After our Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop tour, my two girlfriends and I decided to stay an extra day in Xining and chose a triple room here. We were truly surprised when we opened the door; the room was incredibly spacious, and the beds were huge—two people could easily sleep in one bed. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and hot water was available all day. Even after three girls took turns removing makeup, showering, and washing their hair, the water temperature didn't drop, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location was great, close to the train station, and also near the Daxin Street Night Market and Mojia Street. After checking in that evening, we went to the night market, and the next day we had lunch at Mojia Street. The receptionist was very kind and gave us an extended check-out time until 2 PM, which was plenty of time. Only after leaving did I realize I hadn't taken any photos of the hotel, so I'll leave some photos of Xining's delicious food instead ^_^ After our wonderful Qinghai-Gansu Loop tour, we found ourselves back in the uniquely simple and warm atmosphere of Qinghai.

The location is excellent, very convenient and easily accessible to nearby attractions, shopping areas, and food options, which made the whole trip much more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and I could tell that the housekeeping standards are consistently good. The staff were also friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed, which added to the overall positive experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient as well. The room quality and attention to detail were top-notch! The Serta mattress provided excellent support and contouring, making me feel instantly refreshed and ensuring a superb night's sleep. The ergonomic chair was incredibly comfortable and supportive for my back, so I felt no strain even after sitting for long periods. Paired with the rich and aromatic Italian drip coffee, it created a wonderfully atmospheric and luxurious stay. The front desk service was also excellent.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and it felt just as familiar and relaxing as the first time. It's still incredibly clean and hygienic. The breakfast spread is fantastic, with everything from beef noodles to bread, jams, and fruit salad. I even managed to hit the gym 3 times on this trip – it was great! I'll definitely be back if I get the chance. The only minor issue is that the room gets a bit dry and too warm in winter. Could you possibly provide thinner duvets or add a humidifier?

My stay at Qinghai Kaiyuan Grand Hotel in Xining completely exceeded my expectations. Every moment, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. I absolutely have to sing its praises! First off, the service was exceptionally warm and attentive, making the entire experience fantastic. As soon as I arrived, a doorman proactively helped me with my luggage and directed me to the Sky Lobby on the 21st floor. Check-in was super efficient, and they even thoughtfully recognized my member status and upgraded my room for free, along with complimentary fresh welcome fruit. The 24-hour front desk was always responsive to my needs; whether I needed directions or extra items, they were quick to assist. The staff were friendly and professional in every detail, adding a touch of warmth to my trip. Secondly, the facilities were comprehensive and high-end, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The design of the Sky Lobby was simply stunning, blending Chinese style with panoramic views. In the evening, I even caught a breathtaking sunset – perfect for photos! My room was spacious and bright, with a well-designed layout covering over 50 square meters. It featured a soft sofa, a large desk, and even a humidifier to combat the dry climate in the Northwest, which was a very thoughtful touch. The guest rooms were fully intelligent, with features like sensor lighting and electric blackout curtains adding a futuristic feel. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and a bathtub, and the toiletries were high-quality. The King Koil mattress provided an amazing sleep experience. The hotel also boasts a free gym, a table tennis room, a book bar, and a tea room – perfect for either exercise and relaxation or quiet reading. The amenities truly cater to various needs. What truly surprised me was the breakfast – it was abundant and unique. Served at the buffet restaurant on the 5th floor, it covered everything from Chinese and Western to Halal cuisine, with an incredibly wide variety. There was freshly prepared Lanzhou beef noodles, authentic Halal 'Sazi Mahua' (fried dough twists), and other local specialties, along with hot dishes, cold dishes, congee, bread, seasonal fruits, and excellent freshly ground coffee and squeezed juices. I particularly recommend the hotel's yogurt; its rich and creamy texture was delicious with grains or fruit. The dining area was spacious and clean, with plenty of seating, so there was no need to wait in line – a perfect start to an energetic day. Additionally, the hotel's location is superb. It's right next to Xining Railway Station, just a few minutes' walk away. Within a 1-kilometer radius, there's a night market, large shopping malls, and the distinctive Mojia Street pedestrian area. It's also close to the Dongguan Great Mosque and the Huangshui River, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. The free public parking also eased any concerns for those traveling by car. It offers incredible value for money. In summary, Xining Qinghai Kaiyuan Grand Hotel excelled in every aspect, including service, facilities, and dining. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xining and highly recommend it to everyone!

The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, the mattress provided just the right amount of support, and the excellent soundproofing ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom featured a thoughtful separate shower and toilet, ample hot water, and high-quality toiletries. The service was the biggest surprise; check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, the staff were always smiling, and they responded promptly to any needs, demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness in every detail. Excellent value for money.

I had a truly great stay here, largely thanks to the incredible staff. The hotel is located in a fantastic spot - very close to the Dongguan Grand Mosque and Xia Nanguan Street, which is perfect for food shopping and enjoying nighttime street food. The design of the hotel has a nice vintage charm to it—nothing overly flashy, but it's very clean and comfortable, and I had no complaints at all. They also offer private parking, which is really convenient if you're renting a car. What really made my stay special was the service. The staff went above and beyond for me. I was struggling with bad altitude sickness, and without me even saying a word, the front desk team noticed how I was feeling and kindly sent medicine, yogurt, and an oxygen canister to my room. That kind of care means so much. Later that night, my room was a bit too warm, and even though it was late, the night staff happily helped me switch rooms. I’m so grateful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xining—you'll be in good hands here. 我在这家酒店住得非常愉快，最主要的原因是这里的服务人员实在太棒了。酒店的位置很好，离东关大清真寺和下南关街都很近，那边非常适合买吃的，晚上也有热闹的街头小吃。酒店的设计带点复古的怀旧风格，不是那种很浮夸的类型，但非常干净舒适，我完全没有任何不满意的地方。酒店还有自己的私人停车场，对于自驾的客人来说非常方便。真正让这次住宿变得特别的是他们的服务。我当时高原反应挺严重的，结果完全不用我开口，前台的工作人员看到我的状况后，主动送来了药、酸奶和一瓶氧气到我的房间。这种细心和关怀真的让人很感动。晚上我的房间有点太暖，尽管已经很晚了，夜班的工作人员还是很乐意帮我换了房间，我真的很感激。特别感谢马平女士对我所有的帮助。我一定会把这家酒店推荐给要来西宁的旅客 - 你们在这里一定会被好好照顾的。

The hotel is clean and hygienic. The staff are very helpful. The location is also great, just 1 kilometer from the night market, making it an easy walk. There are two single beds upstairs and a double bed downstairs, making it perfect for 3-4 people. The breakfast is also good. I loved the steamed buns and yogurt, and the noodles were also quite good.
