GGuest UserThe service is poor as you’re greeted only with an iPad to enter your details and receive your room password. If you encounter any issues, there’s no staff around to help. It’s very inconvenient, and the room is extremely small.

CCandyTseThanks to the staff for upgrading the room for us, we can enjoy the beautiful view of Matterhorn from the terrace, which is very happy.
The room is spacious, has a self-service dining area, and is fully equipped with stoves and cooking utensils. It is very suitable for skiers. The bathroom is very clean, there is a bathtub for soaking, and there is also a public swimming pool and spa. It's a pity that I didn't check-in earlier. I must come earlier next time to enjoy it.
The location is excellent, only 4 minutes away from the train station, and it's easy to walk with your suitcase. It is walking distance from Gornergrat and Sunnegga stations, and there is a bus stop at the door to the Metterhorn Glacier Paradise cable car station.
Breakfast is very rich and delicious.
This stay is really worth the money👍🏼
