the station also means excellent public transport connections, but what I found even more useful is that most of Geneva’s main sights are within easy walking distance. You can comfortably reach the lake, the Old Town, shops, and restaurants without needing to rely on transport, which makes exploring the city simple and efficient. The hotel itself is comfortable and practical, with clean rooms and everything you need for a short city stay. It’s not overly luxurious, but it’s well maintained and does the job perfectly if you’re planning to spend most of your time out exploring Geneva. Because of its central location, it’s a great choice for both short stays and stopovers. It also works particularly well if you have an early train or a tight schedule, as you don’t need to factor in extra travel time to get to the station. I would highly recommend Hotel Suisse Geneva for anyone prioritising convenience and location. If you want to be right in the centre of everything with excellent transport links, it’s a very practical and reliable choice.

This hotel of Geneva boasts an exceptional location. It’s a convenient walk from the train station even with luggage. Getting to the area’s major attractions is easy. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The rooms are very clean and offer nice city views. Highly recommended—great choice for your stay.

This is my second time staying here. The last time was in 2018. The room is not big, but it has everything it should have. I booked two rooms and asked for connecting rooms, which were given to me. They are very good. There are two double beds, one is 2 meters and the other is 1.8 meters. It is spacious for three big and two small. It is cost-effective. Although it is not on the first line of the lake, it is a 2-minute walk from the lake. You can find free bus tickets at the hotel front desk. Although I didn't encounter anyone checking tickets on the bus barge for two or three days, it is still safer to get one just in case.

Absolutely loved the location and the ease of access of the hotel. While the bathroom was a little tiny, the room and all facilities provided for the Hotel de Geneve were very good, and I wholly recommend the hotel for your stay in Geneva. We came before check-in and i asked if we can check-in already if there are available rooms and she said no. But while we were there are the lobby, she checked-in some groups and 2 gentlemen who came after us. I indicated in my booking our early check-in request but she didnt allow us. Further, she did not send the city pass prior check-in unlike in the hotel in montreux who sent us the montreux riviera cards days ahead. When i followed-up, she said the city will send it. How are we suppose to get it from the city. When i told my family about it, thats the only time she approached us and said that she will email it.

Very good location, close to Train station and bus interchange (can take bus to Chamonix or some other destinations), and quite some restaurants surrounding, so easy for dinning. Very friendly front desk staff, provide us city map and introduce how to go to the landmark, informed us can get free boat ticket at Geniva Lake with our booking and sent to us thru email. Room is clean. Overall recommended!

Everything was great. The location is super convenient. It's only a 5-minute walk to the train station and 15 minutes to the city center. They also provide a free public transport pass for your entire stay in Geneva, which is a huge plus. I stayed in an apartment right next to the elevator, but I didn't hear a thing; the soundproofing was excellent. As for minor drawbacks, there are a lot of bars nearby, so it can get noisy with shouting outside late into the night. Also, the elevator is quite small, fitting only one adult and a suitcase. Otherwise, my stay was excellent.
