I particularly recommend their family rooms, which are spacious, bright, and well-laid out with comfortable bedding and comprehensive amenities. They are more than adequate for families or groups traveling together. Considering the affordable price, the value for money is outstanding compared to other hotels in the same category. The rooms are clean, tidy, and boast excellent ventilation and natural light. The overall environment is quiet and peaceful, ensuring a restful stay. The hotel's ambiance is warm and elegant, with both soft furnishings and hardware chosen with great care. GGuest UserThis hotel is located right in the city center, with a lively pedestrian street and plenty of great food options downstairs. The halal beef pancakes right outside are delicious and always have a long queue! If you turn right out of the hotel and pass Nanning Street, you'll reach Shuncheng Shopping Mall, which boasts numerous restaurants. The Wuyi Road metro station is also right next to it. You can easily walk to Cuihu Park and several other pedestrian streets from the hotel, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, including local Yunnan specialties like Er'si and rice noodles. The hotel maintains the high standards of Sheraton (Marriott), and the room facilities are excellent. The lovely front desk staff even upgraded my room and gave me a fruit platter. My room on the 28th floor offered expansive city views. For transportation to Kunming Station, if you're in a hurry, I'd recommend a taxi as there might not be a direct metro line due to the complex underground structure of the old city. One suggestion I have is to place ashtrays (or poles) outside the entrance. This would prevent guests who step out to smoke from a non-smoking hotel from littering cigarette butts.

GGuest UserHighly recommended, 10/10! The manager's service is thoughtful, and their management is professional. The team is quick to respond and very warm. The 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle is super convenient and stress-free, taking only 10 minutes, and the driver was punctual and attentive. The rooms are clean with no strange odors, and the soundproofing is excellent. With smart room controls and zero-pressure mattresses, I slept soundly without being disturbed by airplane noise. Breakfast includes Yunnan rice noodles, fresh and abundant. The value for money is exceptional. This is definitely the top choice for layovers or early morning flights!

CcharlotteliuThe hotel's location is fantastic, right inside the terminal. I arrived very late and requested a quiet room to sleep, and the room assigned was very comfortable. I couldn't hear any planes taking off or landing, nor any airport announcements, allowing me to get some proper rest. The only downside was that the room had no window, but for just one night's stay, it was perfectly acceptable. The front desk staff were very friendly and even gave me some fruit and a breakfast voucher. Overall, I highly recommend it! It's perfect for those who've just arrived or are about to depart (they also offer hourly rates, which is very flexible).

MM261441****The hotel is easy to find and offers free parking. We bought a package that included complimentary small dishes, which could be enjoyed at the雅思 restaurant from 11:00 to 13:30. The food was quite good, convenient, and there was a wide variety. The breakfast was especially thoughtful, running from 7 AM all the way until 1:30 PM, which was a blessing for us late sleepers! The selection was very rich. Thumbs up! 👍👍👍👍

RRalph D.SAmenities, ive rated 3/5 to remain neutral as all we needed was a place to stay to accommodate our family of 5. Now, where do I begin, first of? if you sre arriving at this place via didi or taxi straight from the airport, do yourself a favour and get dropped off outside and walk to the entrance of the ”hotel”. If you get dropped off inside the underground parking lot, Goodluck to your driver finding the spot to drop you off that connects to the hotels' elevator (its a maze and once u get there, it looks sketchy but its alright). Now, for the location: the location is superb! You're legit right beside a large mall with Tonssssss of restaurants to eat at even late at night! It is simply very convenient. And if you dont mind walking, there's another mall down south thats about 15mins walk. Lots of things to do. The lobby, the receptionist were kind and warm. They provided water whenever asked and didn't hesitate to help where they could. The free tea upfront, although we didn't fully utilize, was a nice touch. Now for the room: we selected the largest room they had which had 3 bedrooms. The price? It was insanely good. Almost unheard of. It was between 50-70 Canadian during the time of booking. I couldn't believe it. But not all hotels are perfect, and i have to say some of the things i experienced could definitely be improved. The restroom area had some scent to it that I couldn't point out as to what the smell is. I had to leave the exhaust fan on to ensure a neutral atmosphere. It worked fyi. The living room: is huge but tell me how there's only a 2-3 people sofa available and one small chair and a table. Its a wasted space. It ought to offer a large lounging furniture at this kind of room. It felt bare. The windows: simply put, although they installed windows capable of sound deadening, the weather stripping and the latch simply doesnt bond the gaps efficiently. Meaning, coldness of the night still finds its way. Luckily, the hvac system works and the curtains are relatively thick and also automatic (adjust at will). The beds are ultra clean and the floors were relatively spotless. But there's honestly one thing that is have to think about if I ever decide to rebook. I personally don't smoke, and i requested for a deodorizing treatment for our room prior to coming. The room itself? It didn't smell like cigarettes which was awesome, but here's something I don't see bring possible to address: at night time, while I lay down and sleep, there is a smell of people smoking cigarettes whose odour is somehow able to travel through the air ducts. Like each and every night, it was the same ordeal. My son didn't say anything, my parents inlaw didn't say anything, but my wife and I, yeah we smelled it. It isnt like as if you're beside someone smoking cigarettes, but its more like a scent that goes along with the air in the room that suggest someone had smoked, just unsure when. Other than that, sure, the beds, pillows and comforters were all clean and comfy. Honestly, my family was OK with the room. The convenience and price is really really hard to beat. Like it is extremely beyond belief affordable. Perhaps id reconsider staying here again if we were in kunming. We'll see.

Relatively speaking, it is comfortable to stay and the experience is good. You can choose this hotel if you are transiting nearby!

LLuxiangbeibeiMy friend highly recommended this place, saying the area is fantastic and super convenient, and the shuttle service was a huge plus. The shuttle service to/from the South High-Speed Rail Station was excellent. Overall, the service was truly impeccable, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

JjukachaThis time in this hotel we got the room on the first floor and this room was quite awful. Toilet is stinky and has problems with flushing, the window outside passing all the sounds from the street and it's annoying. Other rooms aren't so bad, but on the first floor better never choose.
