As a local from Jinan, I booked this hotel near the Harmony Plaza shopping district to celebrate a friend's birthday. We stayed out quite late. The hotel is located in the Liancheng International office building. Some floors are office space, and some are guest rooms. It's not an apartment hotel. The hotel management is quite professional; there's a 24-hour front desk on the first floor, and you need a room key to use the elevator. While the room facilities were a bit dated, there was no damage or obvious defects. For this price, it's great value for money, much better than the small guesthouses in the nearby alleys. The view from the room window was fantastic, and the room service was excellent. Even at 2 or 3 AM, they responded promptly to my call for room service to turn on the air conditioning.

All season hotel awesome experience! Just finished the stay of the all-season hotel, you must come to praise! The front desk service is super intimate, the check-in speed is fast and the surrounding facilities are actively introduced. There's a washing machine, dryer, and treadmill on the 2nd floor, so you can do your laundry and dry your clothes there. I also remember there was a heated drying rack in the room's bathroom. I think there was also a smart toilet. And there was always hot water. The unique features of this hotel, as I recall, are the lacquered fans and rubbings. That evening, I made a lacquered fan and a rubbing at the front desk and brought them home. We came directly from Mount Tai to Jinan after hiking, then took a taxi to the hotel. The hotel staff were very welcoming, all dressed in formal attire, as I remember. It seemed like a tour group arrived that day, a whole crowd of people. The hotel offers breakfast, and also complimentary lunch noodles, and late-night wontons, but we didn't take any of them. There's hot water available at the front desk for guests to drink. The staff mentioned that 'bazi rou' (braised pork) is a specialty of Shandong.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here in July 2025. The hotel is great, the room was clean and nice. Had all necessary amenities, bed was comfy, we both don’t smoke so non-smoking room smelled great for us. The service was pretty good too, even though stuff did not speak much English, they were helping and friendly. The only sad thing was, the room didn’t have mini fridge, so we needed to go downstairs to put stuff in the cafeteria fridge, it wasn’t very convenient. But the rest was a 5 star experience. I especially want to commend Shi Yi Yi Leng for their warm and attentive service. Check-in was efficient, and any requests were met with prompt responses and patient answers. Their constant smiling service made us feel incredibly welcome. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!
