This hotel was incredibly popular during the May Day holiday! It was my first time waiting nearly half an hour just to check in at a hotel. After finally getting to the front desk, I was told my room wasn't ready and I'd have to wait another half hour. Mind you, it was already 3:30 PM when I was checking in. After waiting an hour, they told me the room still wasn't ready. Eventually, close to 5 PM, they upgraded our room. Putting aside all that, the room itself was actually quite nice. We were upgraded to a garden view, which overlooked the swimming pool and the rainbow stairs. The room was decent, nothing fancy, and you could tell the hotel has been around for a while, but it's clear they invested a lot in the decor. Honestly, good hotels usually aren't too far apart in terms of style; it's the service that really counts. I think everyone here, from the porters who greeted us when we got out of the car to the front desk staff and even the cleaning aunties, was incredibly warm and responsive to our needs, which was a big plus. Plus, the hotel has a really nice kids' club. It's perfect for families with children of all ages.

This time I stayed at the Kamengli Hotel Songshan Lake store beyond expectations! The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, the room has a good view, the hygiene is in place, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the supplies are complete. The service is intimate and meticulous, the staff is friendly, the robot delivery and free parking are all extra points. Close to Songshan Lake Scenic Area, the surrounding facilities are perfect, whether it is a business trip or a tour, the overall experience is full!

Before check-in, the front desk proactively informed guests about nearby facility maintenance that might cause noise during certain periods and even provided earplugs. When an issue was raised, the customer service manager promptly came to inquire and offered to change our room, which I really appreciate. 👍 It would be perfect if the nearby government construction could finish soon so there's no more noise.

The rooms are super spacious and very clean. Although there aren't many play facilities inside, they are also very clean. A washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator are all available. The front desk and housekeeping staff were polite and patiently resolved any issues. Check-in was also very quick. An impeccable stay experience; the environment, hygiene, and service all demonstrated exceptional care and thoughtfulness. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
