We loved our stay at this hotel. It’s very welcoming, the staff are lovely and helpful. We don’t speak Chinese but the staff confidently helped us using translation tools. The room is beautiful. Very comfortable large bed and great pillows. The bathroom was good. Plenty of storage. Everything is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good, with a good range of food. The location was convenient to the metro, walking distance to two shopping malls and parks. Beautiful shared spaces in the lobby, nice decor. We appreciated the 1pm checkout time. We would stay again!

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, I'd give it five stars! As soon as we stepped into the lobby, it felt incredibly clean and bright. The front desk staff greeted us with a lovely smile and were so gentle. Our room was big and spotless, and the bed was so soft and comfortable. Outside the window, we had a beautiful view, and the room itself had a pleasant fragrance. The hotel environment was also excellent, very quiet and peaceful, not noisy at all. All the staff were very polite and always greeted us. The facilities here are also very comprehensive, making our stay feel incredibly secure. I was so happy with this hotel experience, and next time I travel, I'd love to stay here again! This was truly an unforgettable and wonderful experience!

What impressed me most during this stay was the hotel's service quality, especially the professional assistance from Xiao Dan at the front desk. From guiding me through check-in to explaining room details, she was incredibly thorough and attentive. I had originally booked a standard room, but Xiao Dan proactively offered an upgrade to an exhibition-view room with a night view, and thoroughly explained the features of both room types. When I requested a late check-out, she readily agreed and patiently clarified the policies. This 'always-responsive' attitude made me feel truly valued. The next day, due to a change in my itinerary, I needed to print some documents. Xiao Dan not only promptly helped me with this but also took the initiative to offer travel tips for the nearby business district. Her service was consistently warm, thoughtful, and her smile never wavered. I'll definitely be staying here again.

They promptly met all my needs and requests, responding quickly to any issues with an excellent attitude. The housekeeping staff also cleaned my room promptly during my extended stay, ensuring it was spotless. The bedding was changed to fresh, clean linens every three days, which was a nice touch. They also provided extra bottles of water for my extended stay, which was greatly appreciated. My clothes were neatly folded and placed on the bed – the attention to detail was exceptional. The bathroom was also well-stocked with amenities; anything I used was replenished with new items. The smart ambient lighting in the room was fantastic, adding a romantic touch with its thoughtful details. The facilities and equipment were even newer than I expected, and the smart system was very user-friendly and convenient. The in-room Wi-Fi was fast and stable, making this my top choice for business travel.

Both the public areas and the rooms are very stylish. The elevator requires a key card for each floor, which adds to security and is easy to use. You can choose between two types of pillows, and the bedding is skin-friendly. The bathroom amenities have a subtle citrus scent that's very relaxing. The lounge area offers free coffee and fruit tea; it's a great pick-me-up after a long day of sightseeing. The location is near the subway with plenty of food options nearby. The front desk staff are patient and professional. The attention to detail is superb, making for a comfortable and somewhat luxurious stay.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's less than a 10-minute walk to Jinhu Square subway station, and you can reach Nanhu Park and Langxi Night Market within half an hour on foot. The lobby is quite grand, the room is spacious enough, and there's plenty of hot water. The bedding is clean and tidy. The only minor issue is that the internet is a bit slow (streaming/casting is laggy, but phone usage is generally fine). The accompanying pool and gym facilities are also fully functional. Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

Traveling with my family to enjoy the spring weather, the lobby was spacious and bright, and the front desk staff had a sweet smile. The room was very airy with large windows that made it feel so comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure, making for a truly refreshing experience. I had a wonderful and peaceful night's sleep!

The staff was nice and efficient. Location was amazing. I took the subway D exit and walked, but then found out I could have gone through the subway to the F exit where all the food was. Hotel was nice. I am glad I picked this place based on the reviews even though it was a little more expensive than the other ones behind the Mix C (their reviews about hygiene weren’t good). I would definitely come here again. So close to the subway and the Mic C and restaurants . Breakfast was just downstairs so that was nice too

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options right downstairs. The subway is also conveniently located a short walk away. Rita and Arthur at the front desk were incredibly efficient and provided excellent service; I was very impressed with their work ethic. The breakfast buffet service was also very attentive, and the room cleaning was meticulous. However, to be fair, the service and attitude of some individual staff members in the executive lounge towards children could use some improvement.
