This was my first time experiencing a smart room. As soon as I entered, the AI assistant, Xiao Du, greeted me. By simply saying ”Xiao Du, Xiao Du” twice, I could activate all the electric devices in the room, such as the lights in different areas, curtains, sheer curtains, TV, and music player. I could also ask about the weather in various cities and other questions I had. Even the toilet in the room was smart. The hotel also provided easy-to-use smart washing machines and dryers, which was very convenient. Check-in at this hotel wasn't done standing; instead, you got to sit on a sofa. This kind of service, even in many 5-star hotels, is usually only available to VIPs. After adding the hotel's butler on WeChat, any questions we had, whether inside or outside the hotel, were answered promptly. Once, while we were out, we suddenly remembered that we had to leave early the next morning at 6:30 AM, but the hotel restaurant only opened at 7 AM. I immediately contacted the butler via WeChat to ask if the hotel could pack several breakfast boxes for us to eat in the car. They actually did it, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel's design is very thoughtful, the breakfast is exquisite, the environment is comfortable, and the service is very attentive. Fantastic! 👍

Choosing the right hotel really makes traveling so much easier! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had no strange odors. The bedding was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and even turned on the air conditioning before we arrived. The hotel is close to the scenic spots, making it very convenient for getting around. The environment is quiet and safe, with excellent facilities and plenty of toiletries. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and it's definitely worth coming back to.

Excellent twin room with two 1.5-meter beds, very spacious. It's a river view room, absolutely nice. We spent three days in Chongqing, and our two-night stay at this hotel was the most satisfying part. Traveling with a child, we all slept incredibly comfortably. The hotel's location is superb. Hongyadong is just across the street, and there are several famous hotpot restaurants nearby. It's in the busiest commercial area yet offers a quiet retreat. Very convenient for getting around. Atour has once again exceeded my expectations, making me love this brand even more. The breakfast was as nice as ever. The hotel's positioning perfectly aligns with the market, making it an excellent value-for-money choice for both business and leisure travelers.

🏮Located inside a renovated church down a long winding stair alley, this hotel was the definition of a hidden gem. If you didn’t know it existed, you definitely wouldn’t know it was there. The rooms were extremely spacious, with high ceilings, beautifully considered decor, and refined aesthetics. I’d say the rooms were way better than the pictures. ⛪️✨ 📸 The hotel offers a free travel photography service. You can have your hair/makeup/outfit done professionally for an additional charge but we wore our own stuff. Zihao (子豪) came to take photos of us on our second day and they turned out absolutely stunning!! The entire process took about an hour and he was incredibly professional, kind, and funny; and took the time to work with us through the language barrier using a translator app on his phone. You get a certain number of free photos, but we ended up buying almost the entire photo set with minimal editing from him because they turned out so good. It was one of the highlights of our entire trip. I will treasure the photos he took of my mom forever. 🍴 Breakfast is included and there’s a full service bar for guests where you can get free soft drinks and freshly cut fruit throughout the day. The hotel will also deliver a soup to your room in the evening (called night service? I think?) and it was really delicious. I have no photos of that because we ate it too fast. 😋 🧳 📝 The entrance of the hotel is a bit of a far- the nearest car drop-off point is Lingshi Alley No.8, Yuzhong Chongqing, and from there, you have to walk 3-4 flights of stairs down an alley to get to the entrance of the church. The hotel will message you ahead to help you with your luggage (and they’re extremely nice! Two of the staff helped us get our suitcases to our car at 5am when we had to leave very early 😵💫) but if you have any accessibility needs or difficulties walking up and down stairs, or just have a ton of luggage, this might not be the hotel for you 🚙😥 🌸 Overall, stunning hotel & amazing staff who you can message anytime on WeChat if you need anything. It feels like quiet escape in the middle of a super bustling crazy city. I would come back 100% if I was in Chongqing again. Thank you for everything!

STAFF APPRECIATION: I would like to thank Xiao Yang, Xiao Yi, and Master Li for their care during my stay. They were kind, professional, warm, patient, and proactive. They were also incredibly accommodating with my inability to speak more than a little Chinese. Xiao Yang even made a point to speak English with me during breakfast and checkout. Master Li was very tolerant with my last-minute requests for pickup and drop off and Xiao Yi quickly located and added me on WeChat to allow us to chat more comfortably. As it was raining, she even met me by the car with an umbrella when I arrived. I felt quite pampered! DIRECTIONS: To reach the hotel requires a few transfers. It's not too troublesome and is well worth it! 1) I arrived at the Wulong South Railway 🚉 and followed the exit signs outside. 2) To the left was the large blue bus 🚌 mentioned by another reviewer. It will take you to the Fairy Mountain Visitor Center for 16 yuan. From here you can reach the most popular tourist destinations in Wulong to include the Three Bridges. 3) Outside the center you’ll find another blue fairy bus which will take you to the mountain itself for an additional 8 yuan. This bus will stop at the gate where tickets will be checked. Be sure to contact the hotel and give them your information before you set off because the cost of this ticket is included with your stay! They will reserve the ticket for you and send you confirmation and any relevant information. Otherwise, it is 50 yuan per person. 4) This bus will drop you off at a plaza with a few shops and the boarding platform for the scenic train. 🚂 Contact the hotel and someone will come to pick you up, as private vehicles are not permitted beyond this point. REVIEW: If availability and your budget permit, I cannot emphasize strongly enough how much it is worth it to splurge on the room with a 270-degree view of the property. I went on a foggy, wet weekend and still found the view incredible. The windows cover three walls. I can only imagine how amazing the sky must look on a clear night. The minibar has a good selection of free snacks and drinks and a sampling of the local tea. Meals are also served at the hotel. The cost is not low, but for the exclusivity of the location, I considered it more than fair compared to what I’ve paid elsewhere. Also, the dishes looked and tasted great. There are also vendors down the hill where the train and shops (show in the picture below) are located. Look for the sign identifying the train exit and go down the steps. These were the only places I saw to purchase food, drinks, or supplies once you pass the entrance to the mountain, so plan accordingly. By the way, tickets for the scenic train were included with the reservation as well. I highly recommend it. It stops at the grasslands and the horse stables. Now, I will allow the pictures to speak for me. TLDR: Multiple transfers lead to a place that is secluded and picturesque and right in the heart of the mountain. That means your dining choices will also be limited, but the meals provided (at a cost) were delicious. Tickets to the mountain and scenic train are included in the price. A photo session is included as well, but I did not utilize it. I recommend setting out earlier to miss the worst of the crowds. The staff is amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The room with the 270-degree view offers the best experience. 10/10 recommend for those seeking quiet and the peace only nature can bring. 🏞

❤️ I've always seen cave hotels online, and today I finally got to experience one! The moment I opened the room door, it felt like I was transported to Turkey. The room has a unique style – the cave-themed decor made sleeping a truly special experience! 🕌 Every area of the room is distinctive. The earthy yellow walls really make you feel like you're in a real cave. The lighting is beautiful and very stylish. The LED strip under the bed creates a floating bed effect! 🛁 And there's even a huge bathtub where you can soak while enjoying the view from the 22nd floor, with a panoramic view of the Luohan Temple complex. 📌 The hotel offers a 24-hour gym, laundry room, and self-service tea bar. Plus, they even provide free luggage delivery to the airport! (A great perk for those catching a flight, just remember to arrange it 4 hours in advance). 📍 The hotel is conveniently located right by Exit 2 of Xiaoshizi Metro Station (Line 1), next to Luohan Temple, on the 21st floor. Very easy to find!

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and communication was a breeze. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients. The hotel amenities are excellent, making it convenient for gym workouts and laundry. The robot room service was a unique and cool touch. Checking out and getting an electronic invoice was super easy, just one click! Overall, it's great value for money and a very comfortable stay.

This was my first time booking a hotel in Chongqing on my own. I wanted to be near Hongyadong with river views and easy access, so I found Beichen Riverview Hotel. The price was reasonable, and I didn't have high expectations, but the room completely exceeded them! I missed the closest parking lot, so I called the front desk. The lady there told me the Cangbai Road parking lot was cheaper and even came to meet me there personally. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was high quality, and I got upgraded to a riverview king room – facing the big river felt amazing. The service attitude was excellent. It was a wonderful stay. I'll definitely recommend it to friends.

This is a Marriott-branded themed hotel, located in the heart of Jiefangbei. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast quality was good. The bedding and furniture in the room were very comfortable. You can see Jiefangbei from the room. It's understandable that the room space is a bit small given its downtown location. The only drawback is that the underground parking lot isn't very friendly, with limited height clearance, so vehicles with high chassis need to be extra careful when parking. Overall, my stay was excellent. For a trip to Chongqing, the location is the biggest advantage. I recommend staying here.

Choosing the right accommodation in Chongqing was a game-changer! Being able to walk everywhere from Jiefangbei was incredibly convenient 😭 Every time I visit Chongqing, finding a place to stay is always a headache. Either the location is off, it's too noisy and crowded, or the rooms are old-fashioned. This time, staying at Nastin really hit the spot! Both the location and the experience were top-notch. It's truly perfect for a trip to Chongqing, a getaway with friends, or a romantic stay for couples! 👍 📍The location is absolutely fantastic! Right in the heart of Jiefangbei, Yuzhong District, on Minzu Road! It's a 1-minute walk directly to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. 3 minutes to Linjiangmen subway station. Downstairs is the Bayi Food Street 🥘, so you don't have to go far for delicious food and shopping! 👏 The most hassle-free part! Hongyadong, Qiansimen Bridge, Yangtze River Cableway, Raffles City – all are just a 5-8 minute walk away!! ✌️ After enjoying the night view of Hongyadong, I could just walk back to the hotel. No waiting in line for taxis, no getting stuck in traffic – that alone was incredibly relieving! Direct subway access to major attractions like Liziba and Ciqikou, making the entire trip stress-free. 💯 🏍️It was my first time staying in a motorcycle-themed hotel! So unique! It completely stands out from the cookie-cutter hotels in Jiefangbei! The lobby has a cyberpunk dark motorcycle aesthetic. The neon lights and lines are super cool, and there's an eye-catching Ducati motorcycle installation. You don't even need to leave; you can take great photos right in the lobby. The atmosphere for photos is totally maximized – it's niche yet high-end! 📷 🛏️So many room types! Suitable for every kind of trip. The room selection is really thoughtful, not just generic or perfunctory. ✔For couples: I highly recommend the scenic bathtub room. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views of Jiefangbei's city nightscape. An independent large bathtub, soaking in it at night while enjoying the view is incredibly romantic. Smart voice control for the entire room – lights, curtains, air conditioning, all with a command. Smart toilet, an extra-large vanity mirror, and plush bedding – the details are well-executed. 👍 ✔For friends: A spacious and clean twin room for闺蜜. ✔For families: Dedicated parent-child themed rooms that kids absolutely adore. The rooms are overall very new, and the cleanliness is meticulously maintained. It feels fresh and comfortable to stay in, without the oppressive feeling of an old hotel. ✨The check-in service was incredibly attentive! Full marks for hospitality. Check-in was quick and efficient. Robots delivered food and items to the room throughout my stay. They also provided complimentary welcome drinks and snacks – a warm touch. Free luggage storage is available, and the front desk patiently provided tips for attractions and food spots. For those on a multi-day trip, no need to worry! There's a self-service laundry room. You can wash clothes anytime, making long-term stays super convenient 😭 I genuinely believe this is one of the best value-for-money and experiential hotels in Jiefangbei! Unbeatable location, high aesthetic appeal, and comfortable to stay in. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Chongqing! ❤️
