Hotels near Neili Train Station in Taoyuan

The hotel was really nice and comfortable. 100/100 The bed was nice. The room was spacious. They give free snacks and drinks in the room. They have a lot of variety of pillows. They also have a water refilling station outside of the room. They have a business room where you can even print something. They have a gym and a laundry area but you need to pay for the laundry I think. The breakfast buffet was superb. A lot of variety and options. However, they don’t change it so after the second day, it kinda gets boring already but it’s still good! They can also help arrange a car service for you if you need one. The only thing I hope they improve is the check in time hehe. It was 4pm. I wish it can be a little bit earlier. But this isn’t a problem at all. The hotel is connected to Gloria Outlet (there’s a bridge directly connected to the hotel’s 2nd floor). It’s also connected to Xpark. Also, it’s connected to a mini mall (I forgot the name) where you can easily choose a food to eat. Just beware that almost all the restos closses at 9pm and a lot of resto only receives customers before 8pm. I highly recommend this hotel when you plan to shop in Gloria Outlets. It was very convenient, clean and spacious. ☺️

Location opposite Park and within walk distance to night market. But 20 to 30 minutes drive airport. The so called Airport transfer is by normal taxi arranged by hotel. Please take note that you may incur charges if you left luggage at hotel overnight, Room that allocated to us with huge bath tub with jacuzzi. The bath room size about one third of room size.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this five-star hotel was truly a disappointment. Pros: * The location is convenient, perfect for catching an early flight. * The bed was very comfortable; I slept well. Cons: 1. The toilet design is flawed. The toilet isn't centered, leaving very little space on the left side. If you're a bit heavier, your leg would touch the wall. To make matters worse, the toilet paper holder is installed right there, so you're constantly bumping your arm. You have to be extra careful when using the toilet. 2. What's most unacceptable is the shower head design. There's no high shower head holder in the entire bathroom; the shower head can only be placed at the low level of the bathtub. You have to hold it the entire time you shower, which makes even washing your hair incredibly inconvenient. This design is truly baffling. 3. Even worse, the bathtub edge is exceptionally high. Every time you shower, you have to step over it to get in and out, which is very unfriendly for the elderly or those with mobility issues, and also poses a safety hazard. 4. The standing area in the bathtub is very narrow, and it feels like you're standing on a slope, which is quite unsafe. 5. The room's telephone was broken; it could only receive calls, not make them. As a result, we had to go to the front desk to arrange a wake-up call service.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I am just as pleased as I was during my first visit. The overall environment, including the lobby and rooms, is consistently clean, bright, and well-maintained. It is also very convenient to order food delivery.The location is excellent and very close to the airport, which makes traveling highly efficient. However, I must say that the attitude of the front desk staff was just average and rather lacking in smiles, especially the male staff. Since ********* are generally known for being extremely polite and hospitable to tourists, this was a bit surprising and slightly disappointing.Despite the service, the hotel's hardware and location are still highly commendable. I would recommend it for the comfort and convenience, but I hope the front desk can improve their friendliness in the future.

This hotel is rated five-star, but the rooms feel more like a four-star experience. Comfortable, but lacking a certain luxury. The price would be fair if it were positioned as a four-star hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast; it offered a good variety and tasted delicious, comparable to the Landis Hotel I stayed at the day before. It had more options but no smoked salmon. Pros: Good for an overnight stay near the airport, with a 25-minute bus ride to the terminal. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was reasonably comfortable, though the glossy duvet cover and sheets felt a bit low-end. Cons: The room facilities are quite old, probably a 15-year-old renovation. There are no power outlets by the bedside, so you have to use the hotel's slow charging device. Light leaks through the top of the curtains because the tracks aren't overlapped. The bathroom fan doesn't have an off button, but luckily, closing the door mostly blocks the sound. I was in a hurry checking in and out, so I didn't take any photos of the hotel. The picture is of a small fish tank on the hotel restaurant table, which was a nice little surprise.

I stayed here with my two children after a red-eye flight. To my surprise, they even prepared wine for us, and the kids loved their cute amenities! It was truly a wonderful stay. The swimming pool also has a spa, which was perfect for both adults and children to enjoy together. It was the best!

Safe and close to shopping areas, also conveniently located near the train station.

🙏 A warm welcome back! 🙏 I chose to stay at this hotel again because my last experience was so positive. 😊 One of the biggest conveniences is its proximity to the airport, just about a seven-minute drive. It's incredibly time-saving and convenient, making it ideal for anyone catching a flight. ✈️ The hotel's buffet offers a wide variety of choices, but what truly touched us was that after learning we are vegetarian, the chef specially prepared vegetarian dishes for us. This thoughtfulness and dedication not only met our dietary needs but also made us feel a deep sense of care and respect. 🥬🥦 A satisfactory stay is about good facilities, but a truly memorable one is about human warmth. The staff were really lovely and I'm sure that had I have spoken Chinese, the things I'm about to say would've been different as I would've been able to explain them over the phone and get them rectified.  CONS: I didn't get there until almost 1 am due to a flight delay and then missing the last MTR, so by the time I did get there all I wanted was a hot bath and a quiet night's sleep. Firstly, the room had definitely had smokers in it previously. They may have done a treatment but it was still noticeable. Secondly, there was 'hair' in the bathtub from a previous occupant. So I definitely didn't use it. Thirdly, I got almost no sleep – even though the bed was really comfortable – because the smoke alarm in the room needed its battery replaced and spent all night making that very loud high-pitched sound that you cannot ignore! Now again, had I've been able to pick up the phone and ask them to come and sort it, it could have been a different story, but... PROS: the room was a great size, and the bathroom had both a spa bath and a walk-in shower. It also was very large and is well set up for customers to drive their vehicle into the ground floor of the unit then go up the stairs to the first floor where the actual room is. The staff were very nice and welcoming even though I arrived so late and even gave me some instant noodle cups. I also got a voucher for breakfast, but didn't end up getting to use it as I was too tired to get out of bed and go there before it finished.  I may not be the target clientele for this establishment, and while this particular stay had farcical elements, now that I know what it's like and how it works, I probably would stay there again simply due to how nice the staff were. It's not their fault that I don't speak Chinese.
