Bed was comfy however we had issues with checking in and air conditioning. We initially dropped our bags off at midday - and were told that our room was not ready yet as check in isn’t until 2pm - which was completely fair enough. However we came back at 2pm and were told that the room was still not clean - and we had to wait in the (very small) hotel lobby for 20 minutes while they sorted it out. When we finally got into our room it was very hot and we found that there was no remote for the air conditioning- we asked at reception and the lady told us that they would find us a remote for it later. When we come back in the evening there is still no remote in the room and we are told to use an app on our phone to control the aircon - which doesn’t work. The room only had a window that opened into the hallway so we were unable to get any fresh air to cool the room down and thus it was very warm. The window being into the hallway also meant that we could hear absolutely everything outside which made it difficult to sleep. The lady at the front desk was friendly however she seemed overworked and unable to cater to all the guests - perhaps the hotel is understaffed? Bed was comfy enough but we wouldn’t stay here again. Room was also missing a kettle and a remote for the tv - and we also booked a room with a washer/ dryer which was not present in the room.

Stayed here with my sister, mom, and niece. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and made sure we were all on the same floor. They even upgraded my sister's room type, which was a nice touch! The food on the second floor was delicious too. I'm a bit lazy and don't like going out, so having a restaurant right downstairs was super convenient. The rooms were also very clean and tidy. Highly recommend! (And no, I'm not a shill!)

I extended my stay for three more days. On the first day, the room wasn't cleaned, so I went to the front desk. They immediately arranged for it to be cleaned, and the subsequent service was excellent. They even gave me complimentary breakfast and a departure gift. This was my first time staying at an Orange Crystal Hotel, and I found the room facilities to be quite smart. We stayed in a family room, and the extra bed was a sofa bed, which wasn't ideal, but thankfully the mattress was comfortable. They also provided welcome fruit and a departure gift. A big thank you to the lovely ladies at the front desk. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would choose to stay here again.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel environment is elegant and grand. The room had great natural light, and the decor was simple yet stylish. The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch. The mattress and pillows conformed well to my body, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation, making daily commutes hassle-free. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and the living experience was comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend staying here.

This is the cheapest but most satisfactory one among the three hotels I stayed in Hunan. Convenient for travel, cost-effective, very clean, and quiet, so I had a good sleep. The details are also very good. The room is fully intelligently controlled, the toilet has night sensors, even the toothbrush is better than the one at home, and there is a full-length mirror. Full marks

As soon as I entered the lobby, I was attracted by the unique decoration style. It was not the same light luxury style, but the log color, which made people relax instantly. The room is even more poking in my heart! The bedding is a fluffy texture like a cloud, lying on it and completely trapped, and sleeping super heavy all night; The bathroom is very dry and wet, the smart toilet + large shower, hot water supply is fast enough to wait; The most amazing thing is the sound insulation effect. The street outside the window is not noisy at all. It is completely undisturbed to read books late at night. The curtains are opened in the morning, and the sun shines through the gauze curtain. The whole room is warm and the bedding is flat and wrinkle-free. The front desk lady checks in super fast. Also took the initiative to introduce the surrounding snacks, when checking out, I saw the room aunt was wiping the door handle in detail. This insistence on details is really reassuring.

I can only say I was disappointed. I've stayed at Atour hotels in many cities, and this might be the most inexpressible experience. I won't even mention the price; it was Spring Break and Qingming Festival, so I accepted it. At first, when I found flying insects on the sofa, I thought I was imagining things due to the heat. But then I went to the bathroom and found one, then two... on the walls, on the towels. I immediately reported it. The lady who came to assist was quite proactive. She initially explained it was due to the southern climate, but I told her I'm also from Hunan and had just stayed in a guesthouse in Changsha last week without this issue. So, she arranged a room change. I was with my daughter and luggage, and at no point was I offered to leave my luggage at the front desk. The first room we were moved to reeked of smoke upon entry, which I couldn't understand. By the time we got to the second room, I just wanted no more issues—as long as there were no bugs and it was clean. Thankfully, by some miracle, this room was fine. Both I and the assistant sighed in relief. I was exhausted from the high-speed train, and she was probably relieved to finally find an available room due to high demand. I told the assistant that I had another night booked in a twin room, and my sister would check in later. I asked her to ensure these problems wouldn't recur, and she kept saying it would be fine. She offered a souvenir, but I said I didn't want a souvenir as compensation for hygiene issues; I just wanted to guarantee a clean and hygienic room. My sister had originally planned to stay at Atour Peiyuan Bridge, but I chose this standalone hotel thinking it would be safer with a child. Well, it turned out like this. In any case, we won't be choosing this place again. On the other hand, the front desk gentleman was very kind and considerate when resolving issues. The cleaning staff were numerous and genuinely friendly. As for the rest, I guess it was just okay.

Perfect location! It's close to Wuyi Square and Orange Isle, with convenient access to the subway and buses, making sightseeing and dining super easy. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and quiet, with excellent attention to hygiene details, making for a worry-free stay. All room facilities were well-equipped and in great condition. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and professional, responding promptly, which made for a great experience. It's a quiet retreat in a bustling area and offers great value for money. This place is highly recommended for anyone visiting Changsha!

The service was excellent, and the room facilities were in great working order and felt very clean. For a hotel in the Wuyi Business District, it was surprisingly quiet. It's perfect for tourists, and they even give out small farewell gifts upon check-out. When I checked in, the staff were also helpful in recommending attractions and restaurants. A truly wonderful stay!
