In the hotel in Jinfoshan, it feels okay. It is a long time since the hotel opened, so it feels old, but the facilities are relatively high and the rooms are large. Jinfoshan, which is difficult to find in summer, is still very difficult to find.

The experience was truly frustrating. First, our family booked a room in a detached villa. The road to the villa was treacherous due to a landslide, and the villa hadn't informed us beforehand. We only found out when we reached the foot of the mountain. If we had known about the dangerous section, we definitely wouldn't have chosen this place. The road was narrow and extremely difficult to navigate. We arrived at the hotel at noon and ordered lunch. I have to complain about the food: a 108 RMB serving of stir-fried chicken with green peppers contained only a few pieces of chicken, was twice-cooked, and was served on a plate the size of a typical restaurant rice bowl. It had no aroma, just a very simple Sichuan peppercorn oil flavor. The other dishes were also mediocre; the only edible item was a plate of potatoes. The worst part was that the room, costing over 1000 RMB, leaked! It rained heavily that night, and when we woke up the next morning, the floor around the bed was flooded, and the ceiling was wet. My child's clothes in the bag on the chair in the room were completely soaked. When we checked out and reported this, they were very dismissive, saying we should have told them to change our room… In the middle of the night, was I supposed to change rooms with my family? The hotel's swimming pool is another story. It looks great in the pictures, right? But the water inside is actually very dirty and greenish. When I went, there was even a plastic bag floating in it. In short, avoid it. Many guesthouses on the north slope offer similar views.

An absolutely fantastic hot springs getaway experience! This weekend stay at the Jinfoshan Hot Spring Holiday Hotel was truly a delightful experience. The hotel is tranquil, surrounded by nature, and the air is incredibly fresh. The highlight, of course, was the authentic hot springs. Numerous pools, each unique, provided a warm soak that soothed a week's worth of fatigue. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The staff's service was also commendable, proactive and welcoming. The breakfast was also plentiful, with a wide variety of options, and the chef's noodles were incredibly delicious! He even added a generous amount of meat to ours. I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jinfoshan!

It was a very relaxing travel experience! The room was large and bright, and the large windows looked out over the vast mountains, which made me feel so relaxed! The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. We don't eat spicy food, but the owner specially customized our meals, using local ingredients. He was so thoughtful! The toilet in the room was brand new and had an automatic flush. The bathroom was large, with plenty of water and quick hot water. It also had a separate bathtub, which was a unique experience. I had originally planned to visit the Jinfo Mountain Scenic Area, but ended up staying at the hotel for two days. I hiked and ran nearby, and took forest baths, which was incredibly relaxing. I loved the unpolluted environment in the mountains. The hotel has a swimming pool that looks great, using natural spring water without added filtered disinfectant. I'll definitely bring a swimsuit next time I go.

Quiet homestay, stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, the boss is a very good uncle and aunt, it is very suitable to read a book here, now it is cold, there is a stove for roasting, there is a steamed bun made by the aunt in the morning, it is really delicious 😋, you can eat three meals a day here, Auntie's craftsmanship is very good. The firewood chicken and the chicken soup are made of firewood. The chicken is raised by itself. When you see it, the small animals next to it are also very cute. After eating, there are cats and dogs to accompany you for a walk. The dogs are also very good and do not bite people. Every cockroach looks natural and harmless. I planted grass in this place, and I will come later. I hope that I will not be too hot in the future. I will not make an appointment if the price increases.

I booked a special room for 298 and was shocked when I checked in. I have never stayed in such a small room at this price. I wanted to extend my stay and immediately gave up the idea. But it can be said that it is very small and the experience is not good. Basically, you have to pay 400 to book a room slightly larger than this. The room is a little small and two people were annoyed even if they wandered around in it. The service is also very average. Personally, I don’t think it has the kind of friendliness and warmth that a B&B gives people. I can’t say it’s not good, I can only say it’s not cost-effective.

The facilities are considered good in town, but the receptionist herself was confused and couldn't open the card for a long time. We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful experience. All the staffs were attentive and genuinely tried their best to accommodate our requests, which made our stay very comfortable. We especially enjoyed celebrating Christmas Eve there — the warm chimney area created such a cozy and festive atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made the stay even more memorable.
The property has a resident cat and four dogs. We had the chance to meet the cat and one of the dogs, which added a lovely and homely touch to our stay. Overall, we had a truly enjoyable time.
One small area for improvement would be to provide normal towels instead of disposable ones, as we personally prefer the former. That said, this is still one of the best accommodations in JinFoshan, and we would gladly recommend it to others.

GGuest UserHonestly, the hotel's location is unbeatable. The subway is right outside, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Plus, major attractions like Raffles City and Jiefangbei are within walking distance. There are also great food options nearby – Chen Popo Hot Pot, and the local noodle and sticky rice cake breakfast were all delicious. The room views were also nice. I stayed in a smaller room first, then a larger one for the next two days, and the view from the bigger room was even better.
My only complaints are that the air conditioning in the smaller room was quite noisy, though the larger room didn't have that issue. Also, the wet/dry separation in the smaller room wasn't great; water from the shower would flow towards the toilet, which was annoying when wearing disposable slippers. And the hairdryer! It barely had any power, making me increasingly frustrated while using it. I strongly recommend replacing it with a high-speed one; it wouldn't cost much and would make a huge difference.
Overall, I was quite satisfied. The service was very responsive, and the excellent location saved a lot of travel time.

GGuest UserI want to love this hotel. Unfortunately I had a bad incident that ruin the first day of my holiday in chongqing.
We booked 2 River view rooms for our family for 3 nights as we wanted somewhere special to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. As we were traveling with children, I checked several times with hotel before arriving that I wanted two side by side river rooms and even asked before booking which room type to book to fulfill this criteria. We checked in very late at 2.30am as we came off a light night flight totally exhausted, and could not see anything when we checked in as the view outside the room was dark. We unpacked and went to bed.
Next morning, we woke up and realised that one of the rooms had a giant wall across completely blocking our view. It was unlike the video in trip that showed full length glass windows. One had to climb and stand up onto the sofa to see any view. We were too rushed for other plans so only managed to talk to reception on afternoon of second day and got a river view room late afternoon of second night when we highlighted. Feel that it’s not correct to give us the first night room with the wall completely blocking the view when we had booked a river view. It’s terrible as it ruined our first day at chongqing. Service recovery was not good. We were not given any special apology for staying one night in a hotel room with no view, or for the inconvenience and time wasted in packing and unpacking when we had to change room the next day.

One of the staff member at reception was very helpful and I am grateful for his good service . The rest of service was very mixed. We asked hotel to help store our ice cream DQ cake as we were too full to finish the whole birthday cake at one sitting. When we got it back from hotel, the whole cake had melted, my daughter was crushed.
Hotel is modern which is great. Location is mixed, it’s on way to hongyadong which is convenient. But hotel entrance is opposite a public toilet and noodle shop. Not sure why but several times there was a big commotion or argument opposite the hotel entrance between groups of people.

GGuest UserOur stay at Sunyata was outstanding. We were back in Chongqing visiting a friend for a wedding and Sunyata was the Percy place to stay. It’s located in the 3rd footpath/Shancheng Lane, so be aware that you must walk down several steps of the Alley to reach it, it is not directly on a road. This can be challenging during holidays when the area is busy, but it is well worth the effort. Hotel staff is there to greet you at the drop off point and assist with baggage. The staff is truly outstanding as they goes above and beyond to help their guests and ensure they have an excellent stay. The rooms are beautiful with incredible views of the Changjiang and Nan’an. The breakfast included is delicious with a variety of different cuisines to choose from. We can’t wait to come back on our next trip!!

GGuest UserThe room facilities are very new and clean. The window offers a river view, and Hongyadong is right downstairs. You just cross the road and you're at the top level of Hongyadong. The night view is also beautiful. Highly recommended! Thanks to the air conditioning, it didn't feel humid even by the river. There were a lot of cars downstairs, so there was some noise, but it didn't bother me. However, some light sleepers might find it an issue.

NNanmingxingliufuguier❤️ I've always seen cave hotels online, and today I finally got to experience one! The moment I opened the room door, it felt like I was transported to Turkey. The room has a unique style – the cave-themed decor made sleeping a truly special experience!
🕌 Every area of the room is distinctive. The earthy yellow walls really make you feel like you're in a real cave. The lighting is beautiful and very stylish. The LED strip under the bed creates a floating bed effect!
🛁 And there's even a huge bathtub where you can soak while enjoying the view from the 22nd floor, with a panoramic view of the Luohan Temple complex.
📌 The hotel offers a 24-hour gym, laundry room, and self-service tea bar. Plus, they even provide free luggage delivery to the airport! (A great perk for those catching a flight, just remember to arrange it 4 hours in advance).
📍 The hotel is conveniently located right by Exit 2 of Xiaoshizi Metro Station (Line 1), next to Luohan Temple, on the 21st floor. Very easy to find!

GGuest UserLocation: The location is absolutely fantastic, right in a tall building next to Jiefangbei, and you can overlook Jiefangbei from the hotel.
Service: The front desk service on the top floor was absolutely terrible!!! This is the first time I've encountered such a bad front desk service after staying in so many hotels both domestically and internationally!!! My partner checked in on the 25th, and everything was fine. I checked in around 9 PM (or a little after) on the evening of the 25th. One of the two front desk girls had an extremely mean attitude. When I handed her my ID to check in, after she registered it, she looked down at my ID again before returning it. Then she turned to the other girl, her 'oppa,' with a mocking smile and looked at my ID in my hand, whispering something. I don't know what she was laughing about, but I definitely felt offended. If it weren't for the queue behind me, I would have confronted her.
My partner didn't get a welcome drink when they checked in on the 24th, so when I was checking in on the 25th, my partner wanted to say: 'I'd like to order a welcome drink, we didn't get one yesterday.' But before they could even finish, the front desk person impatiently interrupted: 'You can order it over there' (with a look of disdain, as if we were trying to take advantage of her). Later, a young couple came and wanted to order food, so they asked the front desk: 'Could you give us a menu?' The front desk person (with a puzzled expression): 'You want to order food now?' The couple: 'We'd like to order the wine package.' The front desk person: 'You want a wine list?' Then the male bartender next to her leaned over and asked: 'What's wrong?' She turned to the male bartender (with a mocking, playful tone): 'She wants a wine list.' (Don't tell me it's a Chongqing personality thing or Moxy's young style, I'm a local.) The front desk lady on the first floor on the 26th was super nice, though.
Facilities: The facilities were typical Moxy decor, nothing outstanding. There was only bottled water in the room. The sewer smell was extremely strong, the entire room smelled damp and like a rag that had been washed but not dried properly. I called the front desk to ask for an air freshener, and they said they had mosquito repellent. Finally, an auntie brought an air purifier and sprayed some air freshener at the door and in the bathroom (which didn't really help). The top floor is a revolving restaurant, but it only opens at 1 PM, so I didn't get to experience it.
Environment: The entire hotel reeked of fried crispy pork from downstairs, including the hallways, elevators, and especially the lobby on the first floor. The smell was intense. My partner and I, one stayed one night and the other two nights, felt like we were marinated in the smell.

GGuest UserThe guesthouse has a dedicated butler who provides excellent service. They are very responsive to any issues, even replying and resolving problems in the early hours of the morning. From downstairs, you can directly see the Qianximen Bridge, the confluence of the two rivers, and the Grand Theater – the night view is stunning. You can even catch drone performances from the room, making for fantastic photo opportunities. Hongyadong is right next door, just a few minutes' walk away, and the night view from there is also superb. The bathroom in the room has a separate wet and dry area, and the guesthouse provides a full set of disposable toiletries, which is a thoughtful touch. There's also a single bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak while enjoying the night views of Chongqing's two rivers – it's wonderful. The location is very convenient for transportation; the light rail station is only a few minutes away. The room is well-equipped with all necessary facilities. It's a great choice for travelers. I would definitely choose this guesthouse again for my next stay.

GGuest UserThe reason for the low rating is as follows: part1: The room lighting is dim; if you have poor eyesight, definitely don't come here. The overall color scheme of the room is black, a kind of dark gray. The pillows are square, more suitable for use as cushions than actual pillows. There's only one power outlet shared between two beds, so two people can't charge their devices simultaneously. The toilet area and shower (meaning the washroom part) are very small. The bathtub edge is quite wide, making it difficult to step over if you're short, have short legs, or are elderly. part2: The entire room only has one box of tissues placed on the vanity, and these tissues are very thin, of low quality. part3: The toilet paper is also very low-grade and thin. After a bowel movement, if you don't fold the toilet paper into four layers, your fingers will definitely get messy, instantly becoming 'golden fingers'. part4: The breakfast is genuinely mediocre: average quality, average taste, not many dishes, and the pastries are just the kind of bread you can buy at a supermarket.
