An excellent stay! The quality of a five-star hotel is always top-notch, but it was truly elevated by the thoughtful service. I especially want to commend our butler, ”Master Brother” (Dashi Xiong). He was incredibly welcoming, provided impeccable service, and even arranged a complimentary breakfast for us. It was fantastic! Five stars all around.

My stay at Poly Frasers Place International Apartment was absolutely perfect, and I'm extremely satisfied overall! The room was spacious and tidy, with a comfortable layout and exquisite, clean furnishings, creating a wonderful living atmosphere. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients, tasted great, and had enough choices to satisfy everyday dining needs. The apartment's high-rise location provided an amazing view, and the city nightscape at dusk was absolutely stunning, perfect for photos and enjoying the scenery – truly relaxing and therapeutic. My only slight regret is that my schedule was tight and time was limited, so I couldn't experience the special pool facilities, which was a bit of a shame. Allen and Glitter at the front desk provided thoughtful and attentive service, making my entire check-in process pleasant and hassle-free. It offers excellent value for money. My overall stay was exceptionally good, and I highly recommend it! Next time I visit, I'll definitely set aside time to fully enjoy the pool and choose to stay here again.

This summer, I brought my daughter to stay at the Chengdu Yinlu Hotel, and it was a great experience. The room had a tea table with delicious tea, and they even provided complimentary local Sanguantang beverages, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast 'saozi noodles' were incredibly tasty, and the afternoon tea was free. The environment was quiet and elegant. The staff were warm and attentive, providing excellent service. The hotel is located next to Shuijie, and it's very close to Global Center and SKP, making transportation convenient. There are also many dining options nearby. We stayed for two days and were very satisfied. We'll definitely be back!

We had a pleasant stay at Somerset. Location was perfect, with a lot of food options and cafes around the area. Breakfast was great, having several choices. The rooms were spacious, clean and very modern! The front desk guy was very patient with us when we had our packages delivered to the hotel. Definitely, worth it!

The entire lobby has a Bauhaus style, which I'm a huge fan of. For example, there are a few types of tea in the lobby that are really good too. Check-in was quick and the front desk staff were incredibly polite. The attentive butler even gave me recommendations for local food. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which included Chengdu's Bobo Chicken and Dandan Noodles. My room was upgraded, and since I had a cold, the cleaning staff thoughtfully left extra bottles of water for me. My room overlooked the Global Center, and what surprised me most was that it came equipped with an ironing board and a shoehorn. For business travelers like me, this is such a bonus – two thumbs up! I'll definitely choose Intercity Hotel Global Center again for my next business trip to Chengdu!

My parents stayed in Garden Room 4001, and the two of us stayed in Garden Suite 4002 with our two children. Each room is spacious and warm. The two children played to their heart's content on the rocking chairs in the garden. Each garden is planted with long bamboos, and there are spotlights on in the bamboo forest. My parents sat by the bamboo forest at night and talked about everything, with happy smiles on their faces. The whole family was happy, as if they were in our own home. It is rare to have such an elegant and warm hotel in the city center of Chengdu Hi-tech Zone. I like the hotel's environment 👍. Next time we will come to enjoy this comfortable environment.
