Check-in will give you a coupon for the Basel area.
Next to the coop supermarket and bus station, it is also very close to the train station!
The bed was very comfortable, I had a good night's sleep, and the bathroom was very clean.
Breakfast is also delicious!
There is also a very lively Christmas market in Basel.
If you use coupons, transportation will be free~~
There are also coupons for the barbecue downstairs.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located near the train station and in the city center. The room is beautifully decorated with a very clean bathroom. The beds and duvets are wonderful. The breakfast was good, though for a 4-star hotel, I expected it to be a bit more luxurious. However, everything was there for a good start to the day. You can park your car in the hotel's parking garage, but reservations are required. I definitely recommend staying here.

GGuest UserOur first visit to the lovely city of Basel and the hotel is well situated on Clarastrasse, which was just a short 10-minute tram ride from the Basel SBB main train station.
It is well connected to many parts of the city with the tram stop just a minute from the entrance.
There is a Coop supermarket and a nice Klara food court with a great atmosphere for meals on the same stretch.
The room was clean, bright and spacious for our family of 2 adults and a 8yo. We slept very well as there was no noise our room faced a residential courtyard.
Lastly, kudos to the warm reception we experienced at check-in and check-out.
Thank you for an overall lovely 2 nights at the Pullman. We will choose to stay here on our next trip to wonderful Basel.

GGuest UserIt was a comfortable stay, with great pillow and comforter. The toilets are clean and bright, with shower gel provided, as well as towels! The breakfast was amazing. The room is spacious and the overall environment as well as the architecture of the building is unique and impressive. However, there is no power socket around the bed, only a usb might be a slight disadvantage. You have to take the bus from the train station but they do provide free Basel Transport card. I enjoyed my stay there and would come back if I'm visiting Basel again!

GGuest UserGood location, near a tram stop and SBB, and walking distance to the city centre. City tax entitles you to free transport with the BaselCard (though only after you check in, I think, so if coming from Basel Bad you need to make your own way there). Helpful reception staff, quick check-in. Price was quite good for a short-notice booking, around 70€ equivalent on a Friday. Room (triple) was a reasonable size. The ensuite facilities in the room are rather poorly installed as an afterthought: the toilet is not properly separated from the rest of the room and the shower pod door is not flush, so water would leak all over the floor. Fine for a night or two, probably would stay here again if needed but hope they can improve the mod cons.
