"The stay couldn't be more perfect. 2 steps away from a main station, staff are just so lovely and welcoming. Always happy to help and smilling. Hotel was clean and stylish. But the highlight was the stay as how comfortable the beds were, we almost missed our excursion because the bed and pillow were so comfortable we didn't want to get up. We will be back. "The first day when we arrived on the 13th of August , the guy at the front desk was very friendly and polite.The hotel is located near tram and train station and bus station so it is was very convenient to go anywhere. Tram is 4mins walk away ,10mins walk to supermarket and train station. And 15mins by tram to the Zurich airport . Hotel cleanliness is an issue, very dusty floor,dirty sink,and dirty toilet bowl. I even asked twice the receptionist the guy on duty if they can clean our room and put a fresh towel but no one came to clean.Room service is not 24hrs. Air conditioning doesn’t cool the room down. No tv channels. Hotel service is below standard. Merlyn from London"

"We took the tram, which was not far from the airport. Public transportation in Zurich is extremely expensive, so it's a good idea to consider round-trip transportation from the airport before making your accommodation decision. The hotel was generally clean, and it was about a 10-minute walk from the tram. There are two ways to get there: take the number 10 tram to Oerlikerhus station or the number 12 tram to Fersehstudio station. The former costs €7 one way, while the latter costs €4.60 (since Oerlikerhus is across the street). I recommend taking the Fersehstudio station."

"The hotel is very near the Zurich Oerlikon train station which makes it great as a last stay before heading to the airport. It is two train stops away from Zurich HB and one stop to the airport, but far enough from the airport that you hear no plane noises. The room is of a decent size with a large window, but don’t expect any views. The bed was comfy but in the shower there wasn’t much of a shower curtain and I kept making the bathroom floor wet when showering. There is a Denner right downstairs and a large Coop nearby which makes it convenient for shopping for food."

"This was a truly excellent trip. First off, the hotel's location is fantastic; public transportation is readily accessible, and it's only one or two stops from Zurich Central Station. Directly across the street, there's a huge Coop supermarket and a Coop restaurant, so dining options are sorted. Secondly, the hotel itself is great and lives up to the Marriott brand's standards, with very enthusiastic staff. What really stood out was ”Lili” at the front desk. She was incredibly kind. I was particularly impressed when she remembered my name the next day when I was buying coffee. During check-out, she even presented the bill neatly in an envelope and was generally very helpful. All in all, it was a perfect experience."

"Shuttle bus to/from airport is only free for guest if booked directly with hotel and it cost 8 Swiss per pax for non direct bookings. Which is not a good approach for first timer guest stay in my opinion and location is a little inconvenient, walks about 15-20min to nearest train station. Booking through trip.com makes us “not” official guest. But overall our trip at Zurich is still good, hotel room itself is not bad, secure and clean, which is still worth it to stay. Staff is helpful with guides and friendly. 👍"

"The room is quite spacious, and they didn't charge extra for our child (two adults and one child). We paid a 7-franc tax upon check-in. There are a few free parking spots right in front of the hotel for an hour, which is great if you're driving and want to check in before returning your rental car. The hotel claimed they didn't have an airport shuttle, even though the description said they did, for 16 Swiss francs per person. That's more expensive than an Uber; we only paid about 10 francs for one."
